*Kazuma began to walk around the village, when all of a sudden Ghost popped out of the sand and attacked him. His attack was straight for his head, thinking quickly Kazuma bent back to avoid it. Though the pain in his stomach surged through the rest of his body, he pulled himself up.*
What do you want?
For you to perish. Say your prayers, and don't try to run. I'm just as fast as you are. My guess is that you want to run, but that wound I gave you is preventing it. Am I right?
*Kazuma had no choice but to fight now.*

Runa's eyes widened in horror, "Severly injured...!?....N...No! We have to find him quickly....there isn't much time....someone is after his life!", she cried grabbing the man by his collar. She quickly let go and looked at the villiage, "We may be too late....", she whispered and closed her eyes. She clenched her fist, "No.....Ki, follow me!", she said looking back and then grabbed on to the mans arm with a grin. "Hang on", she said and teleported them to Kazuma's side after taking only a second to concentrate on Kazuma's aura.

*By this time the two were clashing swords with each other. Slashing and and cleaving with fierce anger. The sword clashes could be heard all over the desert. And with Kazuma in the condition he's in, there's no way he could win.*

the strange woman grabed his arm, there was a flash of light and he was standing near kazuma who was fighting with an unknown assailant. Zaraki unsheaths his zanpakuto and uses shunpo to jump between the two, he blocks the assailant's strike then begins his brutal series of counter attacks. "shogun, are you alright? who are those people, they claim to be friends?" Zaraki continues his attack as he speaks to kazuma.

*Kazuma stepped back and sheathed his sword. He then looked whilke Zaraki was blocking.*
Of course....They're Ki and Runa. They are friends, please after we are finished with this show them some hospitality.
*Ghost now furiated that Kazuma just blew him off like that, Disappears in the sand.*
You coward, fight me like a man....I challenge you to a duel. It will start in two weeks come alone if you want everyone to live that is.
*His voice echoing across the sand.*

angry that his opponent ran, zaraki yells "come back you coward" then sheaths his Zanpkauto. Zaraki turned to Runa and said "I am sorry for the disturbance earlier."

when they arrive at Kazuma's house they head inside and take a seat. "shogun come over here, i have a limited healing ability that can be of use." zaraki tells him. A bright orb of light engulfs the wound and zaraki says "talk to your guest and ignore me, i must concentrate to do this correctly."

Runa looked at Kazuma for a second and then away, "I wanted to warn you of the man who just attacked you....He is after your life", she said and paused for a few seconds. "We met up in the mountains....His name is Ghost and he comes from the same islands you do...the Ryukyu Islands?...He says that you are evil without a a doubt and that he must kill you...Kazuma...", she said and pasued again for a little while. "Why does he look so like you?.....Just what is going on here", she finished and looked him squarely in the eyes.

In his human form, Tomonari ran straight into the village, panting as he made. "Phew........that was a riot.....", he said to himself. The half human and half lycan teen had been running from some monsters, and just so happened to run into this place. "Thank you god! Civilization!", he thought, and walked through the village.

Zaraki sensed a new presence in the village, "shogun, some one has entered the village, you stay here with your guest and i will find the person." he said as he stood and left the house. He followed the reitsu of the newcomer untill he found him wandering the streets, "what is your business in scorpion clan land?" zaraki asked.

Tomonari turned around to see Zaraki. "Oh, I was just passing through the desert, and wound up here while running from some monsters. I'm sorry if I did something wrong. I'm just not used to traveling that's all.", he explained. Hopefully, he would believe him. But just in case, Tomonari did his Mind Read spell. He just hoped that this guy wasn't too strong, or his spell would fail.
