I don't have a spirit guardian and am not really sure on how to use the voice method.

Well, yeah. That's not the only way to do it. The 'voice' method I guess only 'works' if your guide has sorta always been there in your head, helping you along.. It was a bit confusing for me too, at first. Just try asking "Hello, are you there?"

And if that doesn't work, try to contact your guardian through meditation ^^ Or something around those lines. Once you get close enough to your guardian, you don't even have to speak out loud. They can just think to you and you can think to them

Sometimes that's misused though (-cough- ARGON. -glare-). She likes to send imagery into my head to scare me or likes to read what I'm thinking even if I don't want her to. >__>
