She was cold, she was wet, but most importantly now she was wounded. Annis retreated to solid ground, losing her momentum briefly as she went, so she stopped on tile 15. She coughed briefly into her elbow and looked over at the reflection of Tibarn, then to the King of Hawks himself to shout in his direction.
"Don't leave me down here if something happens to me, you hear me? If they knock me out down here you better not leave me to rot in this swampy a*****e of a temple!"

Rhys hears a familiar sounding voice shouting in the distance. Hm? It sounds like someone is in need of my help. He turns over to Sunil and Alex. "Hey uhh both of you! I'm very sorry... but I need to see what's happening over there." He pointed his index finger over to the north across the bridge. "I'm sure you two will be alright without me, right?" He smiled remaining to keep his cheerful optimistic expression as usual, but that slowly changed as he turned away, he couldn't help feeling a little worried about those two.
Rhys hurriedly ran over as fast as his priestly boots could take him to space C1.
He saw Annis absolutely drenched in cold water, but on top of it in pretty bad shape. Rhys had a wide eyed expression feeling deeply concerned for his companion. "Oh my word! Are you okay miss.... Annis if I'm right?! He somehow remembered her name in the spot of the moment. Rhys looked a bit closer at the injury. It appeared to be a cut from a blade or dagger of some kind.. Hmm.. it doesn't look fatal but I'd best hurry!
Without a moment of hesitation, he brought his healing staff closely over the major cut wound.

"You should be just fine now." Rhys smiled and at the same time felt relieved that he was able to help Annis just in time.

As Annis stops on space 15... ...spears suddenly jolt up out of the floor! One of them cuts her arm, inflicting 5 damage! As the others move... ...nothing happens! The fighter continues to blow bubbles in the water.

As the reflection of Sunil stops on space 31... ...a strange mist shoots up from a grate in the tile under its feet and surrounds it! However, the mist has no effect. As the others move... ...nothing happens!

Alex calls upon the power of many different skills using his iron bow A.K.A. prescience and bow faire to attack the flying fake bird king dudemeister.

[8 + 2 + 1 + 3] * 2 - 7 = 21 damage
For some reason Alex felt really good killing fake Tibarn

An expert though he is at carrying people unimpeded, Tibarn still can't dodge his own attacks; even as Annis calls to him, he barely brings up his wings in time to block a dangerous slash from his mirror's talons, taking fairly minimal damage to avoid dropping Aruna. He doesn't even have time to counterattack before an arrow hits his mirror copy in the back!
With his mirror copy vanishing on defeat in front of him, Tibarn quickly takes flight, carrying Aruna to space 16, and lets her go on the same space as he settles down and transforms back into his normal shape, stretching. "Ah... Rhys, right? If you'd be so kind," he says, lifting his arms to expose the wounds from the attacks he received from his twin, and takes a second to flash Alex a thumbs-up.

Well, the fake Tibarn was gone, thankfully, and she was still in one piece. She gave a grateful wave Alex's direction and offered Tibarn a little salute before heading off to tile 23. Rhys would have his hands full for the time being with Tibarn's injuries, and even though she was hurt, she wouldn't need to worry about being tended to right away.
She settled neatly on the tile behind Sunil, talking amiably to him as she watched the encroaching guardians, knife spinning around her hands again. "You holding up all right out here, Sunil?" She frowned faintly, gripping the poisoned knife in one hand abruptly. "Don't push yourself too hard, okay? I don't want you to get hurt out here, especially not if we can't help you."

Rhys was caught by surprise as he saw spikes jute out from the floor, only Annis was hurt by the painful spikes. "Oh boy, just as I tended your wounds too... " He watched Annis fly off that minute. I guess she doesn't need my help after all then.
Right at that moment, he saw someone land nearby and at the same time heard a voice a distant away. Rhys moved over to space 17.It was Tibarn King of the Hawks of Phoenicis "Ohh yes, I'm Rhys but I don't suppose you remember me before much... You're the great hawk king Tibarn aren't you?!" He noticed he was carrying a very strange woman with a serpent-like tail. "Is she a friend of yours?" He smiled then looked at the talon shaped cut marks across both of his arms which Tibarn was trying to show Rhys.
"Oh of course! I can help you with that it's no trouble at all!" The priest spoke slightly nervous in his tone of voice. The priest began to chant his healing spell again.
