When it comes to kids below 10, I like them better put with older guys. Meaning, I would prefer a 7-year-old with a 19-year-old to an 8-year-old with a 9-year-old. The whole 8 with 9 thing is good too, just not as good in my view.
One of the things I love about Japanese school uniforms: elementary school boys wear shorts. heart twisted A little boy in a school uniform that involves shorts is just so damn cute while being molested.

It's also cute when they wear girls school uniforms...in my opinion atleast biggrin

Oh, you know what i found out today? Shota is technically illegal in the US ever since the Amber Alert thing started. A guy got charges pressed on him for importing lolicon (which is the female equivalent to Shota for those who don't know) But. If you draw Shota, you're protected under certain artistic freedom laws....BUT if you view OTHER PEOPLE'S drawings, then it's illegal...

... That law makes no sense and is stupid. It doesn't make much difference to me though, I'm an Australian. xd I have no idea what Australia's laws on such things are though... hell, I don't know if there are any.

And im I the UK so i doubt that law exists here either, If it does no ones arrested me for it yet XP I feel sorry for all the shota fans in the US i mean thats the dumbest law ever XP I mean their drawings and they aren't even of real people for goodness sake! if they were photo's was of actual kids getting it on with Adults I can understand the law, but its drawn art for christs sake...Grr...I'm so glad i dont live in the US.

I think the UK has similiar laws, as does Sweden where I live. But just like in most countries these laws are hazy, confusing, full of loopholes and rarely even enforced. In short, they just can't function in practice and quite honestly I can't see them work in theory for that matter. They're just... Insane. The people who made these laws in most of Europe and the US clearly didn't think it through very well, to say the least. >.>
Then again... Do they ever?

Okay, don't look at me like that. I should say that I love to write about shota. ***** are an interesting topic and while I have a special hate for them in real life, fictional ones can be interesting to read about. o;

I personally would like an older boyfriend, so I look for that in yaoi. n_n; Men molesting kids under 10 and 12 ... that freaks me out. o_O;;

Heee~.... I don't really know about actual, hardcore shota, but I do love it when one party is significantly older than the other. Well, sort of. Like, I dunno.... A 19-year-old with a 36-year-old, for example. ( CloudxFayt, from Star Ocean 3. Perfect example, for those of you who've played it. ^o^ )

I'm pretty big on first-timer kinds of things, so some mild shota can be pretty cute, as long as it's... you know... fan-made stuff, none of the hardcore preschooler crap.

Seriously though, I'm not kidding. According to our laws here it's been illegal to possess or download child porn in any form (both real and cartoon). This includes things your browser saves down into your cache, so viewing something by accident online could get you into court (in theory). However, you may legally possess child porn if you're a journalist and - quote - are going to use it to form an opinion against it. Yay for loopholes. You may also keep it if you're a judge or lawyer by profession since that might be part of your work in that case.
The law dates back to 1996 and the school textbook I got this from is from 2003, so I really hope they've changed that by now, but they probably haven't. Laws should apply for all, damn it. >.>

Um...have any of you actually seen real shota? I'm not talking about the fan stuff with two digimon characters kissing or young teens making out or anything like that. I mean, actual real hardcore shota, because it's not all this fluffy stuff that you're making it out to be. Real shota involves young, young, young! boys in graphic sexual situations. Like preschool young. There's a lot of fluids and tiny flushed faces, a lot of crying and a lot of "no, no, no!" Roy Mustang and a teenage Ed is nothing in the face of the reality of shota.

Thirteen is a bit too young for me most of the time. Though around fifteen and higher and I'm pretty fine with it. Still, I tend to like boys a year or two after they've turned into teenagers.

Still, I'm absolutely not affected by most of it. D: I think not4chan and those other sites got to me.

I adore Shota its just so fricking cute! I'm writing a shota fic at the moment. Its a Full metal alchemist RoyxEd story but I've messed with the timeline so Ed is only 8 and Roy is 19 when they first meet and Ed's been psyically abused and Roy saves him.

On a side note I plucked out the cat ears and tail from the anime loveless, you know the whole: You'll lose you cat ears and tail when you lose your virginaty thing ^_^.

Anyway after Roy saves him, Roy ends up adopting Ed too, which makes Ed happy. Ed has also been having funny feelings inside of him since they first met (buttergflies in stomach, blushing etc) but becuase he's so young (Even though he's a child prodigy) he doesn't understand what these feelings are until he reaches the tender age of 11 and has sex ed at school (Becuase he's in an advanced class he learns sex ed eariler than he should) and...well this is as far as i've gotten but that's what's going to happen and hopefully the ending will reap some nice undrage molsetation at the end of the story...or even underage sex? *Ponders* Still unsure about that at the moment but we'll see XD If you want to read the first two chapters that are online check it out here: http://www.fanfiction.net/secure/live_preview.php?storyid=2994553

I live in the UK and the legal age for sex is 16 so technically it isn't shota ^_^ 15-Below definatly though ^_^

yeah shota is yummifull sometimes unless they are really young. who could taint something that innocent! i think the youngest age i liked i nshota was an Itachi Sasuke and Sasuke was 8 and Itachi was like 13 i think it was a little before he massacred the clan. i actually like older boys like 15 or 16 i am 13 whee well i just think they're hott.... redface

It really depends. I don't like anything where one of the characters is under 16. Anything below that just seems so wrong to me.

I love shota. Anything below 6 I think is just plain weird, especially if it's not uber fluff. For me 7-14 must be uber fluff, fluff or, slightly over fluff. Anything over fluff with at least a 15 year old is fine with me.
