He gave a slight nod. Mark obviously wasn't familiar with his style of humour. There was no way that he could hack the mech without Mark's explicit permission as long as he stood right next to him. By the time he'd finished unpacking the equipment he had on him, Mark would be paranoid enough to stop him before he could even get close to the systems, or for that matter, get in contact with someone else. There was also the small problem with him having mentioned who he was and not really wanting Mark to realise that he really was who he said he was, after all, his hacking persona had enough imitators, not something he discouraged as it gave him greater anonymity.
"Central City" He responded to Mark's question as to where they were heading.

Eseen unwrapped her arms from Leadstorm's waist, pausing for a moment to check if she'd calmed down. She'd dealt with bounty hunters before, but none like Mark. He seemed to be as inexperienced as all hell, but his general inability to keep his cool done a great job for keeping people in line. Something which kept you alive regardless.
Placing a thumb on one of the rivets holding her fingerless gloves together, she let it heat up a bit while she sped up the molecules in there.
"I don't know who you think you are, but I know Skase can handle himself out there. Going back is just going to get you killed." Without giving him a chance to react, she swung her palm up into the side Leadstorm's head, the rivet exploding on impact. She yelled out in pain as it tore through the flesh in her palm, an injury that would barely cause physical damage.
"Sorry about that, I just can't let you go off and kill yourself. Not my job is all." She apologised, then attempted to push him off the side of the bike.
(( Sorry about the godmodding there. Eseen's intention is to ditch Leadstorm and take the bike and the palm to his temple had the intention to stun him enough for her to push him off and would probably at most leave a bit of a gash in his skin that'd bleed for a bit, maybe a couple of stitches. I've left it as is so you can actually react to it. ))

~Leadstorm winced at the impact, searing off theflesh on the back of his head almost to the point of his titanium-lined skull. within a matter of milliseconds his pain inhibitoers kicked on, keeping him consious, and as he fell to one side of the bike he swung his mechnical fist at Eseen's solar plexus, letting a small pneumatic impact go at the end, attempting to wind the woman before the exchange could escalate into a fight. Eseen exhaled sharply and pain shot through her body from his fist. She tried to breath in but found herself horribly short of breath. A reply would have been put into place however, the onset of lack of oxygen kicked in almost immediately. Her body began convulsing involuntarily, trying to gasp for air. She leaned forward as Leadstorm slid off the bike.
Focus, Hawkins! She screamed at herself, knowing she had to get her priorities together even with her body going into shock and thoughts scrambled because of it. There was no way she could take on the man, even if she had the upper hand and caught him off guard.
BIKE
Her arm shot forward and grabbed onto one of the handlebars, the other arm following suit. With as much determination she could muster, she twisted her hand back to get the bike moving forward and finish the job of getting Leadstorm off it. All she needed now was for Vinnie to be cooperative.

((Letting go of the clutch before the throttle was engaged, if you've ever driven a manual transmission, you know the feeling.)) " Alright let's get the hell out of theses wastes." Mark said flipping a switch as the platform the pilot's char was on turned to it's side and recoiled into the chest of the mecha, the chest then closed and they two of them were in a 5 by 6 by 7 foot space that was pitch black for a couple of seconds and then the H.U.D light up.
The space was still relatively dark, and the sounds gears , hydraulics , rotors, and engines surounded them. As they began to move forward, and slowly pick up speed, Mark handed Joe a head set, that would not only block out the noise but allow them to communicate in a quieter setting. Then Mark put a headset on himself. He then initiated the cloaking device and radar jammer, thus making him virtually invisible.

As the mech closed he felt the walls close in on him, trapping him within the mechanical being together with the man he suspected was deadly. The combination of that and the few seconds of complete darkness was all it took to bring on a full blown panic attack.
By the time the HUD lit up, Joe was breathing heavily and holding his head in his hands, doubling over. He was going insane. He knew he was going insane. Somewhere in front of him, the lights of the control panel seemed to come alive, moving towards him, trying to trap him further in the prison he found himself in now.
"No, no.. stay away.. no.. "
Somewhere in the background, logic told him that none of this was real, that he was simply in the cockpit of a mech and that if he just calmed down, things would work out. But logic was lost on him at this point and as Mark handed him the headset, he smashed it into the lights which were threatening him repeatedly in an attempt to keep the lights from consuming him, it looking more like he was swiping at invisible flies than the lights he thought were coming to get him. His wild and erratic movements managed to occasionally make contact with the mech's interior and its pilot who was sitting entirely too close to the panicking man to not be hit.

The girl flopped over the seat, releasing her grip on the handlebars and letting her arm fall to the side in defeat. Her body was still struggling from oxygen and she was starting to feel rather dizzy. Combined with a guy standing over her that could overpower her even in peak condition, the situation was hopeless.
Finally her lungs gave away and she inhaled sharply, falling into a coughing fit for about a minute while panting heavily. While she had recovered, the only thing that had changed was that she was breathing.
"God.. dammit." She managed to murmur before pulling herself together. "You really don't get it do you? You go back for him, it means he's worth something. Then that idiot has something to bargain with. Then you're both dead and he has the bike."
After a few fruitless attempts, she managed to lift herself back up into a sitting position, placing a hand to the side of her head which wouldn't stop spinning.
"You take the bike and he'll track you down, he knows who you are, how to find you. I take the bike and it's gone. Not even Skase knows how to find me."

"yeah, maybe, but if you take the bike, I don't have the bike, and I did this all for nothing. I'm not going away empty handed. now how about we just agree to go our separate ways, you tell me where to drop you off, and I take MY bike and do what I want with it.?" the frustration was painstakingly clear in his voice as he let out the last sentance.~

Eseen was slightly shocked by this. Leadstorm should have been agreeing with her plight, or at least reason, whatever that was. Maybe she had shown signs of getting older than a cute little girl nobody could resist, which let her get away with practically anything. Or maybe he was just an a*****e. Yeah, that had to be it.
Your bike? She thought to herself. No way! This is my bike, I stole it fair and square. Well, I would if you didn't punch me in the goddamn chest.
She didn't say this, however. She knew better than to speak her mind with her thoughts. That got people into unnecessary trouble and she was already in enough as it was. While he seemed genuinely decent to decent people, he wasn't aware just yet of how not-decent she was. Finding out first hand how he treated dishonest people was not on her priority list. It was more on her 'to avoid' list. It didn't sound like a whole lot of fun.
Instead of actually replying, convincing him with her irresistible cuteness- something of which she was sure disappeared years ago, assuming she had it at all. For a moment it crept into her thoughts that it only worked because it attracted the wrong kind of attention. Not that it mattered anyway, the thief got what she wanted. She flopped down over the seat and lay motionless.

~Leadstorm pulled a plastic ziptie from his coat and moved toward Eseen, watching her hands carefully. he wasn't sure if she had lost consiousness, orwas just faking it to make him lower his guard. he approached slowly, intending to tie her wrists while she was incapacitated. "Besides, I'm owed this bike, and the heads of every senior member of the corporation that made it. and that still won't be enough to rectify what they did to me" he said under his breath.~

After a few minutes of getting smack on the head Mark got pissed off by the man "THAT DOES IT!" He roared in a very threatening voice that would make a chihuahua crap itself " YOU CALM DOWN RIGHT NOW BEFORE I HAVE TO GET INVOLVED AND WHEN I DO YOU'LL REGRET IT SO CALM YOUR a** DOWN!" He then stopped the mecha and turned around to the man. He glared down at Joe meanicingly.

As Mark looked at Joe, he'd see the hacker wide eyed, more whites of his eyes showing than should be normal and shaking, giving the impression that he was having a bad trip.
Mark's voice however, had had the desired effect and cut through Joe's panicky mind, making him focus on Mark instead of the surreal lights that had been threatening him.
For a split second, not only did Joe's mind focus on Mark, but it saw the danger of Mark's threat. Instead of holding on to the logic, it switched to believing that the only way out of this prison was through Mark. This thought was promptly followed through with Joe throwing a punch directly at Mark's face.
((Go ahead and mod. I can't see of any way of reasoning with Joe to get him to snap out of this one))

" YOU SON OF A..." he shouted as he swung down his cybernetic arm down onto Joe's head "I spare you life and this is the thanks I get? I knew you were high on something but god damn it why punch me!"

He'd been just about to throw a second punch at the man shouting at him when Mark's arm impacted with his head, sending him to the floor.
For a moment, all he saw was spots. Spots which soon threatened to take over his entire world and for a split second, the vast emptiness of unconsciousness called to him, promising him release from the state he was in, only to abandon him at the last moment, leaving him to fend for himself through the nausea that overcame him.
Thus, he did nothing, hoping that by simply doing nothing, the nauseaus feeling would pass along with the headache that was making itself noticed and the general claustrophobic feeling, which, whilst having calmed down a bit, was still present, ready to rear up and send him into another panic attack once the rest of his body agreed with his mind.
((Good luck with the exams and life in general))
