'Bout time I'm back. (I am Teh Happy Turkey btw) I can't wait for the new movie, it's going to be the summer Blockbuster (I hope). Though I am disappointed in the casting of Shia LaBouf, and the new look of Megatron. The game looks really good too, with fully destructable enviroments and 7 playable characters (I think it has more, not sure, but I'm sure the special edition has more.) Also the new realease of the figures with it too is just got me psyched.

Hey, I found some info on Bumblebee if anyones interested. Its from wikipedia.
Bumblebee will be appearing in the live-action Transformers movie in 2007, returning to his role as the friend of the Autobots' human ally - in this case, Sam Witwicky. When the Decepticons target Sam for the map he possess that shows the location of the life-giving Allspark, Bumblebee is assigned to guard Sam and gets closer to him by posing as a used car which Sam then buys. Recent trailer footage shows him being attacked and subdued by a group of humans, who seem to be operatives of Sector 7.
For the film, Bumblebee will be a 1970s Chevrolet Camaro, but will later be modified into the 2009 preproduction version of the car. Some leaked information indicates that he may not have a vocal role in the film, having had his voice capacitor crushed, and may communicate through his car radio. As a tribute to the original Bumblebee, a yellow Volkswagen Beetle will appear as a cameo in the car shop.
In Hot Rod magazine's Nov. 2006 issue, Bumblebee was a feature article. Originally suggested a trashed 1969 Camaro, settled on a 1976 model. It is painted yellow with black stripes, primer and rust patches, riveted hood scoop, Crager SS wheels up front, Eric Vaughn Real Wheels in the back, marine-grade vinyl seats, and even an eight-track player. The 2008/09 model was built using a 2004 Pontiac GTO by Saleen, the body was built from the same GM R&D molds that were used in the prototype 08/09 Camaros.

Just gunna put this one out there. Bumblebee should stay in the old style of camaro rather than become a pre production 09'. Also I think that the eye (which was at the crux of this topic) is Optimus Primes. If you look at the new picture on the site now Megatron's eyes are red not blue. This makes me think that along with the Autobrand that the eye is Optimus'.

Hi guys,
I have no idea if anyone knows about this or not, so if it's been posted already, please excuse me. In probably the weirdest marketing ploy in comic book publishing, IDW has put out, just last week, the COMPLETE Transformers: The Movie comic book adaptation trade paperback at the same time they put out Transformers: The Movie #1 eek ! You have a choice of either collecting the 4 issues that comprise the trade paperback individually or buying the complete collection the SAME week, even before the other individual issues have come out!
I asked my comic book store about this, and they say, yup, IDW must be insane or something xp ! Anyway, you can either not spoil yourself or read the whole thing at once right now! It's your choice! Now if they only did this with all the other comic books too, my shelf would be happier xd !

I managed to get the movie prequel in graphic novel form, and almost got the graphic novel of the movie- but opted for the text novel instead. I must say, the prequel is rather nice . . . . working on the novel now.

DevilsLight Not only Bumblebee is a mute -_- the Matrix is now called "Allspark" and it's not inside Optimus? Please tell me that I understood the story wrong and this "Allspark" is like the "Key to Vector Sigma"... confused the Matrix is still called a Matrix, but the AllSpark "Cube" has something to do with maintaining the universe. If you see in the trailers: Sam, the male teenager is holdin an AllSpark and runnin away from the Decepticons. I think they talk about the AllSpark somewhere in the G1 series. Correct me if I'm wrong cause I havent seen the whole entire G1 series in a year.
