I don't think he true age matters cause in body and mind hes about the same age as Kagome so yeah I think they are great together^^

Its ok for a demon to fall in love with a human but humans get old and die and if inuyasha was to end up with kagome she would get all old and wrinklely. Inuyasha not would want her then

To bad it does not. She never gets with InuYasha. She just comes back to the feudal era dressed up as Kikyo. But Rumiko Takahashi never stated if they get together.

What version of the final chapter were you reading?

Umm, she never explicitly stated it, but she damn well implied it. Let's see Kagome says, "I want to be with you." and "I'm going to live here. Along with Inuyasha, and let our days grow together." If that doesn't imply that they are together as a couple, then how about this, she calls Sesshoumaru, "Nii-san," meaning brother-in-law, and they waited for each other, not knowing whether they can meet up again.

BTW she is not dressed as Kikyou, she is dressed as a Miko, reflecting her new place in society. Yeah, Kikyou is not the only miko, there was Kaede, and Hitomiko.

Based on evidence given in the manga, Inuyasha and Kagome will most likely be perfect for each other. The implication that she will stay is enough to suggest that, while they're not ready yet, it will happen eventually.

Thanks to uber-enthusiastic fans, EVERYBODY knows that when a human becomes a mate, (s)he retains his/her human form, but lives just as long as the youkai. sweatdrop
