Shun of Blackwood Well my character is up, and awaiting the approval of others. :3 if anyone has thoughts I do like to hear them, though I am not all that fond of people ragging on my characters. ; 3 Just read it. I like it, very original having the Shikai become hand wraps. I'm not exactly in a position of authority so I can't tell you to change anything, even though I find the concept of "this thing happens to a foe" and "this OTHER thing happens to a friend" to be a bit.....confusing to me. Care to explain to moi how it works? Btw....I'm a guy. *glares VERY pointedly at Teh Musisian* :p

I am no Mod, so i don't really have a say in the matter. However. It is likely you will be asked about your Bankai and what you intend it to be. Additionally you will be informed you will have to acquire it by training, likely with another one of the two Lieutenants within the same boat as you. Division 12, and Division 11, I believe. When it comes to your shikai, i don't have a problem with it. Though i can see one asking you to extend the description to give more clarification on the "exact" results would be. Otherwise it leaves things to open for a judgment call with to much room for personal opinion. I myself have basically these exact issues within my profile, and thought i didn't have to change my powers, i did have to extend their descriptions to explain them more thoroughly. Hope this helps. Medical Shinigami often have the coolest variations of support/offensive power mix ups.

If the character struck with the intent to harm, that would carry over with the reiatsu. Likewise if he applied a gentle touch to an injury, the reiatsu would promote healing and anesthesia to get rid of the pain. So mostly its intent, but it can also be affected by the force of the strike. you dont uppercut someone you want to heal, and you dont gently touch your enemies. if that makes sense.

I can actually explain this quite simply, through SCIENCE! I would say its best to think of his powers as a "electronic pulse/ magnetic field ability", just under a more focused and specific spectrum. Magnetic fields that share the same "charge" as a human body field results in a negative reaction. Pain, headaches, tightness of muscles. However and field of the opposite polarity results in positive energy, healing, and relief from pain. This is how he can correctly effect friend and foe differently. By altering the charge to the "pulse" he is using.

Well his review is in. Since everyone seems so eager to look at his pro, much like exam results, you're free to look over things, etc etc etc.
But yes, agreed, 4th Division tends to have some of the more interesting zanpakuto. I just generally dislike the Division, and along with the 12th, is the only Division I have only captained once.

Though i can't say i am a huge fan of Division 4, and think Division 12 is easily the best. The damn captain's are usually always nut cases, and the overly servant like lieutenant just adds to the weirdness. One never questions the choices of the Captain *salute* She is both lord and master

Twelve is the most awesome in my oppinion I shoot for that squad in just about every bleach related RP i find. But the Katena are very interesting. Speaking of which why are those three random profiles still not finished.

Too burned out from work to really think straight The districts are seeing some action, but frankly that this moment there is not alot going on. I intend to have Aalok wander about in the districts, give people the opportunity to join into the roleplay at a non-action related scene if they wish

I have always had a found enjoyment for "non-arc" roleplaying as it gives us a chance to develop and express our characters and not feel rushed by the push of a constantly moving arc story. And i won't even get started on how much world development is lost during main arcs.
There is a fascinating and beautiful opportunity for character.world. building within the arc-less cycle are are current in. People gotta utilize this moment!
