Please list the prizes you want in the order you want them; your list only needs to be as long as the slot you rolled. If you were rolled fifth, you only need to list your top five; if you were rolled twenty fifth, you should list your top twenty five. If you want an item which has an unlimited quantity, you only need to list it once; for example, if you are rolled 25th and only wanted an IC RP Item you would just need to PM the mule which IC RP Item you wanted. Since IC RP Items and Growth Items are unlimited, we will never run out of these.

Winning Procedures

This year, everyone is eligible to win an art prize! If you are at or over the Character Cap Limit, you can enter for civilian art for existing or new characters, however you cannot enter for any powered art! Some of these semi-premade civilians may reappear with recolors or edits in future events!

Winners will have 72 hours to send a preference list to the shop mule, The Space Cauldron. If a winner does not contact the mule by that time, they will forfeit their slot and may contact the mule about claiming one of the unlimited prizes! Once a player is rolled, all of their tickets will be pulled from the ticket list; you can only be rolled once! Unlike in previous years, you cannot swap places with another player in this raffle! Players who are over Character Cap cannot win new powered art in the raffle, but they can win Alternate Civilian outfits. Civilian outfits can be used for existing characters or new characters. Players who are on cooldown can still win new art; prizes won in the raffle do not go on any character cooldown. If your preference list includes a new powered character, please also send in your character point list! You must have below 15 points to claim a new powered character.

Please remember that there are rules for acquiring a rare character! A rare character is any non-human character, including Youma, Half-Youma, Mauvians, Velencians, and Deep Space Senshi; Moon Knights are also rare characters. You cannot claim a rare character unless you have been actively roleplaying in the shop for the past three months or you have posted to grow at least one character to third stage. Any adult White Moon Senshi can be claimed as a Deep Space Senshi if the player chooses.

While you can no longer post for raffle tickets for the event, you have until 11:59 PM (PST) tonight, July 9th, to claim for your Individual Participation Prizes and Bingo! RPs/Solos do not need to be completed but they do need to be started and have at least 500 words to count! You can still send in PMs for RP with the the Merchant or the Special Vanguardian Prompt; even if you are unable to start these RPs immediately, if you are still interested in doing them, please just contact the mule so we can work something out! You can also PM Player Appreciation Messages and Fourth Stage Nominations until 11:59 PST tonight; the Lucky Star Mini Game will be open until then as well!
