Sting lets go of Sheamus, after seeing him tap out and hearing the bell ring, and would get to his feet, a bit bowlegged after such a hard hitting affair that he really took the biggest beating out of the three competitors in, facing the adversity of Abyss' dominance and Sheamus physicality, he felt lucky to still be champion. The referee hands him his championship which Sting would raise in one hand as the referee raised the other. With his theme playing, Sting walks to a corner and climbs to the second rope and shouts WOO and raises the title with both hands,
standing there for a second and looking around at the atmosphere, and the fans who most of which got they wanted, a Sting title retain. He gets down, going to another turnbuckle and doing the same thing. The Icon eventually gets down and leaves the ring, knowing he probably hasn't seen the last of either of these competitors in Abyss and Sheamus as they are both legit contenders. He shakes some fans' hands before heading to the back still the World Champion.
