The hollow fizzled from existence as the man pulled his blade from the hollow's disappearing mask. He sighed as he flicked his sword into its scabbard. That hollow was the third one that day that he just 'walked upon' and killed. It was getting pointless to even raise his sword.. One sneeze and these hollows would have been killed.
He sighed and moved off toward the edges of the clearing. Maybe a nice cool swim would get rid of his worries? Yeah. That'd probably work. Ugu Zenmaru smiled as he made way into the brush. He took his time walking toward the nearby waterfall- the one where he trained a good partition of his student years at.
Eventually he came upon the flowing waterfall. He tossed his obi and zanpakutou onto the rocky side so that he wouldn't wreck them. After throwing off his clothing the large 7'1 man jumped into the glistening pool.

Kaosu bashed through the thick brush and drew his zanpaku-to. He looked around, and there wasn't a hollow in sight. Odd, I felt one before. He sighed and sheathed his zanpaku-to. Then, he looked around. "Dammit. Now I don't know where the hell I am again. This is gonna be one of those long weeks, isn't it?"
Kaosu looked and noticed the waterfall, not aware of Ugu's presence. He put a hand to his forehead and peered forward. "Hmm, and here I thought Tsai had the only waterfall in Soul Society." Kaosu went forward and bent to his knees for a drink. He dipped his whole entire head into the crisp, cool water and drunk deeply.

Behind the folds of light a lone hollow skulked. It's demonic like mask was within the darkness of the forest, but possessed a powerful inner radiance unlike the normal everyday hollow. Its eyes reeked of shadowy malevolence and shrieked for any form of bloody combat.

Ugu looked at Kaosu, who seemed to have chosen this fine waterfall to drink from. From the water his lime eyes looked at the student- quite dumbfounded that the student hadn't noticed him. The man then took the initiative to wave at the lone student and to yell out the teenager's name. "Oye! Kaosu!"

However, as he waved, a small prickle of reiatsu prodded the forefront of his mind. A hollow was nearby and trying to hide itself. His eyes went to the young teenager and feared for the worse. He kept calm, though, and acted normally. He remained his collected and calm self and awaited for the hollow to make his move.

Kaosu jumped from the water and backwards, accidentally inhaling just a few drops of water. He coughed raggedly until his body returned to a peaceful 'stasis'. "Holy crap, Ugu. A pat on the back or something coulda done just as well. That's what...twice we've ran into each other today? Crazy. Anyhow..."
Kaosu looked around and snapped his fingers. His fingers were loud, that's usually the way he attracted attention. "That's where this place is! I came here last time!" And then, the sharp noise of his fingers stopped echoing.
"So, what's going on?"

The man shunpoed out of the water to the place where he clothes were. He put on his shinigami wear and slid his zanpakutou, along with its sheath, into its special leather belth. "It is weird isn't it, Kaosu? It's almost like some weird force to forcing us to meet like this." A smile crept out onto his lips as he looked at the young student.
A hissing sound echoed through the waterfall's area. It was most likely a hollow of some sort. Ugu placed his right hand on the hilt of his blade. He knew, from sensing the being earlier, where it was. However, it would be smart to continue to 'play dumb' and await its eventual appearance. The shinigami just hoped that the hollow didn't end up attacking Kaosu.
And attack Kaosu Drae'Igle did. From behind it jumped out to attack the young student's exposed behind. It roared its hollow-reminiscent roar, and began to concentrate a fierce pile of reiatsu into its mouth. Soon a massive ball of flame shot from its mouth- heading straight toward Kaosu.

Kaosu nodded. "Yeah, like that Deux Ex..um..Machina thing you..." Kaosu cut the talk short as he heard the roar of the hollow. Crap. Kaosu spun around and he was looking right at a hollow bearing down on him. He saw the tongues of flame forming at it's mouth and cursed.
He bent his legs and jumped upwards in an attempt to dodge the fiery blast.

Ugu flashed from sight in a quick shunpo. "Taisha- Egeus." His sword twisted upon itself as he sped forward in his shunpo and glowed with a fiery green reiatsu. Within a moment his sword had elongated itself to the length of about 7 feet and width a hilt that would fit four of the giant's paws. With both hands the shinigami would swing his blade at.. his ally. Egeus would find himself being swung at the younger shinigami, of whom was about to get hit by the savage looking zanpakutou. "Kira-Kirikizu."

"Agh!" Kaosu shouted as the flames engulfed his lower body. He stopped his upward motion and landed onto the ground. The flames had easily incinerated his lower hakuda and his bare legs were covered with a decent amount of burns. He panickingly patted out all the still existing flames on his robes and skin, the pain a little more than bearable.
He tried standing back up but his legs didn't cooperate. He winced as he kept pushing to get up. "Aaagh! Come 'ere you sonofa...I'll cut you down without my legs!" But, the effort was wasted. His legs had been burnt to shreds and it still hurt as if they were still on fire.
Kaosu turned, and saw Ugu charging him with his humongous zanpaku-to. "Ugu?" Kaosu called, frightened. "Ugu, what..." Kaosu, unable to move, just closed his eyes. This can't be...this can't be....THIS CAN'T BE!

The monster reeled upon its heels as its dangerous eyes went down to the two shinigami. Another gathering ball of flame gathered in its mouth, preparing for another deadly strike. Its massive arms slammed down upon the larger of the two, then, in an attempt to buy more time for its fire jutsu.

Ugu frowned as he twisted his sword away from Kaosu. His sword would flash upwards at the white mask of the hollow- blocking the monster's two paws with his zanpakutou. Within a second he shifted his left hand from his sword's hilt. "Geki ("Conquer")."

Kaosu opened his eyes, and stared down at his legs. Completely healed... But then, a phrase Ugu said came back to Kaosu's mind. "...it's a healing zanpaku-to."
Oh.
Kaosu jumped up and readied his zanpaku-to. You're gonna pay for that. Kaosu ran towards the hollow and went right for it's gut, slashing across horizontally.
