wow, I hadn't updated the first page list in a whiile.. The only music-related thing I've been doing lately is idly writing music making plans for a band which currently only lacks a female (yes, it's an all girl band) bass player. 3nodding

I play electric guitar but im caught between playing electric and Bass.I can play the outro to Taiyou no ao,part of the intro to THE FINAL ,the intro to -mushi- and a few others im just learnin small stuff right now but starting this week im getting lessons^__^ yay!

.:: I play the flute in band and sing. I'm in a band but we're pretty new and haven't gotten any songs out yet. Actually we're kind of stuck. xP I sing opera for the most part and sometimes Broadway songs and stuff like that but I think if I wanted I could sing modern too. . . well maybe. Because alot of modern singers push their voices through their throats and strain to sing everything in their chest voice, which slowly destroys their vocal chords. Oh well. ::.

I'm in a band right now, but our bassist suxorz and we're not sure if our second guitarist is going to stay on. >> I feel more like I'm playing both rythm and lead guitar and bass since I keep having to take the bass away and showing the girl where to place her fingers >> Tis annoying, but 'cha know how it goes.

Those are all the in's I do.
Essentially, I sing, play guitar (normal, bass, 7-string, baritone, 5-string bass), play keyboards, play trombone, and play the recorder.
Hell yes, the recorder.

Well, I did play flute for a little while in elementary school, but haven't picked up one in years, my talents lie in singing, as I cannot sing very high I am an Alto-soprano and have about 8 years experience. No actual "instruments" but singing's harder than one might think. I give a tremendous amount of cresit to Kyo who has amazing carry and breath control for someone who probably had little to no vocal training.

Very dedicated violinist, I've been playing for a little over a decade, and I went on tour with an orchestra through Asia this March. I've done transcriptions of ain't afraid to die and Hotarubi....I'll post those when I go back home and find 'em. D: Sorry I left them at homeeee, I know a few of you guys want those transcripts...
I'm really excited, I get to perform one of Mozart's violin concertos and Copland's Hoe-Down (violin solo version, of course...) next concert. whee THEY'RE SO MUCH FUN.
I sing, too....I was in a very short-lived cover band, and my bandmates demanded I sing, though I wanted to be the bassist. My (alto) voice is really untrained, I still can't really sing from the diaphragm...I really wish the chorus didn't give me solos. gonk I can't afford singing lessons, though, my violin teacher's an expensive genius b*****d. gonk (well...he's not a b*****d, but he IS a genius...and expensive.)
I also play guitar, though I don't get to practise while I'm at school (I go to a boarding school), so I kinda suck at the moment. But I'm pretty good at bass, my buddy Max lets me borrow his.
Viola, as well. But that doesn't really count, playing a viola's just playing a bigger violin....
I don't play drums, but rather "rhythm," more unconventional types. Like...I'll take plates and lightbulbs or whatever's lying around and within reach and make some tune using them when I'm bored as ********, but one of the bands here (at school) liked it and requested I do some of that kind of thin for some of their songs. sweatdrop Does that even count?! It's just me ******** around....
