Demyx flattened his ears a bit. Luxord had always liked to n** at his ears...but Rufus had done it too. So at the moment it was a bit unsettling.
"Were you and R-rufus friends...?"

"Not really friends." He didnt really like the blond Efui that much. He was an a** and controlling and mostly just a b*****d. "More like i got used when he didnt have anyone else to mess with."

He though about that for a few minuets. "I really dont think so. For all that Rufus is a b*****d he is rather intelligent. I dont think he needs anything to be more powerful"

He closed his eyes and curled up around Demyx. He could let the little one sleep and everything would be fine

Comfort did wonders for Demyx, and despite his earlier ordeal the little Efui slept peacefully through the night.

Morning back at Rufus' place found Seifer sprawled out on a particularly comfy couch, currently still asleep.

"Are you going to sleep all night." Rufus whispered beside Sefier's ear as he leaneed down beside the couch. He had woken after a nice comfortable sleep and was up and about waiting on Tseng to finish breakfast.
"Not everyone gets up like you do Boss." Reno yawned as he walked past Rufus and tweeked his tail

Seifer's ears twitched, the punk Efui's muzzle parting in a yawn before his eyes opened. He blinked up at Rufus a moment, sleep filled eyes struggling to focus on him.
"Mmrph....is it morning already?..."
