*Is glomped* "Ooof...Well, I'm not entirely sure how I can help." Xashowd replied as they rolled around on the floor. Xashowd was distracted...Darxian had told him Laguna was on her way, bu he'd seen no sign of her. There had been that odd rainstorm a few nights ago, but it had since subsided. Rain in and of itself wasn't odd, but it didn't come often around the Guild. He'd been busy in other areas of Gaia since, but the lack of any sign worried him...Had Darxian been wrong? His intel had been off lately...a lot of times. Maybe Laguna had just bypassed Gaia.

A part of him wasn't so sure, and so he was distracted, wondering what would happen if he saw her. Darxian had said she was different, but just how much? Even hearing she was killing innocents on other worlds, he wasn't sure what to expect. It nagged at his mind.

Xashowd looked over at Volt. "Just got a lot on my mind..." He sat up beside her. "There's supposed to be someone coming here, someone I once worked with. It's been years since I've seen her, and what I've heard about her current state hasn't been pretty. I'm not entirely sure what to expect." He explained.

Xashowd got up when Volt pulled on his arm. "Her name is Laguna. Years ago, Laguna and I, alongside Darxian and Karen, were Elemental Guardians, keeping the peace on various worlds for an entity named Seraphos. He turned out to be a liar, and we had to stop him. Laguna wields the Element of Water, and she was pretty good with it...though her life was far from perfect." Xashowd explained, remembering the past. "Long Story short, she's had a rough life. Her brother, the only family she really loved, died. A being called the Exodus Dragon tormented her, and from what I've heard his last words got to her. Then stuff happened and she fell in with a bad crowd. She's...changed. Not herself. And Darxian told me she was coming to Gaia."

He turned to look at Volt, a solemn expression on his face. "Thing is, I haven't seen her. And I'm constantly wondering what'll happen if I do. It's been so long, who knows what she's like."

Xashowd raised an eyebrow. "In...what, exactly?" He asked, perplexed by Volt's statement.

"As in...with Laguna? How?" Xashowd asked with a tilt of his head, still confused. There were numerous possibilities to what Volt meant, Xashowd just couldn't pin one down as a certainty.

Xashowd smiled, understanding what she meant. He was worried about his friends, but Volt's element naturally beat out Laguna's. He wouldn't have to worry about her. Laguna, on the other hand...well, Xashowd just hoped Darxian's training still stuck with her. Darxian wasn't one to bite off more than he could chew unless it meant something to him. Hopefully Laguna still had the same mindset. "Thank you Volt. It means a lot to me." He replied with a warm smile. "So...about your boredom...got any ideas?"

Xashowd chuckled a little at Volt's response. "Clearly." He replied playfully. He noticed that Volt was staring intently at his hair..."Well...what?" He inquired, part of his mind beginning to worry about his hair.
