Nah, bad topic. The topic is this:
At school, our lockers mean that there is one person on top and one below. At the end of first semester, they swap over so one person isn't alway stuck at the bottom. I was kind and decided to stick to the bottom for this whole year because I wanted to be next to my friend who has a bottom locker for the second semester. Today, just the second day back, the person above me, let's call her Andria, 'accidentally' dropped a heavy folder with books in it ON MY HEAD. I now have a throbbing scar on my forehead. I don't think I heard her say sorry and I was almost done and just locking my lock when she came barging up behind me and opened her locker, getting books out so the folder fell on my head. It hurt so much I was crying, the first time I have cried in school since I started there.
She is always taking up the whole area infront of my locker making me late for the train at the end of the school day. Even just today, I had to ask my friend to get stuff out of my locker for me because she was blocking it so I couldn't get it. My friends who take the train with me had to leave or they would miss the train. i only didn't because it was late.
My question is: 1. Do any of you have some sort of scar? 2. What should I do about *ahem* Andria?

Yes, you should swap lockers with Andria so that doesn't happen again. Also it is usually the top locker person who gets in first and can stay there, so you won't have too much trouble being late for your bus anymore.

There's only one term left though..I don't really feel like swapping and I normally get in before her..I don't like the top lockers, last year I couldn't really reach the very top of it and the books always fall when you take them off the shelves. You have more control over them in the bottom lockers. Argh..I don't know.

You could swap with her, it's better than getting things on your head.... and yes I have a huge scar on my ankle from sugery a year ago... my lingaments got separated and all so they had to pin it back and stuff. But I think you should tell her about your problem and next time be like "Ow!" I mean, did she apologize or something?

Get tough, and learn. Don't do it again unless you think that the person is nice.

Does this person dislike you in any way? Did you do anything to get her to dislike you? If not, then it might just be an accident, and have been in too much of a hurry to notice. I know, you cried, but she also had a day for her in which anything could happen.
Ouch, though. I got a top locker this year, for once, though! So I can get in even if the girl whose locker is under mine is already there.

If she does that again, and doesn't apologize, and you think she did it intentionally, then something has to be done. Just figure out something then, if it happens again.
On another note, I don't really care about if my locker is a top or bottom locker. I switched with some girl in my grade because she wanted to have a top locker, and I had one last year, and she didn't. Plus by the way they do things in my school, I probaby will get another top locker next year, so I really don't care.

I suppose she's just inconsiderate now, looking back on it. Now I have a top locker with my friend on the bottom.

"Andria", you say.....
A couple of years ago I had a bottom locker and the girl diagonally above me had her locker door open. I was standing up after getting my books and I scraped my back against the edge of the door. Which hurts. Alot.
By the way, has anyone ever been hit on the shoulder by a fallign tennis racket?

Yes....'Andria'....completely random...where did you come up with a name like that? Tennis rackets hurt. You have the tight strings, the hard handle and the metal bits at the top. Ouch.
