Okay hero water is derived and only produced every 100 years by the great tree. There was a manga arc about it but i don't remeber when it was released. However hero water is only used as a last resort and so most ninja don't carry it. It is only produced in small ammounts and weilded exsclusivly by the takikage (title in village only), my guess in small vials so it doesn't harm the great tree. The village is literally ehind a waterfall inside a cliff and the tree acts as a light source as well. This is all i really know about the waterfall village sorry vladimir.

actually that was in a jump-festa OVA as a promotion for naruto. (may have had a stand-alone movie manga) I should note that the Jump festa epidode (Can't remember ifit was '04 or '05) was really, really, badly done. (Pre sasuke retreval arc). The other was equally odd but gave insight into the old chuunin exams.

I am surprised no one has tired to go for kabuto since he is in the middle of konoha roaming around. The only one i think who would recognize him would be sakura and naruto though. Just thought i would say that since its kind of funny.

XD Kabuto is a funny person, i personally beleive that if he hadn't hesitated, the naruto world would have been a better place. (Killing Sasuke) Hey, you know what we need? An npc thread! For missions! So that other people can be in missions, as say, an old lady... or a foreign shinobi... etc.

You can already do that its in the rules but unfortunately no one is high enough (beyond chuunin level.)

woot i like being a jonin its awsome, i love my exam it was almost like the anime. I really wanted to use 1000 years of death.....*pouts.* Ohhh well can't have everything go right. Woot exams are going to be starting soon.
