The woman got a narrowed eye glare in return, refusing to break eye contact.
"I see."
For a moment, he looked almost tempted to fight her for it. Vladimir's gaze flicked back to 'God'.
"Vould rather jump from bridge," he replied simply, offering her a brief head tilt in acknowledgement. He backed away from her, the orange-glow of the lights making her look...Disturbing, to say in the slightest.
He returned to Alice, against his better judgment, gravitating to her without thinking.
"Need to find veapons."
And keep an eye on that woman, if the going gets rough.

"Lots of things: guns, crowbars, guns, bats, guns, things that slice their heads off, more guns . . ." Misty squinted at the woman for a moment, wondering how she wasn't being more panicked about this situation. "Any damn thing will do really so long as you don't use your bare hands. Come on."
Without prompt, she took her hand and started to pull her into the hallway, throwing cursury glances into open rooms. "Where did you come out've? I found a funny looking knife in this coat pocket, so maybe you have something like that in your room."

Before she had any time to explain that she was pretty sure she and her twin were not on speaking terms, Vladimir was off to speak to someone else. She supposed she should do the same, considering her lack of anything that would help her defend herself, but the moment that she moved, the lights went out. There was a lump in her throat. Had she failed her mission? Panicked, she tried to leave, and managed to bump into someone before the emergency lights could come on. Or two someones, it seemed, as one of them had a man apparently trying to climb onto his back. "Watch where youuuu...u..." She bit her lip and stared at the clingy man like a deer in the headlights, his form faintly glowing beneath the orange emergency lights, and slowly began to shake her head. " No. I can't be around you. You will put our entire operation in jeopardy," she calmly stated, taking two steps back before turning to briskly put distance between them. Thankfully, Vladimir's attempts to be away from her must have gone similarly, because he'd come to find her again, and had nothing to say about the lack of twin at her side. She exhaled through her teeth and nodded. "I agree, but I have no idea where to start looking." She gave him a hopeful look - maybe his spy training had touched on this.

"Zombies, huh?" The screams from outside didn't sound staged, and the lights flickered and died, as sure as the sky outside was probably blue. "Cool ain't the word I'd use for that, Ducky." Clearly, Red had decided on a nickname. She looked at the door as the orange lights came on, and a sort of hunger, sharp and wild filtered into her demeanour. She could do this. She could hunt. The grin Ducky got back was ferocious, akin to a shark's smile, too wide and too much teeth. "I bet there were, considering there's a dude wielding an axe and some b***h with a crowbar, but I don't know if I want to head back just yet. Considerin'." She was in a pair of sneakers, at least, and the clothes were pink and cute but the shirt was made of cotton and the skirt didn't restrict her movement. Huhm. Utility, it seemed. Red waved the plank around, smacking it against her hand. Ow! Apparently, she had some strength in these arms, good god. "Ehhh...I don't want to block the only escape route."

“Ducky, huh?” He tried the name out, thinking it didn’t sound quite right but, given his attire, it at least looked fitting. “Cool.” “Well, if we aren’t going to use it for a barricade, might as well double up,” he answered, destroying the couch further to gather some heftier boards. The ferocity of her grin was lost on him, and he grinned back in much the same way, happy to be bonding. Friends were good to have in a zombie apocalypse. Handing her another plank, he looked up and down the hallway, settling finally on the group with the actual weapons. “Should we join ‘em then? They do have an axe and a crowbar. But axe-dude doesn’t seem to know much… And he’s kind of scrawny. What do you think?”

... He really wasn't going to comment on the assorted items in Javier's pockets, no. When the smaller hunter began to climb up his back, sin fell backwards a few steps but regained his footing. At leas the didn't drop him. Like any shoujo prince, he was not going to tell Javier that he was pretty heavy. Yet despite his complaint, he easily carried the other hunter. He looked back over his shoulder to the excited Javier. Third base? Prince? Definitely not the type of things to be saying during a potential zombie invasion.. But then again, were any of them normal? Putting aside the strange title; ".. Third base, huh?" He wondered out loud. "Ahaha.." A nervous laugh.. Sin thought this guy looked pretty innocent but he guessed he wasn't, huh? Sin should have known better to judge by looks. "To be honest, I'm just hoping we come out of this alive." Right now, they could only muster second rate weapons. Come to think of it, they had been exchanging titles but not names? Strange lights flickered, and then strange sounds. Sin was officially creeped out. "By the way, my badge reads my name as Sin. I might drop you in the commotion but whatever you do, please don't run towards the nearest zombie wearing anything resembling a pink frilly princess dress." He was not putting it past this hunter.

...From the sounds of things, a gun would be the best thing to have, but Eva wasn't sure where exactly she could get her hands on one. For that matter, she wasn't sure she wouldn't just shoot herself in the foot if she were to have one in her possession. She wasn't much of a shot.
...Er...or so she thought, at least. She couldn't remember the last time she shot a gun, but considering the circumstances, that was probably a given.
"I, u-uh...yeah..." She seemed startled when the other woman took her hand, but obediently allowed herself to be led along, staring wide-eyed at the others as she passed them by. It took her a moment to process the question before her attention snapped back to the woman. "What? Oh, uh, over there. I'm not sure though, I didn't find anything of note, but maybe I can find a bat or something."
A pause, and then, "So...any idea what's going on? ...Er, what's your name?"

When he woke up, he couldn’t remember a single thing about himself. Well, perhaps that wasn’t entirely true. The young man woke up with a Rubiks cube in his hand, so apparently that meant he liked Rubiks cub..ing…? Wilson tilted his head slowly as he walked out while quizzically eyeballing the colorful toy. There was supposed to be some mathematical trick to this, right? Did that mean he liked math? Math was kind of boring though…But rather than worry about a toy, he should’ve been trying to figure out who he was. Except Wilson wasn’t worried. His clothes were okay—not great—and he figured someone would tell him something eventually. It would all work out somehow. Probably.
For now he would just settle for carelessly tossing the Rubiks cube around, not caring whether or not it fell and broke into a bajillion annoying pieces. In fact, he nearly dropped it upon hearing the announcement. =n=?? He stared at the Rubiks cube. This was good enough. Probably. Maybe. Hopefully.
Wilson tried lightly tossing it at some girl—actually didn’t her face look a bit like his???—and aimed for the back of her head. A+ for thoughtfulness.Kaiyumi And this is what amnesiac Wilson has become

"Never said I was creative, Ducky. Call me Red." She took the spare plank, eyeballing it. Reaching for a cushion, Red unzipped the cover around it, biting at the edge of the fabric to start a tear. She then ripped it into several strips, and proceeded to wrap the base of each plank with the aforementioned strips. Ducky mentioned the two other armed folk, and she shrugged. "Probably a good idea. I'd rather not talk to God-boy, he seems a bit weird. I don't know how I feel about divinity walkin' the earth, considerin' I don't believe in divinity. I... think? Not sure." Axe-Man looked like a dunderhead. Crowbar-girl looked like a coiled serpent. Both of them were fairly attractive, but that didn't mean she wanted to get within either of their swinging ranges. "We're armed, now, but not everyone is." Red glanced around-- so much looking around, but better to be aware of her surroundings than not, she supposed-- looking for those of formidable size and stature that might be worth a damn if armed. "Who else here do you want to arm? There's a couple of people over there--" she pointed at Girl-in-Braid and Glasses-Boy-in-Big-Coat. He sounded Russian.

He had no idea still what was going on, but there was a small cluster of girls who looked to be around his own age. Still furrowing his brow, he meandered towards them and lightly tapped the darker haired one on the shoulder, peering over at them curiously.
"Mind if I, er, join you?" he asked, a bit awkwardly, and then winced a little at the screams, sucking in a sharp breath. "I'm not entirely certain where I am, but you, er, seem to be in similar straits as I am."

Some people might have panicked if they woke up with not a single memory about their life, but not Alaska. Rather, the black-haired woman took her precious time getting out of bed and dressing. She spent just a bit too much time observing the state of what she assumed to be her room. It was impeccably clean and organized. A few extra minutes of rummaging unveiled a few possessions that had her supposed (family??) name written on it. Burns…? That wasn’t much of a title to go by, but she would roll with it for the time being. At least until she could figure out what exactly was going on. A glance in the mirror drew out a scowl from the woman. She spent far too long staring at her face. Skeptically, tattooed fingers reached for the colored strands in her braid before lightly tracing out the flower tattoos trailing down her throat. Was her actual self some sort of delinquent? Alaska hoped not because she definitely felt like not a delinquent or yankee or punk or gangster or whatever.
Just as Alaska began to wonder if she was actually vain, a loud alarm rang, causing her to jump and press her hands against the mirror. She scrunched up her face as she examined the fingerprints covering the glass. Damn. The woman puffed out her cheeks briefly before figuring she had to go outside and figure out what all the fuss was about. But maybe it’d be dangerous outside too because…alarm. Eh. She stepped outside anyway because holing herself in the dorm sounded like a baaad idea.
When she poked her head outside, some dude shouted about something that was coming and that everyone needed to prepare themselves. At least, she assumed it was a dude. His voice echoed down the halls. Prepare for what?
There was an ominous thud. There was a sinking feeling in her stomach. Oh. Okay. Um. Alaska scurried into her room and dubiously stared at a basketball in her hands. Did the actual her like basketball? Well, she could throw this at..whatever was coming, right? She gulped and ran to the common room. She hoped, anyways.
Basketball in hand, she glanced at the other people mingling about before approaching a girl with short brunette hair. She leaned forward and asked quietly, “Do you know what’s going on here…?”

Eva visibly flinched at the light tap, already on edge because of everything that was happening around her. Clutching at the front of her dress, she turned to face the blond, offering him a weak smile as she looked between him and her other companion.
"It's...fine by me? I guess in this situation, the more the merrier, ri--ow, hey!"
Stumbling forward in surprise, Eva whirled around, lifting a hand to clutch the back of her head as something clattered onto the ground. A quick glance determined that it was one of those puzzle cubes--a rubix cube, was it?--and then she slowly lifted her gaze in the direction the toy had come flying at her from. Frowning, she stared at the man warily, looking him up and down. "I'm guessing this cube is yours...?"kurotomato QUICK POST BEFORE I GET DRAGGED OUT adfsgdhj

He looked a little unnerved. Boxed into a room with lunatics, for the most part. He shrugged at Alice's question.
"I am not knowing. But. Perhaps...bigger problems at stake?"
Sadly, no such spy training had prepared him to do anything. Except, perhaps, rattle off words memorized in hexadecimal. He was not entirely sure why he knew that. Perhaps he was some sort of Russian hacker spy.

“Well, not much hope for divinity if there’s zombies roamin’ around, now is there?” He grinned, a lopsided little thing that showed off his teeth in an adorably buck-toothed sort of way. He watched curiously as she wound the upholstery fabric around her planks, before he put two and two together. Grabbing the other cushion and tearing into it, he followed her lead, wrapping his own up in much the same way. “Guess we could help some other folks out though. More the merrier, right?” He hefted his two boards beneath his arm, and gathered up several more with his other. Looking to where Red pointed, he headed off in the foreigners’ direction. “Hey!” he called, waving a plank in the air. “Weapons, here!”

At some point the person who was Roland, and assumed he was Roland since the jacket he woke up with contained a lot of items for a guy named Roland, had moved a small lounge table and chair in front of a window, the chair pressed to the table to keep it flesh to the window as he sat in it, the glowing dagger rolling over and over in his hands.
"So we have what... a guy called God with an axe, some wood planks. My dagger. Doesn't anyone else feel like... I dun know, like we should have better weapons if this place had some zombies stored somewhere?" It was a nagging feeling. Something about all the talk about weapons made him wonder if he was missing something bigger then just the dagger. The dagger felt foreign to him, like he should have been using something else entirely.
He sighed sadly and continued to roll the dagger over in his hands wondering what all the silly scribbles on it might have actually meant.
