Niadra Niadra nodded, and was about to start singing when the sounds went off. "It seems the fighting is over! That means dancing!" she said grabbing her friends hand and running off into the arena. There were so many others dancing, and it was easy to fall into step with them. Niadra smiled and laughed, she couldn't win the fight but she could make up for her loss in the area with a dance maybe?
Just as she was getting into it she stopped, only after noticing that everyone else had stopped and was looking at a rather large male who was not right in color. She had separated a little ways from Senja and now made her way back to her friends side, most of the others standing still.
She had never seen a man like him, which was surprising to her and unsettling. Her family had always traveled, they saw all kinds of people. Why hadn't she seen his people?

Briella Briella smiled at her sisters joke. "Yes, Popper is a fine name." she agreeed with Kaalnia. When Sathe asked if she could show Briella Tin some other time the woman nodded. "Yes, we will meet again." she said before waved good bye to both Sathe and Kaalina. Then she turned back to Kaalina.
"Something is going on, and don't pretend it isn't. This is not the place to talk about it though, nor the time. Let's go get Dyakida and see what all the fuss is about." Briella said, putting one arm around Kaalina's shoulders and hugging her. Something was up, but for now they needed to go see what was going on in the arena.

Zuri And just as soon as she was sick she felt better. Zuri shook her head and righted herself. Thankfully it was just in time for her to hear the horns blaring signaling that the whole thing was over. She sure hoped that it was the person who beat her that won the whole thing. He deserved it in her opinion.
First though, she needed to find Biroki. Walking around she looked everywhere for him and finally spotted him with Yaholo of all people, however Yaholo looked like he hadn't seen a healer after his fight! "Yaholo, Biroki, what's going on?" she asked before smiling politely at Ilyra.

[Kaalnia: With Briella] Kaalnia waved as Sathe and her sister and her fishies walked away. She felt a little better. See? she said to herself, the world ain't full of scary people. Ya know that. Calm down. She really shouldn't have tried to put one over Briella. She hugged her sister back, taking comfort in the touch. See, Brie's here. It's gonna be okay "Yeah." she admitted, "Okay." she said, slumping a little. "It's just... yeah. later."
[Biroki: With Yaholo, Ilyra, and Zuri at the potion stands] "I don't know." said Biroki, honestly, looking up at Zuri. Yaholo seemed so upset, and it couldn't be just because of his injuries. He needed healing, but Biroki felt like he needed permission to do what spells he could. Holo was, after all, an alkidike, and maybe he wouldn't want to be treated by a shifter. Unlikely, but until he said yes and told him what the problem was... "Zuri? Whats going on?" he asked, noticing the commotion.

Yaholo, post four
All Yaholo could do was shake his head at both Ilyra and Biroki. Sure, he looked bad and felt even worse, but the healers probably had more important things to do than deal with him. He gazed to Biroki kindly as he offered his healing skills and sighed, no, he wouldn't want Biroki to waste his magic, he needed it.
"Naah, I don't need healing, I'm okay." He said, before blinking as Zuri came into view. "I'm fine! I'm fine! Stop making such a fuss!" He sighed and rolled his eyes. Goodness, he was going to be fine! He got hurt a lot, all he needed was some food and that potion! He moved to stand and stretched his back out as he did, just as he noticed the commotion. "What the...?"Natsu, post one
"Yaholo! You have to see this!" He cried, racing over towards the group. He completely ignored the others as he clutched his friend's shoulder, only to pause and let out a rather shrill squeal. "HOLY ********, WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR HEAD?!" He screeched.Viveka, post one
Viveka charged after Natsu and stopped just short of banging into his backside. He paused to regain his composure, but quickly lost it again as soon as he saw the state Yaholo was in. "AAAAH! You're still hurt!" He screamed, clutching Natsu's side. "What happened to you? ARE YOU OKAY?!"Rastian, post three
Of course, after hearing both of his "brothers" scream, Rastian left Dyakida's stand and sprinted over to check up on them. He hovered over Zuri, smiled at Biroki, and nodded to Ilyra before shoving Viveka and Natsu apart to peer at Yaholo. He blinked, rolled his eyes, and motioned everyone away from the Alkidike hybrid.
"You're crowding him, let him be!" He said. "The last thing an injured person wants is everyone standing over them asking questions. What you all should be doing is remaining calm and finding easier ways of helping him, if he even wants you to help." Then, his eyes caught the commotion by the stands and blinked. "What, did someone in the last battle die or something?"

Oulixes post 1
The swordsman, who was sitting in the far back row at the moment after watching the last few rounds, was just getting up to go when the big man with the orange colored jewels appeared before them. He found himself rising to his feet, curious as to what was going on and if he should bail or not. Everyone seemed to be acting strangely, starring at the guy, acting as though he were the odd man out... and Oulixes had zero idea why. Maybe he was far too oblivious he thought to himself, wondering if he'd missed something. Was the guy important? Was he a wanted man? The blond chick from the Wind Tribe seemed to be interested in him, walking over toward him despite him being a lot bigger then she was, more heavily muscled, and the like.
Giving a bit of a shrug, feeling out of the loop, he took a few steps forward to try to get the best vantage point that the nose bleed seats would allow. If something bad went down he'd bail, otherwise he was fine with perching up here whilst he tried to figure out what was up. He was, for the moment at least, putting his money on the 'wanted man' idea, mostly because that was one that he understood well personally. If it wasn't that he supposed he would see soon enough what it actually was. No matter what he was certain it was definitely not the ending to the tournament most expected, somehow he was guessing those dancing girls from earlier was how it was planned to be ended.

Kelina's face flushed as she realized she didn't know where the stall was! Oh how embarrassing! But of course Lasarra didn't seem to mind. All Lasarra did was smile and it seemed like she was going to say something but then there were loud blasts signaling that the tournament was over. "I hope it was the archer guy!" She said as they raced towards the arena together. Kelina had been rooting for him because he was in the same class type as she. But things stopped quickly and it was apparent quickly why it had done so. A large earthling man was there, but he was different than anyone she had seen before. "No I never have...his orange crystals are so interesting, and his size!" Her eyes were wide as she sized him up. She noticed the elders approaching him, this would be interesting. "Lets get somewhere in front of all the people so we can make sure we see everything!" Kel said as she pulled her sister forward through the people this time.

8th post for Volle, 7th for Ray and Senja. Vollerei and Rayolun Vollerei looked up at the words and saw a lean shifter male that she had never met. Not that that was hard cause she'd met.. well seen at least, only a handful of shifters in her life. So he wanted to know about Zweil? Fine by her. She eyed the food he held in his hand. That looked good... she'd have to try that next! She gestured for him to sit down. "Sure. Not sure how I can help though cause I didn't catch him." This male had the look of a hunter about him so odds are he wanted to know how to catch kinfa's. Ray smiled as he sat down. Didn't catch him? There was a tale there! He reached over and ran a hand along Zweil's feathers. Very soft! Lassara would love to train a knifa, he was sure of it! "Didn't catch him? Then how did he come to you?" He fed the baby kinfa a bit of his food before digging in with an appetite. The fighting had certainly hungered him! Vollerei swallowed her mouthful before responding. "Was chatting with a leaf boy and Zweil landed on the boys head. Probably attracted by the bright feathered headdress he had on." She smirked at the memory. It had been an entertaining moment! Rayolun was about to respond when the horns blew to announce the winner. He and Vollerei, who had finished her current plateful and was stashing her other food into a bag, walked to the arena to see who had won. Vollerei was a used that the person who had beat her in the first round had won. But she didn't understand the whispers about eh leaf man. Do he was big and had odd colors... all earthlings had odd colors! Rayolun knew that leaf earthlings didn't come in those colors and he hadn't sen one this big before. This should be interesting he thought. Senja Senja threw herself into the dances with glee, it was so much fun! But then that odd guy stepped out after the winner, a cute leaf guy, was announced. This was an odd one! She stopped in her dancing to stare at him. "Look at his size!" She whispered to Niadra. His colors were odd too, but since she was used to shifter colors she didn't realize that he was qute different from other Leaf members.

Yaholo, post five, definitely not heading towards where Oulixes is emotion_awesome
While his friends surrounded him and rambled on and on about how terrible he looked, Yaholo decided to slink away to see what all the fuss was about. He shuffled through the growing crowds and slipped into the back rows to peer around as everyone else was doing. Whoa, who the hell was that big guy? He meandered forward and stood on his tip toes. Whoever it was, they weren't of any race he knew, kind of weird... But kind of cool, too.
He huffed and moved to sit down in an empty seat when his eyes caught a glimpse of a familiar face. Oulixes? He rubbed his eyes... Maybe?
"Oulixes, is that you?" He called, though weakly. "It's good to see you! Congrats on your wins!"

Oulixes post 2
Oulixes gave a bit of a flinch when he heard the familiar voice, that of one of the people he wanted to avoid for their own good, actually the one he wanted to avoid the most in fact. He turned slowly to glance at him, debating running... until he got a good look at the guy... and he could only stare. What in the world had happened to him? Why was it that he tended to look worse and worse each time he saw the guy? Giving a sigh he drifted over toward him, giving him a long look, before he told him in a matter-of-fact manner, "You really need a keeper, don't you?" Someone to keep him safe from himself and the horrible luck that he seemed to be carrying around with him. Here he thought leaving him behind would help him to stay safe... though it appeared that he was quite wrong, wasn't he? He really did worry about the guy.

Yaholo, post six
Yaholo offered Oulixes a smile and shrugged his shoulders. Bah, maybe he did, maybe he didn't. These injuries were from the tournament, sans the one on his forehead, obviously, and a keeper wouldn't have done much good. He chuckled a little to himself and rolled his eyes at the thought. Yeah, his hammer was good enough for now, wasn't it?
"Mm, maybe. I do land myself in a lot of s**t sometimes, right?" He mumbled, rubbing his forehead a little. "Eh, but I wouldn't want to bother anybody, I'm just one big sack of accidents. Don't want to spread my misfortune..." He sighed and leaned forward, peering down at the arena again. "This guy looks interesting. What do you make of him?"

The general silence continued, as the crowd watched and some of the onlookers murmured to each other. The leaders were gathered in a circle around the strange man, led by Freya. They seemed to be discussing something of importance, their brow's furrowed the their mouths moving with energy. Enlil and Yansa held grimaces while Enki gestured vigorously with his arms.
Whatever it was didn't seem to be good news.
To everyone's surprise, including the rest of the leaders, Freya broke the formation to reach out and hug the hulking man. They enveloped each other briefly, the large sized man seeming to swallow Freya whole with his arms before they released and the silence continued.
The group below nodded to each other, seeming to understand what was coming before the unknown man turned to the crowd and spoke.
His voice boomed through the arena, deep and bellowing and appropriate for his appearance. "I have brought you all here for this tournament." He let the words sink in. He had been the one to host this tournament after all, though the dancers and celebrations seemed to have formed themselves without his help. "To bring the strongest of your land together for the news I have for you all." The words rang out through the arena, everyone completely silent and listening closely to what this man had to say. "I am Besian. I come from the land south of here, we call our home Oba."
The words echoed through the arena. There was more to Tendaji than what they had all thought. There were new people. "Our king is planning to launch his forces through this pass and have you succumb to his rule." He reached out to squeeze Freya's hand and let the words he had announced to the crowd sink in.

[Biroki: near the potion salespeople, technically came before the plot post XD] YAHOLO DEFINITELY NEEDED HEALING. THAT WAS AN OPEN WOUND ON HIS HEAD AND HE WAS HURT AND... AND... but there was little Biroki could do. He felt bad, though and gave Yaholo a light pat on the shoulder. "If... If you want healing, just let me know..." he said, slipping a little healing magic in. It wasn't much, but it would at least help a little bit with clotting and infection. Yaholo wouldn't notice it, and if he really didn't want healing, then there wouldn't be a problem. Biroki wouldn't have been able to back off with a clear concience otherwise. He did back off though, letting Yaholo have some space. "He... He's right." he started, gesturing to Rastian. Space was important for things like this. And then Yaholo slunk away. "Wait! Y-Y-you shouldn't..." but by the time the stammer was finished with him, Yaholo was long gone. Biroki looked back at the quarreling and eclectic crowd of people that all knew Yaholo and suddenly had arrived out of nowhere, and retreated to Zuri's side. "He shouldn't be moving around too much..." he mumbled, feeling too drained to be frustrated or angry.

[Peyla: JEALOUS > sad ] He really had such lovely, shiny crystals... she wanted to touch them. But now there were all these other people around him. She chimed unhappily. Noooo, she wanted to take a closer look, but people here swatted her and she also didn't want to be swatted. She heard a few things they said, and understood and cared about not a thing. The sprite amused herself by eating her treats and glaring at the blue woman. Not fair! She got to touch him and see his pretty crystals. Peyla didn't like her: she had stolen her shinies! It didn't really occur to Peyla that the shinies were attached to someone and so really only belonged, properly, to Besian. Peyla was unencumbered by such complex thoughts.
[Ruelash: Listening in] It took a while for what the man had said to make sense to Ruelash, but when it did, he realized he had some idea of what it meant. Someone wanted to conquer them all, and that meant fighting. Fighting of the sort he had never had before. He felt his heartrate speed up again and grinned down at the arena. It sounded fun.
[Hijil: Somberly listening in] Hijil frowned. She was not liking the seriousness of the atmosphere, though she was unsure of the words said. Clearly, something very grave was happening, something that would potentially threaten things she held dear, and that whatever threat that was came from a strange land to the south called Oba. But what did this strange man mean when he said that a king was going to launch forces through the pass? What did it mean to 'succumb' to his rule? What WAS a king? Clearly a leader of some sort. She figured forces meant warriors, but launch? What was 'succumbing to his rule'? She had a bad feeling about what that meant. How many warriors, she wondered, would it take to defeat all of us? Her gaze fell upon Yansa and Eshe. How many to defeat them... She was not liking the roads this thought took her down.

Sathe || In the Stands, watching (post 13)
Sathe held her orb close to her. They all looked so serious. Was something wrong? Did somebody get a boo boo? She clutched her fish and squeezed it into her chest. They looked angry. She peeked up at Aminah and she looked like she had the same face on as the ones in the circle. She tugged on Aminah's shirt, trying to get her attention. Aminah broke her concentration long enough to see what it was that Sathe wanted. "Are you worried, Big Sister?" Aminah nodded her head and gave a short, but patient answer. So Big Sister was with these people when they went on an adventure and now Big Sister wants to help? So someone is hurt...? Sathe was confused. There was too much frowning going on.
The big man spoke to the rest of the stands and Sathe's brow furrowed. Lunching his forkses? They're gonna have a picnic? She looked up to see if Aminah was just as confused as she was but her Big Sister just looked even more worried. She looked like she was ready to jump up out of her seat.
But there were new people. That was a good thing, right? ...Right? Sathe clutched at her fish with one arm and used the other to hold tight onto Aminah's shirt. She didn't know why, but she felt a little scared.
