My knees are hopeless. Did the same thing, and now I get pain in behind the kneecap when bending it. Which I have to do, obviously, all the time!

SHABLAMMO!!Also, I was caught off-guard by the knee thing because it's my right knee that's bad (years of jumping down flights of stairs rather than walk down like a normal person took its toll). It was my left knee that suddenly betrayed me the other day, though ^-^' (I think they're in it together ninja )

Perhaps a route would help. As having his full daisho is a cultural misstep, he will not have his katana with him if and until he prepares to leave the castle.
