tabIto let out a long, low whistle as more people showed up. While it was frustrating to her that people found out about the situation, she’d be lying if she said she wasn’t having fun playing with Konoha’s shinobi. The bandit was in no rush to get up from seated position. After all she’d just gotten comfy. But as her Sharingan alerted her to the raising of chakra from the fearsome Reiken Raiders plus Sonyo, Ito sighed like someone who was leaving a break to go back to work.
She pushed herself off of the railing, letting herself flutter down from the watchtower back to solid ground. As she fell, ito’s body slowly became cloaked in glowing white chakra, radiating the air with it’s very strength and heat. [Demon Cloak Stage 1] She locked eyes with Sonyo only, the bandit’s exposed mouth twisting into more of a confident sneer, her eyes glowing ominously inside of her hood. As Kokuo’s chakra enveloped Ito, she wanted to make sure everyone here knew just how outclassed they were.
Ito swung her scythe up above her head, deftly spinning it over her like a fan. The chakra infused weapon glowed white as it kicked up a miniature tornado! The wind around Ito quickly formed into boiling hot steam! [Life Hunter/Corrosive Defense Korabo S+ Overwhelming Spiritual vs 5 Complex, all treated as B rank for collisions] Ito laughed madly, tauntingly to those who were attacking her. “C’mon, is that all you got?!” She yelled over the roar of steam and wind. The force of the steam twister would be enough to blow back each attack coming at her, and return massive damage back to each of the Reiken Raiders.
The only thing that caught her by surprise was Sonyo’s attack. It was strong, yes, but not strong enough to hurt Ito through her spiral of steam. However, it was strong enough to push her back. Ito’s feet dug into the ground as the shockwave pushed and pushed, until it slammed her back into Konoha’s defensive wall. The shock made Ito buckle forward, staring at Sonyo from this distance with a massive grin on her face, demonic in her appearance. She wanted to truly beat the brat down and show her the difference between them. But as Ito drew from Kokuo’s reserves of power, she got the feeling this fight wasn’t going to be lasting much longer. Her and Rabu just needed to hold out that little bit longer.
“Well it’s been real, it’s been fun~” Ito playfully called out to the battlefield as she leaned on her scythe. “But I can’t say it’s been real fun. And if we had the time, we’d make sure to stomp ya to bits. But looks like playtime’s over, kiddies!”

By spending an activation, S Ranked summons are afflicted with tier four paralysis as an image of the user’s sharingan is imprinted over their eyes. A summoner may kai this effect at one rank below the summoned creatures body rank.

In addition, the user's first physical offensive activation every three posts gains a [1] point increase to speed per rank of their body, also requiring the eyes to be active.
Demon Cloak Stage 1: A cloak of gray chakra with steaming consistency forms around the user can manifest two horse-like tails. Additionally, the host's eyes turn dark blue-green with red markings under them, resembling Kokuo's own eyes. • The user's speed and strength are elevated to 10 for the duration of their transformation while agility and endurance remain unchanged. • Boil release techniques are considered overwhelming during the transformation. • If a taijutsu or bukijutsu technique is used in the same post as a boil release technique then [1] taijutsu or bukijutsu technique can be considered overwhelming.

It can be used at a distance, where the user cuts the air so quickly that it produces a shockwave that blows those within ten feet of the user back, countering techniques while continuing the attack. From the blade a twenty five foot chakra blade arcs towards targets within fifty feet and remains invisible to the naked eye. This requires a dojutsu with the ability to see chakra or those of sensory class to visibly see the technique.
▰ Corrosive Defense [ Fushoku bōgyo ] | Rank S+ Overwhelming The user forms a single hand sign, creating a swirling double helix of boiling water around the user. When an attack enters a ten foot radius of the user, thijs helix spins rapidly and expands to that ten foot range to become a twister of boiling, corrosive water that treats techniques it collides with as two ranks lower. Additionally, direct contact with exposed skin melts the top layer of flesh away, causing tier two trauma.

xXx Rabu stayed in place, watching as Alice attempted a pitiful escape. They cracked up, laughing maniacly. A shrill, crazed, laugh of delight.Their voice was a lot more muffled in their suit, it even sounded more off than usual. Like a hollowness to it. “RUN AWAY GIRLY! YOUR SHIELDS COULDN’T PROTECT ANYONE!~” Their bloodlust was satiated, they had won this battle, but not before someone decided to intervene. A lot of them. Starting with the one kneeling by their now defeated opponent.
xXx Rabu’s head was still cocked up, a wide cheshire smile hidden beneath that ivory white armor that covered them from head to toe. Their cloak was in tatters, a hole charred into it from that beam attack Alice gave them. Black soot covered their chest. A cacophany of noise came from behind them, they were suddenly surrounded by muscle head’s wearing red Gi’s. The ground broke apart beneath their feet, if they wanted to move, it’d be hard. Too bad they were already imobile. They took the attack to the legs, keeping them in place. The bones sprouting from their feet merely dug deeper, laying in wait, keeping them from being knocked over. Their cheeks hurt from how hard they were smiling. Little giggles where slipping from the mouth of that mask. “You should really give me some space!~” They took that punch to the chest. In that same instant, two chunks of bone, from two separate parts of their body shot out. They were sharpened to a precise point, the bone spear in their chest was located an inch to the left of this man's fist. The other was in the middle of their back and it was aimed right for the grappler's head, where it would hopefully imbed itself through him and into the ground. xXx Rabu would make a basic sign with one hand and the bone would absorb back into the bottom of their feet. They’d shift in one direction and slowly start walking away. Bone would be left as if they were an amoeba splitting apart. Dance of the Blood Orchid: Skeletal Clone | Rank S | Spiritual After forming a one-handed hand sign, the user will step in any direction, leaving a full, separate clone of the user's entire skeletal system. This clone will mirror and mimic all actions that the user takes, but is capable of taking specific, oral directions. All chakra is shared in a pool between the two, so that if the clone performs a jutsu, the chakra is drained from the user accordingly. Dance of the Larch: Absolute Defense | Rank A [Treated as S+] | Complex This is a supplemental technique. The user first prepares themselves by channeling chakra throughout all of their bones. Then, when the user is struck with a tai or bukijutsu technique, the user is able to have a plate of bones first protect the area which was struck equal rank to the strike provided. Then, the user launches a counter attack, which converts the opponent’s strength stat which they used the technique into the speed of which the bone blades rise out of the user to impale the target. Can only be used up to the rank the user has access to. Cost one activation to block the strike, and another to launch the counter strike. If the user only has one activation left, then the block will occur, but not the counter attack. If the user has no activations left, then this ability does not work. At E-C rank the technique increases endurance by [1] and at B-S+ rank the technique increases endurance by [2]. This stance lasts for 6 posts. Flames as black as the void of space consuming the already weaken tower. The unquenchable fire causing the fall of the tower under it's own weight. The result of Naoki's well placed sight. Using this as a diversion tactic Naoki and the other's didn't stick around to see what happens. Is required to learn before any other Enton (Blaze Release) within the Uchiha Clan. Applies Tier 1 blindness after 3 uses. If tier 1 is already active, increases or adds upkeep cost of the sharingan by [5] chakra per post.
• ▰ Flying Thunder God Technique [ Hiraishin no Jutsu ] | Rank S+ | Restricted (One activation from all three) Allows the user to create on contact a seal. This seal can be on anything including a weapon. The user may instantly appear anywhere the seal is. It costs five chakra to make a seal and eighty chakra to transport oneself to any of the seal's locations. The act of making a seal for Hiraishin does not take an activation. Requires being a Scholar class specialist. Additionally, this jutsu may not benefit from cost reductions with the exception of the Uzumaki.
Alice would quickly take the hand of one of the new arrivals as she stopped running. She wasn't particularly bothered by the words of the skeleton masked figure, they weren't completely true after all. She did manage to protect someone from almost certain death, if not serious injuries. That was far from the problem that racked the blonde's brain. Perhaps the feeling of having something more in the tank made her feel like she could keep fighting. She turned around just in time to see a punch going upon the other cloaked figure that ripped apart the terrain around the small girl who sent her fist flying. The endangered guards from that action, the attack was surely one that Alice could probably defend against but it still seemed deadly all the same. She wouldn't want to take hits like that...she wasn't even sure the bone armored figure would. That being said...what happened was a bit of a surprise to her. Something she had never seen and wasn't really prepared to witness.
The air around the other cloaked figure, the unmasked but still hidden one. It changed, it became charged with a power she hadn't seen before. Of course part of it was this steam that the figure was using already. However Alice could tell at least that wasn't it. Her form was basically different, albeit covered in chakra. Perhaps it was something like her own Lightning Armor...put that didn't seem like it was the case. It seemed...different, very different. Maybe too different. She couldn't tell, she really couldn't. She was left standing and in awe, something she had never seen before. Something so powerful, could she compete with such abilities as these? The bone armored figure was one thing but this chakra covered form of the other figure could be something entirely different she just had no idea how to deal with. It wasn't something she'd ever had to deal with before and probably never thought she'd need to deal with. Was this the world outside the arena? The world outside her island? She wasn't sure anyone on her island could even hold a candle to these monsters.
The figure practically treated all of the attacks that came at it as if they were nothing, before retreating it seemed. The retreat was far from what she expected, with the power she just displayed couldn't she have just come after them all now? Take everyone here out even? It made no sense to Alice, the blonde however watched as more figures appeared from literally nowhere. The newly arrived figures said something she couldn't catch from how far away from them she was and through the rest of the commotion. However she did catch something else she wasn't expecting. Black flames that began to burn the nearby tower, as far as she had known flames did not have black within their color spectrum. And she could have chalked it up to just it being chakra...but that probably wasn't going to be the case. She didn't know but she had a feeling it wasn't just color. This had been a series of moments that just made the young blonde more worried about her position in this world.
The figures then all disappeared. Leaving the place to wherever they decided to go to. Alice stared at the burning tower, unsure if anything could put it out or if she wanted to try. Maybe the others here would do such. She looked at the person that healed her...and frowned. "I'm sorry." She said, dejected as she would leave the area. Perhaps she got stronger from this interaction...perhaps she didn't. She wouldn't know...she did think she would need more regardless.
Toki's body flicker had him skit along the gate's wall as he appeared. He traveled straight from the Hokage's office, but apparently in the intermission between his travels the rogues have all disappeared. The young boy stomped his foot and swore as he felt frustrated at them getting away. As he turned to the burning tower, Toki felt his entire body shiver ironically to the heat of the flames. Their black color was absolutely striking at such a close proximity, and if they weren't so dangerous then perhaps he could take the time to properly analyze it. "Stand back!" He shouted to Alice as he held out his open right hand toward the flame and used his left hand to steady his extended arm. A seal formed on his palm as a vortex like effect started to engulf his hand. The black fire started to part from the building as blue streaks erupted from the flames and wrapped around the fire like a net. This net like blue chakra then pulled the fire into the palm, where it was firmly sealed away. After doing so Toki felt faint as his entire body relaxed, and he nearly fell to his knees. It was the first time he ever used chakra of that caliber, and he doubted it would be the last.
Once he regained his footing, Toki firmed himself back upright. He didn't see how the villains escaped, but they couldn't have gotten too far. If he used body flicker, maybe he could catch them on the outskirts of the land of fire. Then again, doing so wouldn't necessarily be permitted by the village. He was still only a newly formed genin, and thus he had to receive permission from someone else in order to leave. Despite this, could he really just let them get away? Especially when they could harm someone else? "Alice, was it?" Toki said to the woman. He did not know the name of the black haired woman, and while he appreciated her coming in as well, he didn't really know how to address her. "I'm going to check the land of fire to see if they're still in the vicinity. I'm going to say that you gave me permission, so thank you!" He said as he then disappeared into a body flicker before she could say no. He had only met her at the beginning of this day in the teashop, and the two hadn't even really had a conversation. But he felt like he could trust her, since she was one of the few konoha ninjas who actually fought to save the village.

Toki's body flicker arrived him back into the residential district without issue. He wasn't sure if he was being followed, but he had a slight feeling as though he wasn't. He gave his note to Chai, and he hoped that was enough to get him off of his trail. As he entered his home, he quickly locked the door behind him. He then stood by the door with a kunai drawn to see if anyone was going to come knocking.

Both activations of the lesser techniques must be paid along with their original cost from the person casting the technique. If the techniques combining originate from separate individuals, both individuals must have this technique and be able to use techniques equal to their partner's body rank. Two techniques of equal rank fused will become a technique of power one rank higher. So two B-ranked techniques fuse to make one A-ranked technique. Furthermore, two techniques separated by one rank in power will take the rank power of the higher rank, but will eliminate any potential weaknesses of the two techniques, and give the fusion the property of overwhelming. So if a B-ranked an a C-ranked technique were fused through the use of Korabo, then the technique would be B-ranked power with the property of overwhelming to techniques of the same rank. Finally, the rules for what techniques can be fused are as followed. The first rule is that the two techniques need to fulfill the same general purpose. For example, two projectile techniques can be fused together through the use of Korabo. However, an elemental shield and projectile technique cannot be fused together. Second of all, if two techniques of the same elemental property, or the same technique performed twice, are fused then the two techniques maintain their elemental strength and weaknesses. If two techniques with differing elements are fused, then the fusion loses all elemental strength and weaknesses. Finally, techniques can only be fused of different elements so long as they are complimentary elements, aka elements which have no elemental strength or weakness against each other. The only exception is if you fuse a technique with one of one rank higher, and the technique of one rank higher is of a weaker elemental property than the element which is stronger. An example is if you wanted to fuse a C-ranked water ninjutsu with a fire ninjutsu, then the fire ninjutsu would have to be B-ranked. In this example, the jutsu would treat the B-ranked fireball as C-ranked, and thus two fused would act as a B-ranked technique. Techniques fused either have to be of the same rank, or one rank difference. Finally, despite the leaning toward ninjutsu, this technique allows one to fuse complex and spiritual tai and bukijutsu as well. For complex techniques, treat it's fusion with ninjutsu as the example with two opposing elements fusing, (aka, if you want to fuse a B-ranked complex punch with a ninjutsu, then the ninjutsu would have to be C-ranked). Having finally reached the gates, Shin looked around.it looked like there might’ve been an attack recently. Feeling Maemi move a bit closer to him and take his hand, he would give it a soft squeeze, just to let her know he was there for her. Shin would look towards the two jounin Usagi had sent with them, “You guys wanna handle the guards or should I say somethin’?” Either after a few moments of them. Not reacting or after the jounin said their bit, Shin would step up towards the guard “Hi, I’m Shintoru Hyuuga, traveling to visit my mother in the residential district with my fiancée Maemi Zetsumei.” He would lead Maemi slightly closer. So the guards could see her better.

He knew all of the tricks and hidden sleights. He knew how to maneuver to the village gates when illusions and trickery kept the normal traveler from finding the village. Once he found the gates there were unnaturally loud knocks radiating at the gates. "Sanctuary please! As a former ninja of the village, I seek refuge once more." He shouted as the pounding of his fist echoed throughout the entirety of the gates. He was unnaturally strong, and his demon only amplified his strength. Although Ferrah was no longer in charge of the village, he hoped the new leader would not leave him at the mercy of two Arashi agents. Above all else he had to do his part to keep Gyuki, who trusted in him to keep him safe, to make sure that he did not get murdered by the indifference of an Evergreen zealot.

He would nod and smile cordially. “Your business in the Leaf is leisure then?” The guard asked completely bypassing any room to squeeze in questions about the clean-up and repairs beginning on the gate’s mighty exterior. “Might I see your identification? Passport, preferably, please.” Just another day for the gate guard who processed visitors.
ooc: For Matty and the Lightning/Storm crew. Guards were responding to the runaway’s clamor rattling the gate. As a hallowed host of a demon, the guards knew this one’s face well enough to forward a message to the head of Intelligence. “Why should we answer him?!” One guard said while minding his own scald wound grumbled to another. “What if it’s a trap! He’s been gone for months!” The captain, steadfast after the recent events haunting the watchtower came to wall with a platoon of gate guards now lining the wall. “Enough of that. We’re here as the first line of defense.” The captain said, chiding his subordinate’s skepticism. But concern was there for good reason now with two of the village’s cornerstone towers on the mend. The captain, now stirring from the wall, voices his own skepticism still to the others, “everyone. Be on your guard. If a Host is shaken about something then we at least have a chance to see this whatever it is coming. Let him in. Don’t let him leave our sights until special ops get here.”
Another guard calls out: “Byakko! We will let you in! If you do anything against this village you can just forget the whole sanctuary business! Lady Lahlil made you an enemy of the village and we will treat you as such.”
Not one but three operatives would respond shortly after Byakko was allowed through. If you counted Sadayo as the third operative who was unmasked and unamused. “I had a question regarding you at one place in time,” she says, announcing herself upon the pathway onward to the village. Sadayo was finally getting an eyeful of what the infiltrators had done after dispatching teams to clean up the mess at the Sealing Tower. Her facade was unmoved, as per usual. “Instead, I suppose I have questions for you. What has a host battering on a closed gate?”

His hands rose in compliance above his head. He had no reason to make any enemies, and followed Sadayo's lead as she directed him with the two other guards. Lalhil's name rung crooked on his chest as he felt a sensation of guilt at the legacy he was left. Still, Sadayo's tone was unreadable, and as such he decided to relay the facts as unbiased as possible. "Arashi ninjas are hunting me down for the demon inside of me. They claim that it is their intention to use Evergreen to purify the demon somehow. However, given that she tried to use me for the ritual which caused Gyuki to be broken from the containment of Konoha, I cannot trust that these people truly know the goddess' agenda. Evergreen used me as a host as a means of disintegration the demon on such a level that it would cease to exist in all realities. I recognize that the demon is not safe with me, but I cannot allow him to be handed over where they will kill him. It is why I returned to the only place I knew would still care for lost souls." He stated honestly and without bias of guilt. He knew what role he played in the actions which befell the village, and he knew that no amount of good intentions will wish the blood from his ledger. Even still, he had to make sure that Gyuki was safe and was not going to be slaughtered by the eternal Goddess. He only hoped that she trusted in his message that these people, while they believed they were on the right path, are not asking enough questions to truly be trusted with the life of another.

Half the resource cost of techniques from the rapier style of Sen Gekiretsu Nagareboshi applied allows the technique to carry the tenketsu sealing effects of a same-rank palm strike such as a B-Rank carrying 64 Palms effects. The electricity from the blade also forms bolts of lightning over the body of the user and appears to supercharge them. Whenever the blade is swung or thrust over the duration the user can fire a concentrated blast of ten bolts of lightning to accompany the strike equal to the rank applied but for only half the cost to initiate the technique. Hatake, Raiu, and Sage enhanced lightning can pass through the blade and apply to these lightning bolts. The bolts cause a thunderously deafening sonic boom and can inflict tier 2 burns upon direct contact with the lightning. Additionally, these lightning bolts can be freely applied to all complex bukijutsu for no action cost to smite enemies. The only action cost is when the technique is activated and all subsidiary abilities of the technique do not consume actions and only chakra. This ability can be used in both forms of Getsuruito.
Draconic Sabre of Moon Sundering [ Getsu Sandaringu no Dorakonikku Seibā ] | Rank X | Bukijutsu [ Lightning ] | Complex This is the original ability of the ancient Getsuruito blade and thus requires the original katana form. 5 chakra can be spent to transform the blade to its original form upon activation of this technique. Crackling and thunderous dark blue lightning can be applied to the katana's edge at any rank and the same lightning can form a dragon head formed from electricity over the body of the user for 10 posts. This allows all spiritual techniques the sword comes into contact with to be slashed through and even cut in half at the same rank despite the complex nature of the technique. For half of the original cost to activate the technique a same-rank spiritual electrical energy slash can be sent out from the slash of the blade. This same cost can be applied to any complex bukijutsu to achieve the same effect. The original 10 post activation of this ability consumes an action but all subsidiary abilities do not.

The guards hadn’t the opportunity to close the gates from the on-going encounters beyond rogues and lords being processed. “My word,” a guard softly exclaimed in disbelief at the sight of the famous figure. The guard exchanged awestruck glances with another guard at his side as if a blessing was finally bestowed on this village. “Welcome, Sir. You just missed her!” Kenshin’s name was, of course, world-renown even in the forest dwelling of the Leaf. In a neutral interaction not treating him with anything less was an insult to their villages’ treaties. “Yellow get-up. Big hair. Please proceed!” Someone as prestigious as Kenshin gave relief to the guards that somebody was willing to buckle down on a traitor.

“Sounds,” she paused as her mouth began to skew ever so slight. “Sounds tricky,” her monotonous drone dipping and dragging long enough to hint how unsettling the matter was beginning to sound. The topic of spirits, ghouls, and gods coming back to rattle her. First, Evergreen was testing Sadayo’s patience now she surely was testing her composure. A sense of distress covertly sounding off in Sadayo's thoughts was busy pleading for the scary, green goddess to just leave her alone or something! "How stupid of me to pretend all of her fanatics were congregated here…" As her sights set on the twelve story mansion constructed only miles from the falls of Takijinsei the thought of bringing him on a pointless journey to an inherited office was soaking in as a bad idea. The esteem falls many held in awe to Evergreen were close by. To an extent, the nature of Byakko’s wariness of the all-powerful Lady was within Sadayo’s knowledge. Being an instrument of her interests was frankly a terrifying concept therefore keeping Byakko far from any famous falls and hallowed grounds to Evergreen was the ticket for both of their sakes. To Sadayo, even thinking thoughts against the avatar of Evergreen near Takijinsei falls was hair-raising. Possessing a rare connection to Her was intimidating. Moreover, now that Sadayo was in possession of something on her left palm which really didn’t align with Evergreen was entirely awkward! Another deity had shed its mark on Sadayo and the very being Byakko was once in the company of. She even had puppet models exhibiting two members of his celestial circle!
“If someone recognizes you out in the open just seeing you might warrant someone a reason to pellet you with stones and produce.” Her intentions were to guide him somewhere remote, secure, but it was also somewhere he’s already been. For starters, Sadayo fanned for her agents to take a turn onto a nearby street. An off-shoot from the main road. Reaching her intended destination would take time and time was neither on her or Byakko’s side. There was so much to process and a walk spent facing Byakko was not an easy feat. Instead, Sadayo stops at the base of a light post before an alleyway. Street traffic was low to nothing. She turns to face the Tiger and locks her sights on his. She exhales, clasps her hands together, and eases some of her bleak facade for a firm look on the brink of alarm. ”This is about to get very complicated. Very quickly.”
