All this chasing made him hungry, letting him think of how tasty the bird will be.... he shook his head. "no no. not eating it." he ran a bit closer keeping his head low and getting cuts from the thorny bushes has he ran.

Wherwithal, for someone looking very hard for something, was not actually paying attention very well at all. Point of fact, he bumbled right into another kin, a pretty blue and purple doe that seemed to have flowers all down her sides. He called an apology over his shoulder as he tottered on. Running around with six geese on his back was starting to wear him down.

What a stupid idea! Thinking he could sleep amid such chaos. With geese shitting and squawking everywhere, he joined back into the fray. he would catch these mighty little birds.

 Slow, slow, slow. Faster's legs did not come close to giving out. He was a runner first, of course, and he was slow today; he was slow here. His strategy would net him, if not the most, the plumpest geese, and it was that which brought him comfort now. Feathers dropped onto him from the sky and then a cat bird landed gracefully on its toes beside him. Might. He was so, so proud.
