In the dress up page, often i find that when i click a saved outfit, a popup will appear saying i do not have all the items, when in fact i do. i own these items and the popup will tell me i..don't..and then not equip the item. this is happening most often with these items, from what i've noticed: these three and this one.
That should have been a bug that's fixed. Will look into it later this week.

I have been trying to file a billing ticket for the last few days, I fill out the form and complete the captcha but once I complete the captcha it takes me back to the the page I started on and the option to Finish is nowhere to be found. I've turned off all adblockers and I've tried both Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Am I doing something wrong, if so would somebody direct me how to complete this. Thanks

Features In the "Customize Avatar" page, we used to be able to build an avatar and then leave the page. When we come back, the in progress avatar is still there for us to get back to. However, I have noticed that after the migration, the in progress avatar would be erased and/or reset back to our current avatar after some time. (So, not five or maybe even ten minutes-I haven't tested this-but certainly after an hour or so.) So if we haven't saved the avatar to our closet, we've lost all of our progress. Is there something that can be done to go back to how it used to be? The avatar reset has also made the "View with dressup items" button in the Marketplace obsolete, because this button and the "View with current items" would have all of the same items now, instead of the in progress avatar.
That's odd, I have not been witnessing this error myself. I'll ask around the HQ and see if there are any examples for me to test and fix this problem.

Each time I post in the forums it takes anywhere from 30 seconds to over a minute just to get to the dialogue box to load, this has been an ongoing problem for me for the last 2 or 3 months, I thought it would get better after the migration, but that's not the case. It's really dampening my desire to participate in the forum discussions. Typically, this is the slowest part of the site for me as most of the other features work in a timely manner.
Sorry there are a few things that we still need to optimize for the site after migration, and I hope that the mobile site will also help make things faster.

I didn't know about this issue. There shouldn't be anything that would change the item order... though there could be javascript related issues that could cause problems... I'll keep an eye out and see if the problem is wide spread. For now I could only suggest restarting your browser to ensure that the problem is not related to Javascript on the browser side.

I waited for like exactly 10 seconds and tried even waiting a minute to click the gifts in the Barton tree but this message keeps popping out "Don't shred all your presents at once. Features? Items? GCash Pass Not opening on time
Yesterday (Day 6) (and a day previously I can't remember exactly which one) the gcash pass did not open at 10 am. Now I understand that there can be some issues still with the servers and timing and such that might prevent it from being opened for a few more hours (such is the case with the day previously) (even though it has been stated that they SHOULD open at 10). But the one yesterday (Day 6) did not open at all until today, about 24 hours after it was supposed to open :/ Now also today (Day 7), the new box no longer states that it will open at 10 am PST, and just has a link to the FAQ. (IT also is not opening although 10 am has passed)
I'm just curious if this is something to expect from the pass system from now on? Was it just a first of the month/year hiccup?

We are working out some bugs with the system, but please be assured that even if you were not able to open it for a certain day, once you can it will grant what should be inside it. It will then turn into the next one and you should be able to access the contents of that one when appropriate.

I suspect it's a bug with the new system. No matter what you should be getting the full amount. Anything not opened today can be opened tomorrow, along with tomorrow's prize (which means you'll receive 200GC tomorrow if you missed today).

Yes, just go to your inventory and you should see the first day you missed. When you open that one, the next day will appear.

They should all open up on the their respective days! (I believe we're on box 7? The holidays make me forget what day of the week it is). All the GCash will be there even if you don't log in for a week, month, or year! None of the boxes will disappear, it will just have a box that will be populated with the next day's box, and so on

Features : Spinami/Narwheel Any updates on issues causing people to sometimes see blank slots on these wheels? (Clearing cache can be a temp fix.) I could understand if it's related to Gateway errors in downloading, but it's a unsettling issue to those that have had the misfortune to land on one and have no idea what's going on and if they got anything.
I've been told to clear your cache for it to work, I haven't been able to recreate this issue myself, but other users have told me that has worked. Otherwise, let me know if this doesn't work. Edit: sorry I never finished my train of thought, how often do you have to clear your cache?
Sorry had to post and skitter around for a bit. I've not personally had the issue, I just tend to take close note of Spinami bug report threads, and am trying to raise awareness of it and if there's anything besides cache clearing to be recommended/done for it, [also still not sure if Ctrl+F5 works for the wheels or if a full cache clear is required.]
It's hard for me to say as well haha, I want to assume people who have cleared cache have been doing a full clear though.

Chance item bug?
Every since server migration the buttons on rigs/chance items have been stacked instead of side by side. This results in the page being stretched and having to scroll (sometimes pretty far) to see all of the play options. Can this be fixed?
I'm currently using Chrome on Windows 10, if that matters.
I was unable to open any Barton Christmas gifts for the second year in a row. It is stuck on the don't shred message. I posted about it in the game bugs forum last year and again this year. Will you look into this please? Thank you.

That is an illusive bug that haven't been able to hunt down, it works for all the staff in the office. I will do some testing with your account info and see if I can find out the root cause. Sorry I haven't been able to fix this yet.

I'll do the "confirm you're not a bot" and the green checkmark will appear, and i'll click the submit button, but the page will never update. It'll just be stuck forever so, instead, i'll have to go to the reply page, redo the captcha, and submit. is there anyway you can get this fixed?

We still fix issues with older items! If the original artist is no longer around, someone else usually takes a look at it. But unfortunately not everything can be fixed.
As far as I know, the glitch thread is mostly up to date. If you posted something a while ago that hasn't received a response, go ahead and repost it for us to look into!

Question: Will you be addressing the issue with 2018's Christmas Caroling Event regarding the Missing Caroling Presents soon? The Caroling Event had reset back to present #1 after the 6th box effecting 7 & 8, while others had it affect earlier ones.

Broken/Missing Maps (Deadman's Shadow, Bucaneer Boardwalk Full, Coliseum still missing in Barton town, etc.) Uh-oh...I think some areas in zOMG have completely went bonkers. The MapConfig.xml file (S60428 - /S60428/mapconfig.xml) that is in place right now is the 2009 version and completely removed most parts of Deadman's Shadow (Green Room up to the Final Boss), Bucaneer Boardwalk Full and Barton Bar and Graveyard Pier is messed up and many people are stuck on loading screens forever because the areas don't exist at all. The S60427 MapConfig.xml (/S60427/mapconfig.xml) file seems to be the complete one with all those missing maps including the Coliseum one. The Train Station is also inaccesible by a pop-up text that prevents the player from going in which can be found in the Barton Sewers. This is a game-breaking bug and needs to be fixed ASAP.

Spinami has been most consistent with reports but the issue has been seen on Narwheel as well. Cache clearing seems to be the only way to try get them all visible [some Spinami reports of icons disappearing after the spin finishes, but that icons were present before spin, not much details to offer on such reports].
Unclear if Lucky Catch issue of item icon sometimes popping out as a black square with a neon green diagonal line+outline is a related issue or not.
We are still hunting down this issue as it doesn't happen often for everyone. Hope to have it fixed soon

Coliseum still not "fixed" The Coliseum is still the old 2009 Arena and is missing. This always happens during the Christmas Event, but that has ended for some time. The config file change didn't bring back the Coliseum at all. Quest Descriptions are broken. Quests Descriptions are broken and missing vital info. "Goof Badge" fix?
I've combed through the HoC code base and didn't manage to find the SFX URL path config, so it's still a mystery to me. I've also combed through the system config with no luck. Sorry for the delay.
I will be making changes to the server reboot script, expect it to happen later this weekend.
Jabber error will take a bit longer to fix, as we messed up and couldn't find the old jabber server code. It will take some time to setup a new one.
I thought last week's fix had brought back the coliseum. Will check again and make sure it' fixed tonight.

Can you tell me which browser and operating system you are using? The javascript uses a lot fo memory but shouldn't be at the point of slowing down a browser. I'll need to replicate your hardware setting to see what the issue is.

Recently I tried getting the Millionaire achievement while I had my currency settings set to Gold, and no matter how many times I went from less than a million gold to over a million gold, the achievement never actually was granted even though the window always popped up:

I hope this is in the right category, but: Towns 1. I would love it if some attention was paid to Towns 1, it was my favorite place to hang out. Towns 2, while it has clean details...was cluttered and there wasn't much space. Giving it more areas doesn't help me much.
That only gives me the rallies to go to then. And there...well, it's honestly not as much fun? It's still much smaller than the space towns 1 provided. I would love having my old space back...
Sorry we still haven't found the exact cause of why the avatars aren't displayed correctly in Towns 1. I'll look into it further when I get another chance.

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but when i try to play lucky catch in firefox, a new window opens for it but it's just blank. No sound or anything. Is this something staff might be aware of?

When I played before, it was saying I was getting different items then I was actually getting. And since I'm pretty stupid, I didn't check my inventory first and just bought more GC to get the item I wanted...buuuttt turns out I had like 6 copies of the item in my inventory but the Lucky Catch never told me I won it. So I was a little irritated I bought more when I didn't need to..Can you please fix the Lucky Catch?

Server Cycle Fix & Suggestion (No Forced Kick at Cycle) We had a recent DMS run where we actually has gotten close in finishing the run when suddenly, server kicked us all out due to the scheduled cycle. I am saddened by this and wished for the old system of server cycling where players can stay on the server to finish up their run, before heading out after towards the new recycled servers. A great suggestion is that, when the servers are recycled, make the old servers still visible in the server selection screen for 15 mins. to save their progress and log-in back if they have to finish a run in that instance or just refreshing to fisx some bugs together with the new servers then after that, they would disappear and the new ones are just left on the server screen. "Whisper Chat Jabber Broken [401]: Not Authorized" Its been like that since the migration too, any fix for it? We can't whisper people anymore in the game which is very useful in times of hasty response.
Coliseum still not "fixed" The Coliseum is still the old 2009 Arena and is missing. This always happens during the Christmas Event, but that has ended for some time. The config file change didn't bring back the Coliseum at all. Other Matters:
Quest Descriptions are broken. Quests Descriptions are broken and missing vital info. "Goof Badge" fix?
Sorry a few major bugs creeped in and we weren't able to fix the zOMG issues. I will make a change tonight to deal with the server reset issue, and will put 2 of the 3 servers in rotation. Sorry for your lost progress.
The colliseum issue baffles me, as I've updated the file and it's still not fixed. I'll do some more checking and see why I'm stuck with an older config file.

I've found the sound manager for Nimbus and unfortunately the sound location is hard coded into the code and not a config, so I'll need to find out how to compile the game from its source code before I can fix the issue. It'll take some time for that, I'm sorry.

Lucky Catch: Last week, I asked about LC not opening, and It Amy told me to clear my cache and try again, but that didn't help so I sent a pm with a screenshot. My thread in the bugs forum has still gone unnoticed. This problem is sill going on. I'm not sure if it's relevant but when i try to refresh the pop out for LC, it says session verification failed. Is there any way for this to get resolved?

You do not need to file a ticket to receive a star grant, you should earn your stars immediately upon approved purchases or spending. If you do have an issue where you are not granted the appropriate stars or gaia cash, please file the appropriate Billing Ticket (not a General Inquiry ticket!)

As long as the ticket is filed correctly, as a Billing Ticket, not a General Inquiry ticket your issue should be looked at and hopefully resolved quickly. Depending on the when it is filed usually within 1-2 business days.

Features: Forums The "View Forum Moderators" link has gone missing from the top of the Extended Discussion (at least in Firefox). A bug thread contains a suggestion that it has become hidden behind the subforum box (perhaps due to word-wrap?), but hovering in the vicinity doesn't work for some of us. Can a dev with the latest Firefox browser give it a look?
Maybe allowing more width for the forum path would eliminate the wrap, leaving space for the link (my screen is plenty wide, so that path doesn't need to wrap where it does).
We will fix the bug this week.

A few months ago, some of us were having a problem where we couldn’t un-equip our kin (the animated one that shows in the forums). That seems to have been fixed, so belated thanks! However... today, I was looking to see the new kin next to my avatar and… nothing. There are no kin anywhere in the forums. Is this bit possibly glitched now or were they maybe removed for some other reason?
I did try clearing my cache, undoing my adblocker, checking “show all images,” and all that fun stuff. Still no kin bouncing next to me. (I’m using the latest version of Chrome, but I also checked Firefox.) I'm not sure if it's just me experiencing this so I haven't posted in the bug reports forum yet. Just noticed it a little while ago.

Sorry we had a bug where some points weren't granted properly, and the recovery script made a mistake an granted 100x more points than it should. sweatdrop That mistake was fixed a few hours and once we verify the results we will post a staff notice about it.

Bug Profile themes are not being applied for some profiles.
Then I noticed mine doesn't have the theme applied either, and I hadn't touched my profile in a long time. After editing, removing, changing template, it's nothing fixed the problem.
We made some security fixed but that might had broken some profiles. It'll be fixed right after ATS.

Ever since the great server migration, the rigs have been messed up! Instead of having the continue/give-up options side by side, they're now stacked or slightly askewed to the left side. Because of this, I've more often than once hit to give-up/forfeit instead of continuing on in a rig. Could this be looked into/fixed? I would must appreciate it!

Arenas Seems like the avatar arenas are finally back up and almost working properly. ('View all' link still not working) When will the prize money amount change to reflect the inflation? I understand that the project to completely update arenas may not be a reasonable option this year.

Just tried it on Firefox. I do have a popup blocker extension, but it comes up as a separate webpage and not a popup. I havent tried it on another browser. I'll try Safari on my phone, thank you.

Features - Glitch It's been mentioned in the bug forum that there is currently an issue affecting some users who are attempting to buy the pledge items over the past few days. If we select the link on the front page, when we try to purchase any of the flares the page just doesn't load. If we click a link of the page that has been put in a post, then it will let us purchase. I wanted to mention it here to make sure that it got onto your guy's radar so you won't miss out on too many people attempting to buy when it won't let them.

It was mentioned that the new shopping cart feature code was breaking the stores. I noticed that the issue of having blank stores is still occurring on my iPad 2 with Safari and Puffin browsers. Is the issue only fixable for those who have updated devices and browsers? There is also a preview box stuck at the very bottom of every store that cannot be clicked away. Even though I am able to use my much newer phone and view the stores just fine (using Chrome), there does seem to be that preview box at the bottom for a few seconds until it disappears on it's own. After it disappears, the items show up.
We will fix the shop issue right away, sorry for the bug from the new feature.

Question - I get notices of aquarium glow times but the glow does not happen at the time specified. This has happened repeatedly to me and at least 2 other users. I posted a bug report in January and updated it several times, including today. I see no pattern of time of ignored glows. Why this is happening? Will you fix it? Thanks in advance.

Question - Are there currently any plans to repair the gold/platinum issued by the Aquarium Overseer/Message in a Bottle? If the reward from the Aquarium Overseer is 100-odd to 222 it can several hundred platinum. Anything issued over this amount is 1 platinum. Similarly when selecting a winner for Message in a Bottle it is 1 platinum.
I'll look into it again and make sure it grants the proper amount.

Pawstamp wearable items are listed as "Game Items" under Type. (For example: Type in 'arms' under "Game Items" filter and you get anything that is tagged as such, but only Paw items!) Additionally, newly released items are not filtering under "Paw Based Items" OR "Game Items".
Is there any progress being made to fix these issues with the filter?
I'm not sure if that was an inherent problem with the paw system being added on later into our system. I'll have a look and see if that can be changed or fixed.

Feature: better bug and feature request tracking Have you guys considered opening JIRA to the Gaia community for bug tracking instead of the Bug Report forum?
It has many more benefits that you can link/flag duplicates, set the status of the bug, and other stuff (as you guys are already using JIRA, from when Lanzer and I discussed, I think this makes sense).
Even if you don't expose it directly, but instead leverage the API interface. I think this is a much more practical way of handling bugs and feature requests rather than the chaotic Bug Report.
You could even grant certain users (make it community driven) the ability to flag duplicates and whatnot

For the last few days, trying to search for Paw items through the "All Gaia" part of avatar dress up has been busted. You can't search of any of them, except for 5 random items that come up with the "pawstamp" tag (with one of them I saw being a newly released item from the tier that came out today) as a human and I've heard reports that you actually can't search for them as a Paw either. Only way you can find them is if you're actually a Paw and/or have Paw items in your account. Can this please be looked into?

Because the current inventory still shuffles when we try to move things around in it, many people still use the "very very very very old inventory arranger." The problem is, new items show as blank boxes with Xs, making it very difficult to arrange items.
Could someone try to fix this, since the shuffle bug doesn't seem to be fixable yet?
I can have another look into this issue. Though I'll need specific use cases on which conditions causes the arranger to mix up items, as it's been a long time since I worked on the arranger.

Sunday's platinum grant didn't work properly. I logged in every day of the week, claiming the 50p, 50p, 100p, 100p, 200p, 200p, but on the final day instead of getting 500p, I was given 50p. It happened across all of my accounts I'd been logging in to collect with.

Same question I asked last week. I have had items from the game tab disappear during trades seemingly at random. I know there are some other users that have had this same issue with their trades. Is it possible to get someone to take a look at this? Thanks.
I've been looking into the issue related to game items but haven't had any luck so far. Please give me a bit more time to look into the issue, no items should be lost , but there seems to be a display related problem.

if moving items from storage or temp storage into your main inventory, you cannot move paw items into the paw tab. they can only be placed into the equip tab, then save, then they disappear from equip and show up in paw tab -- except now its completely reshuffled and unorganized.
super maddening. not only for organization, but knowing even what is new in that tab or not... i always put things to the bottom of my inventory, so it SHOULD go to the end of list of items. but it is untrue. they get placed at the beginning, in the middle, between a bunch of other things, etc. just super shuffled.
its no wonder people push paw things to the side, they cant organize them even if they wanted to yeah you can organize them after the fact, IF you find what you put in there o`. o god forbid you put in multiple items, like a goddamn treasure hunt.
There might be an issue related to the paw tab. We will look into it later this week.

I know Lanzer replied to someone in last week's ATS about this, but I was wondering if there are any new updates/information about this issue? It's been two weeks and we still have the excess plat/gold on our accounts. sweatdrop
I was on Team Fondue. If this helps in anyway, the browser I use is Google Chrome. I have not bought or sold anything while this bug has been going on.

Can I have someone answer me if I am ever going to have my item returned or not, please?
During the server migration I had the item [KINDRED] Watermeat up for purchase in my store. I had not received noticed that it had sold, nor did I notice any increase in my funds as it had been, but the item is missing from my inventory. I looked into this, only noticing it when others had mentioned that some of their items went missing. I checked and this seemed to be the case for myself. Lanzer mentioned it would be fixed I waited, but my item was not returned. I tried to let him know in that thread he seemed to indicate there were issues and that it would be fixed. Again I waited and still the item has not returned. I have tried multiple times to contact him, but he does not reply at all.
I would like my item back and am at a lost on how to have it appear again. The market says I own it but it is not in my inventory. This seems to be my last avenue as it seems the bug forum is ignored for the most part, Lanzer ignores, and perhaps I am the only one still having this issue.
I had ran a few scripts to restore the marketplace entries, let me look into your store and hopefully find the root cause of why you're still missing your item. Sorry for the long wait.
