Kei looks over at Lady Kage and replies," Hi, what brings you here?" She puts some noodles in her mouth, they soaked up the chicken flavor. "This is some pretty good stuff..." she murmured to herself.

Kinami grinned like a cat. "Taichi and Yamato are the best in their field." She flagged a waitress while she was at it. "I'll have something light: A chicken ceaser salad, a club sandwich, three glasses of skim milk, a bowl of cream of mushroom." The waitress nodded, then returned to the kitchens.

"Yeah messing up my date......." murmers Rai, he was a little irritated that the Kage had to come ruin it, especially since Kei just started warming up to him."Now Kage-dono why have you come here" He Stuffs some of the Chicken in his mouth, savoring taste as he chewed, chicken melting like chocolate in his mouth."Now Kei Now tell me you are no enjoying being here with me....."

Kei raised her eyebrow,"Thats light?" she asked Lady-Kage. Then she looked at Rai when he spoke. There was a slight bitterness to his tone that he couldn't quite cover, and his expression was slightly agitated from what she could tell...

Kinami grinned impishly. "Well, I only think I'd be ruining a date if both parties considered it as such." She turned her head slightly and winked at Kei, immediately picking up on the young kunoichi's unease. She then addressed her. "Yeah, you should see my actual meals. I'm a bottomless pit!"

Kei looked at Lady-Kage again and began to blush immediately as she finished speaking. "I'm doing fine,"she replied to Rai's question and Kage's statement at the same time...

Kei went pale, then red, then pale again...she liked the idea of more company but she didn't mind being there alone with Rai...she could always punch him again if he tried anything. Instead of replying she just stuffed her mouth full of chicken and noodles.

Rai finally spoke up as the kage said her final words,"Hey Kage you can stay awhile, I think Kei will like the Company. That and Its Amusing seeing her blush when you call us a couple." states Rai smoothly as he winks at Kei, Hoping she be alright with the Kage staying. He puts another piece of the Parmesan chicken in his mouth, ge glances over to kei , Looking into her eyes for a little bit, trying to figure out what she is thinking.

Kei looked at Rai. She was surprised by his comment, at least the first part. Then out of nowhere sne notices a very familiar shadow and turns quickly to see it. To everyone else, though, she just looked like she was staring out the windo fow no apparent reason...

Kinami shook her head. "Honestly, though, I can tease you guys on any ol' day. You only ever get one first date." Her eyes sparkled. "Let me put it this way- you've officially been on more dates than yours truly." She recieved her food, and immediately produced some take-out bags. "Alright, see you later kittens." She jumped up, balanced her food in her hands, and made her way back to her tower for a snack.
((Honestly, though, I've got to get off and get ready for bed. 'Night!))

Rai looks over to Kei again, looking her in the eyes again, He notices her glance over somewhere else and He immdiately looks over his shoulder out the window. he looks back into her eyes and nudges her leg with his foot."Whats wrong?"

Katare tiptoed into the cafe, weirdly attempting to make as little noise as possible. He placed himself down in a miniscule table, not particularly interested in taking up a huge amount of space. He noticed and even heard Rai and Kei at the table next to him, but he didn't care; his mind was somewhere else...
"I need to stop these daydreams."
A waitress halted next to Katare and handed him a menu. "I'll be back in just a minute to take your order, hon'!" It had seemed to be forever since Katare had heard somebody with an accent.
"Make it two minutes, okay?"
The waitress smiled. "Okay!"
