The final tally for Day 6 is as follows:
Dylo + Parvana = 45
Aglaia + Kratos = 37
Euphrosyne + Lucius = 35
Iordanes + Minuette = 31
Pothos + Apple Bloom = 25
Phaenna + Hiroki =17
Day 6 Winner is Dylo and Parvana!
That is quite the shock. I thought the salsa was a pairs dance, but Parvana impressed all the judges with her solo dance!
And the pair with the lowest score is Phaenna and Hiroki. I'm sorry dears, Parvana's solo Salsa was just so much better than your dance. Phaenna, valiant effort! Time to leave the dance floor. Don't forget to come to my engagement party! Presents are encouraged!

Pothos laughed softly. "Well... that's what's important!" he smiled. That... and keeping their heads and limbs in tact. Another round done... on to the next....
The Hustle....
Why did all these dances have him feeling like he was just flailing around the dance floor? Clearly Voluptas saw that, hence the score of one. He was sure he'd give himself a one too... maybe not Applebloom but...oh wait.... she just boo'ed them.... rather loudly.... gulp!
Pothos slightly jumped and cringed at the same time. Wings dropping, wide eyed like a pitiful cat, he attempted to hustle Applebloom way way out of her sight.

Apple Bloom giggled a little and nodded. "Exactly!" she said and grinned at him. And then she heard Voluptas....boo them! With a look of shock at the judges' table, Apple Bloom huffed. "Rude much?" she wondered before following Pothos back to the sidelines to wait their next turn.
Which was for the Hustle. Oooookay. Venus said to bring their funkiest moves... Right. She started doing stereotypical 70's moves, having no idea how to actually do the hustle.

Pothos waved his hands in front of Applebloom's face in attempt to get her to quiet down. "L-l-l-lets just focus on..hustling..." he said and half laughed, half sighed as he twisted and jerked and had a seizure on the dance floor... all while trying to look inconspicuous.

Voluptas wasn't exactly blind. She saw the way that her Uncle Pothos was trying to get himself and his partner away from her judging eyes. As if that would make her judgments better! Especially since the mortal called her rude.
Hrrumph.
She was not rude! They were lucky she was offering her insights on their terrible mortal dancing (and Pothos' inexcusable horrible dancing -- seriously, how could one be related to the Graces and keep doing so terrible)! Voluptas pondered just throwing them another one, but she decided to give them at least a chance in Dolandor.
"I can't judge ya at all if I can't see ya, Uncle!" called Voluptas into the crowd. "I'll be forced to give another one...!"

Applebloom grumbled a bit at Voluptas's reply. That wasn't fair! "C'mon. We might not be the best dances out here, but at least we're better than a one," she said and pulled him back out into the open. "Can ya see us better now?" she called back to Voluptas. She still had no idea how to do the hustle, but at least she was trying!

Of course the mortal had to drag Pothos out, and not the other way around. Pothos was probably too afraid to.
His behavior compared to his always more confident brothers and sisters made Voluptas laugh and laugh, though she supposed if any of them were to be cowards, it would certainly be Pothos she would choose. The God of Longing, after all, just pined after but never acted.
"Yup! That'll be good! Thank you, Apple Bloom!"
Now she could at least see the awfulness.

Pothos went wide eyed and pale as Applebloom dragged him back into the middle of the dance floor. Was his partner really.... sass talking his niece...
Clamping a hand over her mouth, he tossed a twitchy nervous apologetic grin at Voluptas before turning to peer at Applebloom. He then realized he just had his hand over her mouth and whipped it off, trying to make it look like a dance move. Totes legit. No one would ever know the difference.
Yeah right....
