Since they were still next to the path leading to the Muk room, Corbin decided to go for it. You can't gain anything without trying. He looked at his pokemon for a moment. "Okay guys.... let's be quiet and try to sneak on past."

Area 3: Murky CaveThis time the pokemon had moved back into the darkness so the group was able to move into the room quietly. Corbin nodded his head in the direction he wanted them to go in. Soon they were at a small pile of rocks. "Okay let's practice here but remember try to be as quiet as possible." Valkyrie nodded and broke open a rock. It seemed to be the loudest sound in the world and she winced. She then caught sight of what the rock revealed and almost yelled out in joy. She caught herself and looked around guiltily.

((Apparently I need to learn how to stop while I'm ahead. XP ))
Apparently Valkyrie made too much noise because the swarm of pokemon appeared once more. As she was about to pick up her geode the swarm rushed them all out of the room.

Once more thrown onto his butt had Corbin rubbing it. Man could these pokemon be a little more gentle when throwing an old guy around?! He looked at his pokemon and patted the disheartened Valkyrie. "You'll find another, kay?"

Standing near the dark path Corbin wasn't sure what to do. Should they try it again or perhaps leave and take another break. He looked at his pokemon while thinking.

Corbin continued to think. His pokemon still looked pretty rested. It's not like they got to workout or even in a battle. They should still be good to go on. It was just a matter of not losing anymore geodes.

Deciding to continue on Corbin let his pokemon have a short water break. After this they would go down the dark path that they were standing next to.... Hang on. Where did the path go?! Corbin shook his head thinking that this was a funky room with moving paths.

Corbin was about to wander around trying to find the path when Aaron tugged at his shorts. He looked down and saw the Riolu was pointing to something. He turned around and there was the path. Corbin felt pretty sheepish having not realized he simply had his back to the path.

Moving quietly into the Muk room Corbin looked around. He didn't spot any pokemon from the swarm and signaled that it was okay. His two pokemon followed him in and they headed towards a rock pile near the back of the room.

Corbin checked out the rock pile and saw that many of them were already split. It seems like someone else had been here or perhaps was still here. He hadn't had a chance to really look since he's been ushered out so many times now.

Area 3: Murky CaveSpotting a rock near the pile that wasn't split gave Corbin some hope. He gestured to Aaron to break it open. Aaron walked over to the rock and looked at it. He then preformed a Brick Break splitting it in half. It revealed a lovely geode that he gave to Corbin.

Corbin looked around in the pile while trying to keep an eye out for that swarm. He didn't see any other rocks in this pile. He looked around the room and spotted another one nearby. He led his pokemon over there.

((I swear this will be my last roll for now if you don't make me lose a geode
Oh man the crystal cavern. I will try that later. I said this was my last roll for now... and I can't go back on that. I don't want the dice gods angry at me.))
As Corbin was going through the pile he noticed a glow coming from the wall next to one of the rocks. He gave it a curious look and pushed on the rock. Suddenly the rock caved it revealing a bright room. "Come on guys. This way." He said motioning for his pokemon to come. They headed towards the new room.

Corbin and his group entered the new room in silence. It was awe-inspiring just walking into this crystal room. Before they could even think of plucking a crystal, the crystals began to chime and footsteps could be heard. "Whoa." Corbin whispered.

Area 4: Crystal CavernWhen the ringing and chiming stopped the group went to work. Even Corbin helped out since they needed to mainly pluck the crystals, not break rocks. He grabbed a rainbow hued crystal and examined it. It sure was pretty.
