That's why I've taken a liking to non-PvP servers.
You choose if you want to PvP, and you can level anywhere as long as there aren't opposite faction NPCs. biggrin

Still can't do quests though, which speed it up a bit.

... Questing's easy, even in crazy places like Stranglethorn Vale or Desolace.
Of course, I tend to quest with Tom and my friend which makes it easier.

Er... Yes.
I'm level 42, Tom's level 41, and my friend is almost level 40.
Lockpicking is the most annoying skill to level evar. Just spent the better part of an hour and a half getting 32 more skill in it. ********. gonk

I've got a level 24 rogue that's on about 60 lock picking. I thought you needed it for the poisons quest? You need it on horde at least, if it's the same for alliance your rogue must be gimped to hell. Poisons kick a**.

Yeah, you need around 70 lockpicking for the poison quest.
And yeah, poisons are cool and useful.

I play halo 2 on live a hell of a lot... (currently level 3 cool and I meet asshats all the time.
Here are a few snippets of genius I hear from retards trying to insult me.
"Go see the Queen!" - Truly so offensive...
"Go eat a crumpet" - I think I will, thanks!
"Clean your teeth" - I already have... they're good
"Go back to your own country" - Y'know, because everytime I sign onto xbox live I jump a few thousand miles to another country... stare
"BRITISH!!!!!" - I don't know why, but some guy thought state my nationality (badly) would tick me off. Last time I checked, being called british wasn't that bad of an insult.
"I hope you choke on your tea" - I was laughing for about 10 minutes solid after this one.

Just tried to attack Sentinel Hill; 3 level 60s, and two level 48s.
They got pwned into oblivion. xd The only alliance person who died was some silly little level 17 gnome.
