 What is he going on about? And why does he sound so flustered all of a sudden? Larxene eyed Sora carefully, trying to figure it out. He said he liked her, then he started to get all ... strange. She couldn't remember anything like that ever happening before except with the faceless man in her memory but this couldn't be like that because.... erm.... OOOOH! Oh wow.
The long silence continued as she pondered this realization. 'Wow' ran through her head over and over whenever she tried to make a coherent thought. The girl started to play with her antennae again as she thought. Hmm. Lightning. Do I feel the crackling this time? What happened when I felt the crackling last time? She closed her eyes to think a moment, replaying that bit of history, as best as she could, in her mind. How did she first feel the crackling ... what were they doing ...
About this time, Sora would likely realize he was being kissed lightly on his hanging forehead.

Sora's face lit up like it was on fire. "I...I guess you understand what I was talking about before now, huh?" He laughed a little bit. His tail swished slowly as he asked probably the most important thing he would ever ask. "So does that mean you feel the same way or...?"

Larxene continued looking thoughtful for a moment, then smiled slowly. "I think I might understand. I'm ... I'm not sure if I quite feel the crackle. Maybe further... tests are required?" She was still sitting precariously close to Sora, having not really pulled back from her little kiss.

Sora looked at Larxene..."Tests...w-what do you mean tests?" He wondered if those 'tests' Larxene spoke of were anything that he could do without screwing up. "Whatever they are, I'll do anything." He smiled, can't give up without trying.

Larxene blushed a little and looked down. "Well ... that ... erm ... what I did to your forehead there... that was kind of a test. I was thinking of something along those lines." The girl looked a bit awkward as she suggested this; apparently she wasn't going to make the first move this time.

Sora's eyes went wide again. She wants me to... he gulped. Sora closed the book and put it to the side, keeping his eyes on Larxene. Putting his hands on her shoulders he shook nervously. "Larxene I..." his voice choked, he was too jittery to say anything more.

Larxene tipped her head to one side slightly, eying him for a moment. He seemed awfully nervous about all of this. Maybe that was a sign...

Sora frowned. "It's not that! I want to! I do! It's just...I've never...so it'll probably be bad." He tryed to laugh, it came out as an awkward snicker. "Larxene I really want to..." with that Sora moved closer to hers. Please don't let her hate me after this. was all Sora could think before his lips met hers. After that his mind went blank, he was too happy to think of anything else but what was happening right now.

The little gasp Larxene gave as he moved toward her was quickly consumed by the kiss. She sat stiffly a moment, not quite sure what to make of all of this. Fortunately, it wasn't very long before the feeling took over and made 'what to make of this' seem completely unimportant. Her tail swished happily as she seemed content to hold the kiss until he pulled away (or one of them passed out).

Sora pulled away after what seemed like the best eternity ever. "Wow..." He was slightly out of breath, his heart was pounding, and his face was flushed. "W...was that ok?"

Larxene shook her head slowly. "No ... not okay," she murmured, looking serious for the briefest moment before breaking into a wide smile. "It was wonderful." Her tail snaked around to flick one of his ears playfully. "Did I finally hit on something you haven't done in your adventures before?"

Sora's ears fell when he heard Larxene's first reply then instantly perked at her next words. He returned Larxene's smile with a grin of his own. Ears twitching about as Larxene's tail flicked one. "Yup! I've never done anything like that before...really glad I waited though." His smile grew wider as his tail wagged back and forth happily.

Larxene chuckled, letting her tail continue to play with his ears. "I'm glad you decided not wait any longer," she nodded. "I'm a bit surprised, I guess, but happy." She considered this for moment. With her vague memory of the 'crackling' from before, she had to assume she'd kissed someone else. That said, she didn't remember who. And Sora wasn't a bad contender for 'first kiss' status.
She smiled at him again. "I'm hope I'll be able to remember this one."

He blinked. "Why are you surpized Larxene? I mean...how could anyone resist someone like you?" Sora started rubbing Larxene's ears as a way to get revenge on her as she his ears with her tail.
"Larxene I'll make sure you never forget anything ever again, I promise." Sora smiled. He liked making promises, he made sure to always keep them.

Larxene started a little as Sora began messing with her ears. It was going to take her a little while to get used to having someone this close; she'd only just gotten used to being alone in the library. She rather quickly realized how nice it felt to have someone rubbing her ears, however, and she relaxed into it, giving something that sounded like a purr. "Mmm. If not forgetting anything comes with free ear massages, I think I'm gonna like this setup."
It was still unusual to her, given how she was used to 'greeting' people. She hadn't even known Sora that long (and he'd already been zapped in the butt once). Still, she couldn't deny that she felt comfortable like this. That had to mean something, didn't it?
Her gaze drifted lazily back to the book on the floor as the tip of her tail danced around between Sora's ears. "So ... green areas are trees and stuff, huh?"
