((ooc: Well Done ALL!! I'm sorry I haven't posted sooner, but a couple days ago I tried to and I made an unbelievably fabulous reply, beginning to finish the wretch off. It took nearly an hour to complete it, stocked with photos and all and it was really long. I went to spell check it, then continued to exit the ABCcheck. Then it disappeared and I was logged off!! scream scream stressed ******** LOGGED ME OFF! scream I was too furious for the past several days, on top of my school, which ends tomorrow, so we're testing. And I was having a man-struation--Yes men have periods, we just don't call them that or admit it-- I'm sure you've been in that position before where you just don't want to feel creative enough to make the same thing 'cuz you're so pissed off at everything. I was so mad and I couldn't scream 'cause it was 3:30 am in a condo with a sleeping bear(dad) So I beat up the air. stare I coulda went emo and cut off my arms, i was so mad.))

((Anyways, lets all make this a golden win! I want all to form and power up for a last attack that will -OVERKILL- and annihilate the Ochu. That means fireball every one! No more dice. I'll finish it off))

(( rofl Alright, all is forgiven, just because that was so funny to imagine. It really does suck, though, when the comp eats your posts. It used to happen to me a lot. XP Old crappy comp. My current computers so f'ed up that even my dad won't use it when somebody's on the main one.
Anyways, I gotta go now. I'll post an rp somethin or other tomorrow. School's in exam reviews right now, but I've got A's for the year, so I'm exempt from a lot. I'm just skipping school most of this week. ^_^ I love being naturally smart. ))

Rinel's valant magicks, Raistlin's ninja-like techniques, and Drake's all-out, power show had proved too cumbersome for the behemoth beast Ochu. Kenshin still wondered how the beast had come to be in his land, for he knew nothing like that had been part of the livestock. Since Drake had been healed and was fighting so well, scoring incredible hits on the Ochu, Kenshin had had Drake under suspicion. Kenshin saw it in Drakes eyes: some animalistic, barbaric trait hiding behind those human eyes.
The Ochu Monster staggered back, heaving furiously. Blackish-green blood oozed from the monster and it had been obviously torn to its last limb. The Ochu now only had several vines left-- But they seemed to be the most deadly of them all, the ones that had been sacrificed for the last moment. The green plant beast shook and toiled for a minute longer, growling in low tones.
Then the Ochu's vines rose slowly, glowing and bearing the deadly claws and spikes. Its form began to glow too and the last great swarm of poison seeds hovered above the Ochu's form. Steadily the low growl turned to a loud, shrill screech. It snapped furiously, and began to charge like a beast.
"Chidori, now", Kenshin-sama exclaimed, his brow furrowing. He wanted her to join the others. Kenshin saw what it was trying to do-- make one last suicide attack, an attack deadly enough to take the three to Hell with it. Kenshin strode over, standing in the middle of the bunch. Commanding them, he pointed an outstretched hand at the charging beast.
"Everyone, fireballs now!"
Kenshin grabbed the hilt of a very large sword strapped from his belt, which appeared to be a two-handed broadsword. Kenshin slowly took small advances, moving further ahead. Perhaps it could have been because of the immense waves of pure evil energy that it was giving off, but Kenshin wanted to distance himself before unleashing the weapon which looked like it wanted out. "I will banish you back to the Nether world...", Kenshin mumbled under his breath, glaring at the ever approaching Ochu Monster. A look of pure hated glazed his golden eyes.

((For some reason, at the climax I hear the song, "I Stand Alone", by Godsmack)) :she chuckled holding out her hand a orb appearing in it as she put both of her hands under the orb and stretched her hands out the orb filling the space between her to hands to make an orb nearly as tall as she was: ... finally:she kicked the ball towards the Ochu letting it combine with the others fireballs:

((For some reason, at the climax I hear the song, "I Stand Alone", by Godsmack)) stabbing his sword yet again into the ground he focused on his vampiric form. closing his eyes then reopening them with slanted pupils and bloodshot eyes. his fangs extended and his wounds beginning to heal. outstreatching both arm he formed two gigantic fire orbs. bigger and stronger then what he could do in human form. waiting for kenshins signal to fire he aimed for the ochu and its last minutes of life. kenshin giving the order realeased the two enormous orbs the size of half his body at the ochu just as chidori kicks hers at it.

Calli nods, stepping forward and bringing her staff bearing down again, holding it tightly on both hands. The air heats up around her as she goes for one last, all out attack, and small fireballs, like a thousand red, angry eyes, begin to form around her. Many join up, until she has a wheel of about six fireballs hovering around her, bigger than beach balls and turning the air red. Calli smirks, then swings her staff down, as if hitting a release, and all the fireballs go streaking towards the Ochu, colliding together just as they strike for one huge fireball.
Meanwhile, on the other side of her, Drake's confidence had grown at his prior , two fireball attack being successful. He also saw the others, each with their own massive attacks easily launched, and felt a need to match them, prove that he was just as powerful. The fireballs in each hand grew, till they began to lick at and sting his own palms, but he ignored it, just smirking.
It was unfortunate to see his summoning would be killed, but at the very least, he'd still be able to show that he was stronger than Calli assumed. That had been his original plan all along anyways, so she'd see he could handle more power and give it to him. Watching everybody else ready their attacks, about to release them, Drake finally throws his fireballs forward, smashing them together in midflight as they rocket towards the Ochu at the same time as everybody else. Drake's hands were singed by the flames, but he had yet to notice, too focused on watching the final result of their large attack to care about the pain. He knew they'd probably figure it out soon, where this Ochu had come from, when it wouldn't just fall down dead, but would probably be sucked back into a dark vortex, or vaporize. Maybe the attack would be big enough, though, that complete annihilation would result anyways, and he'd get away without punishment.

((ooc: stressed It happened AGAIN! I had a great page-long follow-up to end the battle and the library computer deletes it the next day.... ******** this s**t, just go with what I got. it sucks but oh well.)) The Final Blow Kenshin took his final step before drawing the great sword, Tokijin. This sword was a clarification of his power as Jurosai, a great swordsmith once said,"Only someone who was incredibly powerful would be able to control this sword".This sword, able to obliterate one’s existence with the mere flick of it’s blade, bore the hatred and evil or a million souls. Also one would notice that Kenshin's appearance had gone back to pure form, his crimson hair faded to silver, and his markings reappeared for this attack. This move seemed to take all the power and concentration he could use.The Ochu was now within distance, closing in on him. Kenshin’s aura burned a bright red as he drew the massive two-hander with only one. It’s blade was sharper than even his twin katana, swords that were never to be underestimated to begin with.  The air grew humid and heavy about the, all, the power of Tokijin seeming to draw in all life forces to it and suck it in. Even Chidori, Calli, Drake and Raistlin felt its pull as it sucked in energy. Kenshin’s anger was so strong that even as he was beginning to transform unconsciously, the sword fed like a blood-sucking fiend. Kenshin’s aura crept through the sword and began to meld into one, creating a blinding flash that turned the sword's aura white. “Prepare to die, you pitiful fiend.” Kenshin said, holding the sword at chest height. Lightning energy began to snap violently about him and the Sword of Hatred, Tokijin. “Soou…” He muttered in low tone, “Ryuu…” now speaking with a raised voice. White-blue light began to seep from the sword as Kenshin directed all his Demon youki (great demon powers, like chi power) into the sword. He raised the sword above his head and brought it down with one fell swipe. “HAAAAAAAA!!!” As he screamed the last word of the spell, the Ochu was only 10 feet away. The Great Tokijin expelled all that it had bottled up, along with the power of Kenshin and the four. The energy rushed toward the Ochu, twisting into the form of what seemed like a dragon….with very large jaws and teeth. It leaped into the air, then came down upon the beast plant., stopping it in it’s tracks. The jaws closed down onto it and swallowed the Ochu whole. At last, the ground began to shake violently beneath them, and where the Ochu stood, the ground split in two. An explosion so raw, it could be felt miles away, consumed the doomed Ochu monster. Kenshin looked onward, standing his ground. His hair fluttered in the winds of the impact, the silver sparkling from the light. Where the Ochu once stood, and nearly a quarter-mile behind it, there was nothing. Nothing but a sheer hole left by the power of the sword. Seconds later, a small vortex of darkness opened and began to suck in particles of the remains. Kenshin’s eyes narrowed as he watched the vortex close. “Just as I suspected…”, he muttered to himself, a steely coldness in his tone. He turned to eye Drake, his upper lip twitching. As he started to walk back, Kenshin fell, cringing on one knee.

Calli and Drake both watch in awe at this sight, Drake more focused on the power that Kenshin could wield and how he did so, Calli watching Kenshin's transformation back to pure form. Drake watches silently, eyes locking on the sword. If he could somehow just get that sword.....
By now, the air was growing humid, weighing everybody down. Calli, feeling some of her power sap away doesn't resist, even giving a bit more without hesitation... which was good, because the second Drake felt Kenshin drawing energy from him, Drake stepped back both mentally and physically, keeping his energy to himself. There wasn't much of it to use anyways, and Calli's extra energy made up for it with ease, helping build the power in the sword for this final attack... and what a final attack it was. It started out as just lightning, then erupted like a flood with the fierceness and shape of a dragon, then crushed down on the Ochu. The beast didn't stand a chance. The ground shook and there was an explosion, one which knocked Drake off his feet. If Calli had not had her staff with her, she too would have had difficulty standing. All the same, it whipped her blond hair about, fluttering in the wind like a flag of their victory and pressed her clothes back against her lean frame for a brief moment, before all fell silent. There was a long scar in the ground, running for almost a quarter mile. Calli heaves a sigh of relief, then pauses, frowning in confusion as the vortex opens up. "A summoning..." She mutters in confusion. Then blood drains from her face. Her thoughts skipped over the possibility that it might be Drake and went immediately to worrying about some unknown attacker, some unknown evil against the Haven.
Kenshin though... Drake knew immediately that he realized who had summoned the beast. Still sitting on the ground, Drake shrinks back from that cold gaze, fear flickering in his eyes. Drake did not fear Calli, who was always such a kind hearted soul and not very strong anyways... but this man.... Drake feared Kenshin without a doubt, especially now after witnessing such power. Luckily.... there was no confrontation here, today. Kenshin might be strong... but it was apparent he'd never heard of overkill very much. That attack had been a hundred times more than what was needed, and now Lord Kenshin looked weak because of it. Maybe he was a fool, Drake thought as he slowly gets to his feet and brushes himself off with a sigh, not even looking at him after he drops to one knee.
Calli, on the other hand, immediately rushes forward, a look of worry flickering through her eyes as she crouches down next to her friend. Laying one hand softly on his shoulder, she looks at him, frowning, then sets down her staff and takes the canteen hanging from her belt, then holds it out to him. "Kenshin. Are you alright? That was amazing... but honestly, there was no reason to throw around that much power. You could have killed someone other than that Ochu, including yourself." She scolds him lightly.

:she watched Kenshin transform into his pure form allowing him to use her energy and stood her ground with little trouble as his attack obliterated the ochu: ..: as the portal opened sucking the ochu in she frowned her eyes narrowing slightly as she realized what had happened and why the ochu was in the haven: yes calli i believe your right it is a summoning :her eyes focused on drake before seeing kenshin fall to one knee: KENSHIN! :she walked forward and helped him stand: i believe you let your anger get the better of you my dear... :she smiled:

feeling kenshins great sword begin sucking his energy, but allowed for him to take what was needed. when the ochu had been obliderated he watched kenshin collapse. running up to him,"lord kenshin are you all right" he said castiously aproaching him. speaking to chidori,"that ochu did not seem at all like a normal monster. it seems more like it had been summond by someone? am i right?"
