 KisaStill, there seemed to be an unusually high number of groups moving about... not just humans fleeing in terror, but demons that were acting as mobs. That wasn't entirely normal, and she couldn't totally deny the possibility that there was something behind it. She frowned a bit, but kept moving. For now, they'd have to try and track down whatever was going on.  Youmu KonpakuYoumu waited as the group would flee the area...And let out a held breath..Relieved.
"He's safe.." she called, seeing a few demons starting to gather towards the area..>Trumpeter's call like a dinner bell for the rabid beings. "You all on the other end...are not."
She drew her blade once more...as her lowest level demon, and her highest suddenly combined...forming a giant, hulking being..with a bladed weapon that varied from hers as well. The oni however...Was no less deadly.
She used his strength, coupled with her technique to clear the area..Feeling a bit of warmth from getting to save someone as she had like that..So...so cooly!

KisaMatador and Taraka took off running a moment later, bringing their weapons to bear on another group of demons as it emerged from the Dark Realm that covered Inaba. They were almost TOO eager to be slaughtering the runts, really - a bigger problem was the figure that seemed to be commanding them. They needed to find a way to bring him down as quickly as possible. KisaFor the moment, there honestly wasn't much, though the Valkyrie did manage to spear a rough demon on the way back from her patrol. Without hesitation, Kisa raised her hands and sent the two elementals out instead, encouraging them to check the area in their own ways and see what else could be done. Different demons had different talents, after all... He cried out and stepped around Minori just in time to catch the boy's other shoulder as he collapsed, but it was clear that the thunderous horn they had just heard which had impacted them both somewhat had aggravated the injuries that were not yet fully mended within the berry-haired boy. Struggling against the pain, he could feel Genji's wrestling with futility at his own uselessness, the fact that he kept being saved now...after before, he had been the one doing the saving. It was as though he were caught in a downward spiral of despair, and the only thing keeping him standing was the help that they offered, over and over. Soji had felt that way at least once so far, himself...he could sympathize with his pain. Clutching his fist tightly, the silver haired leader made a note to hunt for the one with the Trumpet later, but for now, he supported his teammate and called on his demon to try and aid Genji in recovering, though it seemed to his growing panic that it might be to no avail.
"Minori, we should get him somewhere safer for now. We need to help him, and..." it was at that moment that the lady samurai that he had gotten Shun to help save earlier arrived...and with her, Genji's salvation from his current injuries had arrived as well, "Mysterious girl...thank you..." He smiled faintly, reaching over and grabbing Minori's shoulder comfortingly...letting her know that it was going to be all right before standing up and going to Youmu's side.
"Minori will help him to safety for now. ...I'll fight, too. ...I'm Soji, by the way. Soji Seta. ...Odd timing, but if there's a chance we could die, it's better that we know each other, isn't it?"Quote: 35 Tokens

The girl had an unexpected ally in the silver haired hero...The one that was with Shun the time before. He had a cool, reliable air about him...And confident. She felt like she'd be at ease with him at her side..Though..
"Ongyo-ki!" she called, signalling the large Oni to cleave through the horde of demons as they approached.
She wasn't exactly defenseless. She gave a small bow to the boy, and smiled warmly.
"I'm a Junior at Yasogami High school. Do you attend? Er..did you attend?"
The might of her demon was at show, as he cleaved through the horde with a bit of effort, allowing the two to have a nice, calm chat..

KisaAnd as it turned out, they actually did find a group of demons that was attacking some children - and Kisa's full force crashed straight into them, ripping through everything they had to save the children and let them continue evacuating under the guidance of the terrified adults with them. The Demi-Fiend sighed unhappily, but kept moving. Attacking KIDS of all things... feh. "Show me a hero, and I will write you a tragedy"Fighting beside Youmu had been a thrill, he had to admit. She fought with the purpose reflected in her sword, and the way she cut through demons showed the determination that lived within her. It was the spirit of the Samurai, wasn't it? The Bushido Code. He smirked as he turned and cut through a devil, feeling perhaps a tad competitive even, wondering if he fought her using swords alone if he could manage to defeat her technique. It was worth considering, worth exploring, but perhaps not right now. The hordes closed in, and as a powerful foe lingered at the back of the new horde, he knew that things were getting a bit dicey. Minori and Genji were clear now, so it was time for the two of them to put an end to this fight in one way or another. He held his blade out in front of him; his Lilim dropped into the back on his order and attacked the Boss, but the beast turned and swatted her sharply, knocking her aside and laying her down on the sidewalk, mostly beaten. The silverette cursed. He kicked a devil aside and charged, separating himself from Youmu to go after the devil and cut into it, ducking a blow to land the finishing strike and end the battle.
They had won...but at a cost. He reached down and held the Lilim's hand as it dispersed into magatsuhi, having sacrificed itself for his survival. Damn Lucifer...damn Loki...damn every last Fiend that was responsible for this. His fist clenched tightly as he looked back and noticed his bash buddy was gone. He supposed it was time for him to move on as well. There were more fights to be fought...more truths to be uncovered.

KisaThe previous horde seemed to be most of the local demons, actually, and Kisa nodded happily as it seemed this are had been cleared of foes. More would move in eventually, but she picked up her pace, intending to hunt down as many as she could before that happened, allowing normal people a chance to evacuate as best they could. Youmu KonpakuIt was a..strange feeling. Her strongest demon had been teh goddess of the sun earlier...But, now, compared to the two Archangels she'd summoned..It somehow..
Paled in comparison to the holy might. The girl was a bit surprised to be summoning forth Angels again, but as she watched the demons destroy her demonic companion, she merely raised her blade like a gavel.
"Death." she judged, Micheal using his own formidable, brilliant blade to cleave the group that had attacked her in twain. The Sun Goddess's sacrifice would not be in vain..and she would not be forgotten....
"And..I'll continue to help everyone." she called out, sheathing her blade as she moved around some more.
