River stayed quiet waiting for the alien to explain.. but was thinking about what it said 'you can't trust anyone' That wouldn't be too hard the only two people he ever trusted were gone now.... well he supposed he trusted Kali.. but she was just a baby cub.

::hesitates as well, looking up at the spaceship, then over at one of the houses that has a large blue tarp covering some of the lumbar. she runs over to it, then covers him up with it. She knows that it probally won't do any good, but there's always that hope::
