Ryou gasped a bit as he felt Malik's warm breath on his face. But he didnt open his eyes, he didnt want to see the room spin as it had been earlier. He continued to lay still, being sure not to do anything to his left arm. He sighed softly as he reaxed yet again. He couldnt help but wonder what was going to happen later. He felt Malik's arms around him and his lips quivered into a small smile. It was strangely calming to have someone hold him when he was pained. He wasnt used to such a thing.

Malik watched Ryou,then began to feel something he had never felt before.The lavender eyed egyptian took one of his arms away from Ryou's shoulders,and began to stroke Ryou's hair.He stopped for a second then grabbed the blanket next to him and covered Ryou and himself with him,then continued to stroke the other hikari's snow white hair.

Jou had just about been to search the closet when Yami no Malik's next cry rang out, causing him to jump involuntarily. The blonde teen frowned as he turned around to look at the bed, perturbed now by a number of things. The fact that his leg hurt like hell and he hadn't bandaged it or cleaned the wounds yet; that he couldn't find what he was looking for; that he was trapped in a room with someone who would kill him in a second, if he could; that he was who-knows-how-late getting home; that he was getting a sick feeling in his stomach from the throbbing in his leg. All he wanted to do right now was lay down in a bed, pull the sheets over his head, and sleep until midafternoon the next day. Yet, fate didn't seem to be feeling so generous that day...
Jou continued walking until he was back by the bed, and put a hand down by the yami to keep his support as he looked over at the other's face. Yet again, it looked like the Egyptian was cold... yet Jou didn't know what he could do about that. He wasn't going to leave the room to turn the air down until he got the yami tied, and he didn't see any other sheets or coverings in sight either. "What do you want me to do now?" he asked quietly. "Keep ya' warm with my body heat or somethin'?" He closed his eyes then and sighed, feeling more nauseous now then ever.

Yami Malik frowned slightly then put a hand on Jou's shoulder and tryed to pull him into bed,but failed.He cryed again then slipped over to the other side of the bed,then snuggled into the bed.He looked at Jou expectantly.Some of his strength had returned already,but he still needed more to have a small chance.

Ryou felt Malik's hands running through his white mane of hair. His body tensed suddenly and it brang pain to his arm, the pulsing increased for a moment until he relaxed again under Malik's grip. He felt a blanket warm him up a bit. After loosing much blood he was begining to loose heat. He moaned softly as the pain was still increasing, but after being relaxed, it slowed down again. He felt comfortable now that he was somewhat warm, and for some strange reason, his mind eased under the soft motions of Malik's hands. Like a cat when someone pet it, they would relax and forget their cares...

((Aheh... uh, did Jou hit the mark? ^^ wink )
Jou's eyes opened and widened slightly, and he shook his head disbelievingly. "I... I wasn't serious...!" he managed to stammer out. He stared at Yami no Malik a little longer after that, contemplating the situation. There was no way that he could get into bed with that... that thing! That thing that had tried to kill him! Yet the longer he looked at Yami no Malik, the more the other began to remind him of a wounded animal; somethig close to a hurt jungle cat. Something that was supposed to be vicious and dangerous, reduced to giving pleading glances and whimpering. It was just... depressing. The blonde turend his head away before he could do anymore thinking on the subject, and went back over to the closet. It was rather empty, but he made the best of what he'd found; a pair of jeans. He returned to the bedside with the pants in hand and leaned over to tie them securely around the yami's wrists, creating makeshift rope. Best he could do at the moment. He did one more trip to the closet for another pair before he was done, and used those to bind the yami's feet together. And then with that done...
"... You gotta be kidding me." Jou tilted his head and looked down at Yami no Malik, looking like a wary pup. "Whadda I look like, a teddy bear?" '... But I could stand to sit down...' he admitted to himself, and hesitantly sat on the edge of the bed. As soon as he touched the mattress, his instincts started telling him to lay down and finally get some sleep, but he just shook his head at that. He was just going to sit here for a moment until he was feeling just a little better. That was it. Honestly!
((... If these long posts are annoying anyone, let me know. I tend to get like this when i'm in a writing mood *_*.))

Malik began to feel tired,then he dozed off.The strokeing motions began to slow a little,then as his hand trailed down the small hikari's neck,he finally fell asleep.He purred happily as he slept,the egyptian's body warm.
Yami Malik whined at Jou again,not feeling any warmer.He struggled withthe pants that were binding his arms,then finally gave up.He put his head on the pillow and whined at Jou again,knowing he would have to give in eventually.

Ryou looked over to Malik and sighed a bit, moving the cover slowly over to just him. He then pushed himself up with his good arm so he could wash his bad arm off. He didnt like looking at the red stain. He walked slowly to the kitchen and turned on the water. His right arm carefully unraveled the bandage to reveal the deep 5 cuts that went all the way down his arms, and which were still oozing blood. He cringed at the sight and stuck his arm in the cool water. The water caused his arm to throb in pain, but in the process heal the wound a bit. After the stinging sensation subsided, the cold water felt so good against his wounds. He closed his eyes and continued to let the water wash the blood away.
His whole body started to get cold so he shut the water off and went to the cabinets to find a new bandage to wrap around his arm. He thumbled with the medicine, accidently knocking some over. He wondered if it would have awoken Malik...hopeing it didnt so the boy would get some sleep. Finally he grabbed the bandage and put one end in his teeth and the other in his right hand. He moved it over his arm tightly so the circulation wouldnt continue to cause blood loss. After tieing it as tight as he could, he started to look for some medicine to stop the dizziness and nausia.
He was careful to read the directions as to if it was drozey, un drozy, and even the minor symptoms. After finding the right one, he started to contemplate on exactly HOW to open it with one hand...He wasnt about to wake Malik for it, nor was he about to try to go upstairs (he most likely would get dizzy again)

Malik heard something clatter in the kitchen.He muttered something in egyptian when he opened his eyes and realized Ryou was gone again.He crawled to the kitchen and watched the white haired boy fumble with the medicine.After awhile of this,he finally stood upright and opened it for him,then went back to watching.He never said anything as he did this,still a bit tired.

Jou groaned and looked at the Egyptian again, his resolve slowly melting away. He just couldn't help it! Yami no Malik was looking so... so weak an defenseless! He shifted uneasily, still looking at the other suspiciously, before sliding down a little. And then a little more. There was soon a shorter gap, yet still a gap, between them on the bed, which Jou found himself unable to close. He just couldn't decide if he was being a good person for pitying the yami, or if he was crazy. After his moving closer, he moved so that he was laying down on his back. He still rather tense, even though his head and body as a whole were thanking him for it.

Ryou gasped as he saw Malik come up to him. He watched him open the medicine and smiled thankfully. "Thanks...sorry I woke you up" he said softly and dumped out two pills. He carefully took out a glass and filled it with cold water. He looked in the sink and saw some blood from before, so he quickly turned around and took the pills in a swift gulp of water. He set the cup down and looked back to Malik. "you..uh want anything...since your up?" he asked before reaching his hand over to his arm and gripping it.

Yami Malik purred happily and snuggled up against Jou,making sure he would stay.The dark egyptian then began to doze alittle,feeling warm.
'I'll finish..him..off in the..morning...'He thought,but fell asleep.
"Its ok.I dont sleep well anyway.."Malik muttered the last part,then he sat down on the floor,his eyes drooping slightly.
"I'm fine.."He replyed to the question.

Jou tensed up even more as Yami no Malik snuggled into him, his eyes slowly moving over to where the yami lay. Geez, he looked... well, he looked so... almost... kind of... like Malik, when he slept, which in relation meant that he also looked... somewhat... close to... cute. 'Well, c'mon! He's snuggled up to me, was purring like a cat or something a second ago... and he's just... he's just... he's too close!'. Of course, Jou's first plan at this point would be to move, but surprisingly enough... he couldn't. The other in the bed was already comfortable against him, and he was (though he might not admit it) comfortable himself... and the warmth was slowly making him drowsy... Jou blinked a few times and yawned, his eyes slipping halfway down right after. His body was more totaled out than he'd thought it would be, and it was... hard to... keep his eyes open...
With a sigh, Jou's eyes finished shutting and he slipped into sleep, almost unaware that he'd done so at all.

(aaaww! xd *shuts up as Yami Malik glares*)
Yami Malik's glazed over,blue eyes openned.He had awoken,but he didnt know for how long.He sat up silently,watching Jou sleep.He tugged at the jeans tied aruond his wrists with his teeth,but he was unable to get them off.The demented creature lay down again,this time laying his head on Jou's shoulder,unable to think of anything else to do.

Ryou nodded slowly, realizing it had grown silent upstairs. "You can rest on the couch...Im...tired too" he said softly and put the cup in the sink. His light brown eyes fixed on Malik's lavender ones before walking into the living room again. The pain had subsided for the medicine for now, this time he could fall alseep. He sat down one of the couches and moved himself so he was sleeping on his good side. He then closed his eyes and almost instantly fell into a deep sleep.
