Sciurus had no idea how things like ghosts and the spirit world worked. Hopefully he wasn't confusing the poor woman. "Ah... I wouldn't know about that. Forgive me, I speak of the Phantom Gift Giver. She give gifts out like the rest of the people here, and I believe she is a ghost in similar condition to you." A creepy smile spread across his face as the scalpel made her nervous. "I must confess a certain curiosity about your current state. I promise I won't do anything to you, not that I could..." The surgeon trailed off, ignoring a rumble from his stomach as he surveyed the surroundings. Upon spying a familiar armored woman, he gave a little wave.

The ghost floated warily, but seemed overall rather pleased to have someone to talk to. "Oh. She sounds really nice! But I thought no one here stayed dead..." Her face tugged into a frown, wondering if that would be her fate: cursed to be a ghost forever. "It's okay, I think," her eyes dropped, trying to avoid the creepy smile. "I don't really know how it works--- if it did, I would tell you! But you're welcome to run tests if they don't involve needles and scalpels. ... Or if I get cookies after!" She bounced in the air slightly, and then cocked her head to the side. "... Are you hungry? Do you need food?"


"Yeah, I did!" The ghost looked wary, even still, "It was a big werewolf, I think! Not a werehog--- and not blue, like Big Blue--- I mean, uh, Monster." Her face tugged into a grimace, "I remember... a lot of it, I think." Though she had concerns regarding her memory, she decided to keep it to herself at this point--- she could have sworn she remembered------- but, that was something she would have to see.

Vesraen shrugged, offering a confused smile. Merging with her other half--- Princess Fluffy Butt-- had apparently dulled some of the faculties of her mind, and she wasn't too sure she wanted to consider it too much. It was a lot easier just to accept that what happened, happened. "Oh. ... To be fair, I don't know if I can eat; I'm certainly not hungry... Let's go find you food! I know that it's a Charming party, so I'm certain there's something delicious!" For emphasis, she even did a small float-bounce.

Ves floated off and went to look for food, but reminded herself to wait for him. "I mean, I guess there's those..." She shrugged, not sure she necessarily feared those things when she was alive: "I was murdered. At least I got laid first," her tone was flippant, but she was pointedly facing away from him, eyes scanning the area around her for food for the doctor, "I mean, I suppose I should have expected it to happen, but I guess I always thought it would be Cae who would do me in." Her shoulders raised in a shrug, "Honestly, I'm not sure I'm that worried about it. I didn't die-die immediately... And there are apparently tons of people who have returned from ghostiness... I think?"

{Have to get up every morning at 7 to be at school by 9, just for an hour, then right from there I usually have to go right to work till 5. & maybe because of the holidays? lately A&P has been a nightmare, sooo maaany customers. I guess it's draining a bit, & like tomorrow, only have one class 9-12, but then 3 till 9 pm I have work. I barely have any time to get math & stuff done. emotion_facepalm Eh, could be worse. YAY PIE}

Sciurus looked around at a familiar smell, and a familiar voice brought his attention to focus. He smiled, both at the pie and at seeing it's carrier in good appearance. "I happen to be quite fond of it, thank you. Is there enough to go around that everyone else has some?" The surgeon's stomach gurgled like a lion at the warm smell.

And just as she takes up the teapot to help her friend, she suddenly notice something rather curious. "Good sir, I hope you do not mind my silly question, but... Were you not, perhaps, a lady, only moments ago?" The Freak barely even seemed that confused or shocked by the matter, but simply wished to clarity whether this was something new, or if she had been wrong all along.
