Darkerdemons Is use of Avatar Builder permitted or are entries limited to owner inventory? I'd prefer if you use your own items rather than using the Avatar Builder. It's not fair nor it is permitted to use Avatar Builder for contest avatar contest. The avatar contest doesn't necessarily means " showing off one's luxurious
items" but it is to push oneself to be creative by limiting themselves to their own items. Please do understand this, if you are caught using and sending entries using the Avatar Builder. The staff and I won't hesitate to let you play any of our guild games any further. What do you think, Wolfy? ^ ^

Avatar Builder has an Inventory-only option and Customize Avatar has an option to search "All Gaia" for items. It might be more beneficial to encourage the use of owned items than discourage a particular method for creating avatars. Avatar Builder does have that handy image option some users find helpful for posting avatars. If you are going to reinforce the rule that users who use Avatar Builder for contest entries will no longer be welcome to play guild games, current contestants may want a heads up.

You can't melt away. *get you a glass of ice water, a fan, and turns on the a.c. so I can huggle you without you turning into a puddle* True. Me can't make leself to put on less clothing. x ____ x ...after an hour later I turned into a puddi. yum_puddi True. You shouldn't do anything that you aren't comfortable doing. No...not puddi! eek 4laugh *scoops you up, puts you in a bowl, calls a magician/scientist to put you back to your adorable self*

The only time that it would be okay is if someone would post in game rules that it's okay to use avatar builder. Otherwise, it's owned items only to keep things as fair as possible especially since we're not looking for perfection or the most expensive avatar for our games.

I use Avatar Builder to make all my avatars before equipping owned items. Will post to withdraw if needs must.

Yeah, I know semantics. lol So...I added to rule #1 - Use items in your inventory only. Do not use the Avatar Builder for items you do not own. Hopefully, that works for everyone. Now, as far as giving someone the boot for 1 indiscretion that's not really my thing. I give folks a chance to rectify/explain a situation and sometimes more than once depending on what has happened. Which is also why I have the rule of not booting folks for not being active in the guild because I know how crazy and busy life can get.
