"I can almost imagine!" She said, grinning. Her face went blank as something began to fo 'peep peep!' behind her. "Ah! The cookies! They're done!"

Ad was thinking about the last time he had gone ballooning, and was startled by the timer. He jolted a bit and snapped his head up. "Oh! They smell great!"

She turned off the timer and jumped off the counter, pulling on oven mits as she turned off the oven and reached in, pulling out the cookies and placeing them on the counter. "Yum yum!" She giggled, taking off her oven mits. "We just gotta wait for them to cool...Want some milk to go with the cookies?"

Ad reached out and grabbed a cookie, and took a bite. "They're fine to me." Actually, they were pretty hot, but didn't care. "Milk sounds good. And these are delicious." He took another bit, chewed, swallowed. He finished his cookie in about 30 seconds.

She laughed and got down two cups, skipping over to the fridge and opening it, pulling out the milk, pouring some into both glasses. She put the milk back in and closed the door, skipping back over and holding out a glass. "Moo juice!" She said with a giggle.

Ad laughed and took a small drink of the milk. Or 'moo juice' as Shana had put it. "You're a pretty good baker. Now, these arn't as good as my mom's, but they'll do." He said jokingly with a grin.

She took a drink of her milk, blushing slightly, but giggling. "Aww, I just follow the recipie!"

"Yea, but I'd prolly make pretty crappy cookies even if I followed a recipe." He laughed and picked up another cookie, and ate a bite or two. "I swear to you. Someone would die if they ate my cookies." He chuckled.

She giggled, taking a cookie, feeling it's warmth on her fingers. "Oh, I'm sure they aren't that bad!" She said, takeing a bite, hopping onto the counter again.

"Trust me. I've never baked a thing in my life. I seriously doubt I could make cookies etable on my first try." He took a bite of his cookie, and a sip of his milk.

She laughed. "Well, if you wanted, I could teach you? I mean, I'm probably not the best teacher, but still!" She giggled, then blinked. "Though, there isn't much to teach about cooking..."

"Yea, true. All you can pretty much do is follow a recipe and directions.." He thought, trying to think of anything that could be taught..."Uh. Yea that's about it.." He chuckled.

She giggled. "It's a deal!" She took another drink of her milk, then another bite of her cookie. Sh elooked over at the tray.
There were still quite a few left. She tried eating an sheetful of cookies once, and she'd felt sick for a week.
But hey, life was short.
