Mari just held onto him and rubbed his stomach a bit with her left hand. "If there was a way I could heal you, I would. But, it's okay. I accepted all your strengths as well as your faults when I agreed to be with you."

She opened her eyes and seemed a bit confused. "There's something I don't know about you?" She wasn't mad at him, but just confused to how she may have missed something when it came to him.

you see those scars? well once a year i start to get feeling back into my arms. but shortly after that, those scars open up and they feel really hot. after that, they close up and i can't feel anything anymore.

Mari sat up and looked at his arms and then realized that she had seen this happen before, but she didn't know what was happening at the time. "I remember that. It happened once when I was around. Before you left."

Mari let out a happy sigh as he kissed and nuzzled her neck. It felt good to her. "It's okay. It scares me too. I just remember when it happened the first time. I didn't know what was going on and tried to wrap your arms up to stop them from bleeding."

yea. theres not much you can do during the process. you just pretty much have to wait it out before you do anything.

Mari nodded and closed her eyes as he just played with her neck. Keeping the smile on her face. "I know, hun. Whatever happens, I'll be around. We'll just make sure that Odin and the kids aren't."
