 Blaze looked at Calloway weirdly...being from the human realm he had no idea what a dullahan was... What the ******** is a dullahan? And you're worried about a blood stain?Blaze looked around and then noticed that there was a reason that the blood wasn't cleaned up yet... Uh...so I think that they were rushed out of here...like they were following something...I mean there is still more evidence to be be found and they didn't block off the entrance...They must have gotten distracted, or I think they would still be here to be honest...Blaze said using his investigation skills. He walked around carefully making sure to keep everything where it was. It was a crime scene after all and he wasn't going to get his or Calloway's names tied in it. He walked around the blood stain and to the back of a book shelf... I know this is a magic school and it's not like the human realm...but I would assume the killer would have been hiding here...give me a second to look around but don't touch anything...Blaze conjured up a hand shield that emulated light...He used it to look at the books on the shelf...one was missing. Not so unusual for a library but this library didn't have many gaps. It was probably likely of the librarian to push the books together when the book that was checked out wasn't there. He looked at the books next to it then looked at the floor around the missing book...

he gulped and ran his fingers through his smoky gray hair. by the way a dullahan is a creature that exists severed from it's head...it's a magical creature. it works out

Blaze being the master detective he was looked at Calloway with a blank look... That whaaa—He stepped out and looked around and there was a big red sign that said: "This is the RESTRICTED section of the library:
All books these books are to stay in library and cannot be checked out." Blaze was dumbfounded and looked at Calloway...
Is this guys wicked smart and just ******** with me or am I just really dumb...
Blaze sighed...
Well that makes even less sense that the book would be gone...Hmm...
Blaze reexamined the empty place where the book was looking behind it. He lifted his hand shield and looked at everything closely and happened upon a black feather in it's place...
That's odd...I should leave it there and bring it to someone's attention later...
Blaze said to himself as he conjured up gloved and a bag to pick it up with. He put it in the bag and then headed towards Calloway.
I don't follow my advice...It's a thing...
Blaze said explaining his actions to Calloway that likely didn't even think twice about what he was doing...he headed for the door and looked at Calloway....
How is that WORKING out? Like...I never heard of that! That's terrifying!
Blaze said waiting for Calloway to go look in the hall with him.

Daein reached the other side and again, he let go of Xavier's hand and clapped his hands together. The inky black magic covered them and he placed it on the rune. The rune started to glow and then it shattered. Daein's entire body shivered as he pushed the wall out and into the room. The passage led to the card catalog the library had, which was the back room. He let out a tiny cough as he stepped out and put a hand down for Xavier to take. He wrote with his other hand. "We're here. Take my hand."Daein smiled as he helped Xavier and then made sure to close the door behind them both. He didn't want either of them to get in trouble for using the passageways. He walked to the end of the room where the door was to the main part of the library and opened it. He looked back at Xavier. He had never seen someone like this before. In truth, darkness was Daein's ally, and it never bothered him, not once. When Xavier asked for help, Daein rose an eyebrow before kneeling to him and putting his forehead onto Xavier's. He was trying to feel if he was hot in the head. But it wasn't, at least not to the standards of what a fever would feel like. He looked Xavier, or tried to, and shook his head. It wasn't like he was sick...maybe he needed a moment. He slowly laced his fingers with Xavier's and gestured him to take a second to sit down. He then unclipped his cloak and put it around the boy, hoping that having something with security would calm him down. He gave a little smile and stared at him for far too long before looking toward the door. He didn't let go of Xavier's hand for the time being. "Rest."he mouthed to Xavier and just sat next to him, still holding his hand and leaning on the shelf. Daein was a lot skinnier upon further inspection, and his cloak filled a lot of space that he really didn't have. Some of the inky black magic was seen creeping up Daein's neck and settling there, but he put a hand over it quickly and just started to massage it. After a few minutes, Daein felt like he should ask if Xavier was ok. He let out a sigh and then looked at Xavier. "Are you feeling better?" he wrote out, and let the words linger there with plenty of time for Xavier to read. ☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲☲

He glanced over at Xavier a few times to check on him, but he was either staring or being to himself. Daein didn't want to bother the boy. He just relaxed for the moment, which was nice since the back room was quiet. When he felt Xavier getting closer and touching him, he flinched. He went to grab the hand touching him when Xavier fell over and took Daein with him. The two boys ended up kissing. Daein looked wide eyes at Xavier as he pulled away, and sat up. He kept the cloak over them, but just stared at Xavier, his own cheeks brandishing a rose coloration. He let out a breath, and reached a hand for Xavier's cheek, placing it gently there. He slowly leaned forward and brought himself over for a second, not at all accidental, kiss. He moved closer, leaning more on Xavier and using his other hand to support him as he continued to kiss the boy. Daein even allowed his eyes to close as he went. He wasn't sure what was happening or how Xavier was going to take it, but at that moment, he was too curious to not take the chance. He felt like he'd even lost himself in the moment, and he wasn't out of control. It was an intense, but new feeling Daein liked. It only lasted for a few moments, but then Daein felt Xavier pull away from him. He opened his eyes and saw Xavier was talking, telling him his name. He hadn't introduced himself...that was...something. Embarrassed, Daein looked away for a moment, but then brought his finger up. "Daein Calmette is my name..." Xavier gave his full name, so Daein gave his, even know he knew how...eccentric...his family was. He felt Xavier put a hand in his hair, and Daein just...let it happen. His lips curved into a smile and as he looked at Xavier. "Do I...make you uncomfortable?" he wrote, knowing that he'd been kind of forward with that last...bit of time.
