Watching Emmy sing in numerous parts of the 2004 movie I thought " My god! I could drive an 18 wheeler into there and she'd still able to use clear pronuntiation and form full sentances! Bravo genetics."
Also, some must admit, watching Phantom live for the first time and seeing MotN, I have to admit, That is one sexy portcullis. especially when the man is hanging off it like a monkey. Hot...* phan girl head splody action*

Phantom of the Forum welcometomyhell John-Owen Jones. I know that a lot of people think Michael Crawford is the best Phantom, but in my opinion, John Owen-Jones is Erik. He portrays the character wonderfully. JOJ singing Music of the Night*clicks link* *dies* GAAAH! Sound...too...loud... Wow...you've just like, proven that there is a God. All Phantoms have a bit of Erik-ness in them, all but Gerry. I would present my entire theory here, but this isn't the right thread. Actually, I'm not sure where that would go... My Lord...John has a better vibrato than me! That's kinda scary... EDIT: While watching the final lair part 1 of JOJ and Rachel, he points upward when he says "The world showed no compassion to me!" I keep thinking he's flicking off the audience... Hah, you should have seen the the night when, after he was unmasked, JOJ went a little off-script. I didn't think that Erik had such colorful language until I saw that video. mrgreen

Whatever it was, it had me on the floor laughing. The poor girl who played Christine must have been terrified.

If it wereme, I'd be scared on the outside but laugh about it later when the show finished. But yes, JOJ is a god. His voice is amazing!
