Geh. Connection's being spotty now that I'm at home. Will post for Iahhel tomorrow. Will edit in reviews for the two bios here.
EDIT 1; Fish_Bait: Magic: Your magic's a lot like Etian's. If you want to keep it, that’s fine, but you may want to talk to her about it. Also, might you define it a bit more?
History's fine, but you'll either want to choose a member on the council to have worked for or make up a generic one (Or a full fledged one if you want to play two characters.)
The shield will have to have been crafted by a passive mage, probably someone on the council. Other than that, it ought to be fine if you keep it in check.

Name: Julius Ares (Player: Julius Ares)
Age: 22
Hair : Coloured a strange hue of wysteria, Julius' hair goes just a bit past his shoulders. It is incredibly smooth and looks almost like silk.
Eyes : A bright cerulean.
Height: 6'4"
Other physical features: Beautifully tanned skin, a well-built body. (Not TO muscular, yuck!) A jagged scar runs over his right eye, and he usually tries to cover it with his hair.
Wearing: He always wears classy, elegant clothes. He ALWAYS wears white silk gloves. A white silk top hat usually adorns his neatly groomed hair. He likes to have his emerald-encrusted pocketwatch with him at all times. He likes fancy vests and whatnot. He is also quite fond of emeralds, sporting several rings and bracelets showing them off.
Carrying : A lovely rapier!
Magic : None. In lieu of magic, Julius has always defended himself through the art of fencing.
Active or Passive: NA
Demeanor : Julius is an incredibly stuck-up, self-loving, narcissistic, perverted, flamboyant brat.
History : Julius doesn't have much a history. Nothing in his past has traumatized him and made him swear revenge. In fact, he was raised in the upper city by an incredibly wealthy and powerful man and his gentle mother. They always spoiled Julius, which is why he's such a prat. He only hangs out in the lower city so people can ogle at his stunning good looks. He also does this just to piss off his father.
