This place seemed more man-made than anything... whatever that meant. The heat was strong yet tolerable... to a point. He wasn't sure why, but perhaps he was used to this heat, maybe?
Ramps and platforms, lights and burn marks... Really, he was just glad to be free from the fog. He never wanted to go through that again.
However, this place was far from relief, as when he entered the area, he was immediately assaulted by... a flaming shockwave? Not one, but 3. Never a moment's rest if he wanted to survive.

The heat he could handle, but once it grew cold... His core shuddered as the shadow wrapped his arms around himself, trying to fend off the cold. He couldn't stay like this forever though. He had to find some way of getting past without turning into a popsicle.
And so he picked up some debris and aimed it at the fan. The only thing that really happened was that he ended up getting assaulted by his own attempt.
