 Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie....Angela after dinner had made her way to the house bath house and was already in it.. the steam was nice and thick... the water a wondrous temperature not to hot and not to cool... In the center of this bathhouse there was an array of statues and fountains and it was made of stone and ceramic giving the house a beautiful yet cultured element... though entering from the door it was liable to see who was in there because of the thick fog.. and with dusk approaching there wouldn't be much light in the bathhouse except for candles that arrayed the area... Angela was resting in a grooved area in which she sat soaking in the water her hands gliding over her body to cleanse it because the water was medicated to cleanse and wash you. Karthin on the other hand only caused his situation worst when the girls heard of him wanting to go to the bathhouse half of them began to thunder down the hall before the older Valkyrie shoved them off to chores,"Leave him alone! You best not!", they scolded the girls and forced them into cleaning up dinner as they reluctantly did so....

After what seemed like hours Karthin finally found a bath house. He probably should have knocked, but being tired as he was he opened the door. The fog was thick in the room. 'Is it always like this in the bath houses?' He thought to himself. He shrugged figuring it's just the way that Valkyrie's do things he found a corner and started to undress before he heard the water start being disturbed. He shot back and glared at the noise trying to see through the fog.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela was humming softly to herself when she heard another enter the bathhouse thinking nothing of it she rose out of the waster,"Do not be afraid sisters..", she told the unknown person assuming it was as a woman,"The Elf is not here you are safe to bathe...", she then explained,"I shall be taking my leave...", she told them as she began to walk through the thick mist towards the edge of the water... With her approaching the edge even though the water covered her waste and her hair covering her chest there were voices outside,"He is in there I know he is!", said a whispering as a small group of girls were snuck into the bathhouse,"Lord Karthin... we are here to relish in your company..", came the cascade of giggles Angela finding herself almost rather embarrassing not knowing that Karthin was close blinked red faced before stating rather harshly,"Ladies there is no man in here!", the girls gasped and ran out of the bath house before they were caught by sight. Angela now terrified of leaving the water waited for the girls to leave as she seated herself back under the deeper end,"Karthin...",she whispered out,"Are you in here...".

Karthin hid behind a few things when he heard the group of young Valkyrie. He listened as Angela drove them away. His face burned a bright red as she asked if he was in there. He contemplated staying hidden, but decided against it. He came out of hiding. "I didn't mean to intrude. I was just looking to wash myself before bed." He told her as he rubbed the back of his head. He was fully dressed when he talked to her. "I'll leave now sorry to intrude." He said with a bow before backing up to the door getting ready to leave.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela face turned bright red at his voice as she heard him moving she thought about how bad that would look her in here with him she called out quickly,"No No! you can stay just uh...", she said rather uncertainly moving herself to the other end of the pool closer to the open windows,"Just... stay on that end please...", she told him quietly,"If you leave now... It may look bad on both of us..", she explained. She didn't want to seem bad but him running out now they could be right outside the door,"Perhaps we should help you escape wait...", she slunk to the edge and gathered her clothes,"Disclose your eyes and not peer", she commanded as she dressed and within the mist she finally found him and took his hand,"Follow me", she replied moving along the back of the wall she tapped the stones and finally found what she was looking for as a secret compartment rose out and they were in an under-tunnel experience,"My mother showed me this and don't you dare tell", she whispered to him as they moved along the dark corridors,"You can bathe in my room...", she explained,"I'll call for some bath water.. I just need you to stay hidden while its being brought in...", she explained. With that being said and done she finally came to an area i which she pressed another hidden stone and it opened the wall in her room moving out into the light she turned to him crossing her arms,"Go hide underneath there...", she told him pointing to under her bed.

Karthin blushed darker. he turned his back to her as she changed. When she grabbed his hand he followed her as best as he could. His face was almost completely blood red. He looked around her room before he registered what she told him. "You want me to hide under your bed?" He asked her. "You can't be serious." He added. He noticed the stern look she was giving him and sighed. He quickly hid under the bed and waited for her to tell him it was okay to come out.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... With that being said Angela nodded in satisfaction as she turned her head toward a large rope next to her fire place in which she rang when the woman appeared she informed her in her native tongue she wanted a personal bath drawn with in front of the fire... With that be said angela began to prepare herself behind a screen slipping off her dress she put on a white robe that hugged her body to give the women the illusion she was going through with the bath a large tub was carried in with hot water already and soap lay nearby with bottles of ointments and herbals scents for washing and cleansing as she shooed them she went to lock her door and placed the screen around the bath,"Alright you can come out", she told him trying not to seem to embarrassed or blushing for that matter because she felt rather naked in the bathroom that clung to her..

Karthin slowly came out from under the bed. "You didn't have to do this for me Angela. I could have found a way to get a bath." He told her feeling bad for having to make her lie to her people. "You don't have to deceive your people just for me." He added as he made his way to the tub. "I thank you all the same though. It's not often that somebody like me finds a person that will go to these lengths for some as trivial as a bath." He told her with a smile. He bowed to her. "Do you mind sitting on your bed while I bathe?" He asked softly.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela blinked slowly as she blushed lightly and turned her head,"Of course I wont be going anywhere anyways right?", she said as she turned her attention to sitting down she watched him head behind the screen she could silhouette against the light, as she tried not to inspect it so closely,"I just thought it would be easier for you considering.. there will be alot of women bombarding you...", she informed him she blinked slowly as she heard clambering in the hallway as she pressed her finger to her lips,"Karthin cease to talk", she told him quietly as she tiptoed over to the door she found young women half dressed in the hallway,"He should be in bed soon...", said one of the girls,"I want to sleep with him..", another whined,"Your can't! I'm told since he is a man they require special services and with that I shall provide them", said one of the bolder girls as they all began to argue who was to be giving him the special services angela sighed and then closed and locked her door as she went to sit down on her bed,"Well... I fear to tell you that there is a harem of young girls outside your door which are dying to indulge in your company..", she explained,"How do you feel about that...", she replied curiously.

Karthin nearly paled as she told him about the group of women. "You know that most men dream about something like this happening to them." He told her as he undressed and stepped into the bath. "Elves on the other hand we imprint." He told her. "We typically only fall in love once, and until then we don't have many, if any, relationships or relations at all with anybody. When we do fall in love though we know it. We get the imprint of our soulmates presence, stuff like smell, looks, and voice, permanently in our souls." He explained to her. "Us elves call that imprinting."

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela blinked slowly as she heard him explaining the process of soul mates and imprinting,"Thats such an interesting life style... If only we Valkyrie did the same but it seems... thats not the case", she told him,"Most Valkyrie women will have multiple mates in a life time because we live so long and don't have one of our own race.. Angelic men descended from the heavens embraces us for a night and then return to where they came there is no union..", she explained,"Just a way of survival...", she told him blinking slowly s she watched him bathe,"You.... ever imprint on anyone...?", she asked slowly.

"Not yet." He told her. "It does take some time though. Imprinting isn't an instant thing for us." He told her. "Much like the humans we have to fall in love for us to imprint, and even if we think we have fallen in love if it's not real then there is no imprint." He explained. "It's why you will never hear an elf saying they love anybody or anything carelessly." He added. "We take matters of love seriously. It's why not many half elves are in the world.
We try to be picky with who we open up to. Imprinting with another gives that person the ability to completely destroy us." He told her as he washed his hair. "If we imprint on a person and they grow to despise us, or if they turn out to be a terrible person we are basically stuck living out our lives never seeing the truth. Never being able to understand that the things happening to us are horrible and wrong." He added sadly.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela listened carefully hearing the explanation of a real imprint and how the elves perceive it, but the explanation of something that happened if one was to follow in love with someone who was not true of heart in there own place,"I see.. it is a dangerous game then... the game your people know as love", she replied softly,"I see that perhaps you should be careful when you choice your love... if she is good in heart you have nothing to fear but if she isn't you may be deceived into believing a life of lies..", she told him. Slowly her eyes watched the silhouette bathe as she became tranquilized by the mystery,"I'm not sure if I can be... like my mother though.. choosing a different mate over the centuries it would be nice to have one but I find for my peoples life style it is impossible", she bent her head,"We are an island of women men are not allowed here and with that being said there is no man that can handle living in a clan of women".

Karthin looked over at the silhouette of Angela. "If there is anything that I've learned in my life as an elf, with the knowledge that I have, it's that one should never fear what their heart wants. The mind, and body can deceive you into thinking something is right, but the heart knows it's vessel better than anything else. It may go astray sometimes, but when something is real even if you're not an elf that imprints the heart still finds a way to let you know." He told her. "It's not every day that the heart lets your soul know when something is right. I know plenty of elves that fell in love with humans who turned out to be selfish or rotten souls. I also have seen the beauty that can come from our imprinting. Personally I don't think the fear of having somebody turn on me like that should outweigh the bliss and beauty of what could be something that can only be described as perfect." He added. "If the gods and goddesses are truly watching over us than maybe I'll have the fortune of imprinting on somebody like you Angela." He said before he submerged his head to clean off the oils he put in it to clean it.

Angela ....The Light of the Valkyrie.... Angela blinked slowly her gaze sparking a tear as it rolle down her cheek as she lifted herself from her bed to turn and wipe her face with her hand,"Most noble words... from you", she told him,"That you would say such high praises of me", she said feeling that strange feeling in her heart as she turned to pace the room with a slight spring in her step,"I find that perhaps sometimes I am most naive compared to alot of the women you have faced in your life though Karthin".
