Isadora frowns at the situation. She's hoping that either of the mages will get poisoned, but like themselves, it seems that they are cautious too.
"You may need to try a bit more harder," Isadora comments to Shinon, watching one of the mages retreated while putting her Steel Sword into the convoy and pulls out the Iron Sword.
"Perhaps you can lure the mages in by talking about their mothers like how you did in the bar last night. After all, you did upset the men, nearly causing a bar fight." The Dame Knight gives a suggestion, rallying the archer 9 resistance. Hopefully, the "Your Mama" joke is more toward the enemies and not herself or else the red-headed will get a full slap of her iron gauntlet.

A mounted lance user? This would be a little tricky. But surely one clean swipe would do a good amount of damage. 8+3-8=3 damage.

 [ X] The knight rides around behind Ziaram and jabs his lance at the myrmidon. If they were out on a normal field of battle, Ziaram's vantage would kick in, but in the arena it doesn't, so the knight does 3+6+1-6= 4 damage! -------------------------------- "So ya failed? Shinon glanced at Isadora, a cocky smirk breaking out onto his face at her words.
"Yeah? Well it's not my fault they're such momma's boys. Hmph, very well. Didn't think you would be one to suggest such a tact. You seem like too much of a goody-goody. Guess I was wrong."
With a mock salute accompanying her Rally, the Archer heads for Space 15

Shinon draws an arrow, fits it to the string and takes aim at the Wind Mage.
10+7+2-2=17
"Hah."
He turns to look at the Thunder Mage as the other mage drops and smirks.
"Hey, mage. You sure you're wielding the right tome? 'Cause I could've sworn your mom told me you used Light Magic" He said, provoking the remaining mage.

Even though she knows this might be dangerous, it looks like the mage is going back towards the forts where it can heal and be more defensive and that would be a nuisance, so Mihira decides to move to space 18 and readies her lance to attack.

Activating Critical, Mihira squeaks as she thrusts her lance at the mage. She successfully lands a critical hit, doing 2+7-2= 7*2= 14 damage? and defeating the mage.
"Good... no more thunder. Very nice. I can breathe now. Okay. Whew."

Seeing as the foul-mouthed archer and the mighty wyvern rider had taken down the mages, Seth decided that loosening up in the Arena would not be such a horrible idea before the enemies came crashing into their chokepoint.

[ X] The fighter is knocked back from the blow and rolls on the ground, eventually skidding to a halt as he manages to get a knee up. He immediately charges forward and swings his axe up at the knight as he comes by again. He inflicts a powerful 9+8+1-8= 10 damage blow, but it's not quite as good as the knight's attack. -------------------------------- "So ya did it? Congrats! Here's your 400 gold.
