*Shortstraw was greeting people in for a while with theador as the main man saying, "Hello person!" Or "Welcome to me Home!" Or even, "You look funny, but you snazzy. So you can come in." He smiled to everyone and was vary welcoming, to say the least though he was the cutest greeter most would ever see as shortstraw chukkled at each remark he made.
Meanwhile Solfora came over to donte, "so hard when i'm..." she pulsed and instantly snatched dontes arm, holding extreamly tightly at the sight of blue. She glared. Yep, now she would be staying for the whole thing, sick or not.
Meanwhile cresent was basicly the only one inside with weapons straped to her, being no one could get her to take them off, but she worked as a security guard just in case. Infact the only visable security gaurd at that. She wasn't afrade to make her self appearent, although she stuck with Moon who was all dressed up and actully trying to meet with people agian. Which as a former queen, was a good thing to see again.

Prophet stood next to Cresent, holding a large kukri in his hands, sharpening it against his arm, making sparks, and also causing some people to back away from him, fear in their eyes. He only smiled, then looked at Cresent. "I thought I'd be the only one with weapons here. Good thing I was wrong." Prophet said, chuckling, then, he put his kukri in it's sheath. "Damn leaders give me a headache whenever they talk about useless stuff." Prophet said, rubbing his right temple with his right arm, sighing in annoyance. Suddenly, some person would walk up to Prophet, only to be stared down by the large Draconian. They would only walk away, in a hurry. "Looks like I still got it." Prophet said, smiling.

Blue grinned to Soflora. "And how nice to meet you again, sweetie." She said patronisingly. An older looking woman came up behind them both and took Blue's other arm. "Come along, Bluebelle. We have people to meet." Blue nodded. "Yes mother." She then sighed. "I'm sorry to keep you, you must have many other guests to be attending to at the time. Mister prince." She kissed her hand and blew it over to Dante as she moved along to the ballroom with the other man. Dante winced. "Urgh.." He shook his head. "Well that was an unwanted surprise." He wrapped his arm around Soflora with a smile as he kissed her cheek. "It's all right. I don't think she sees any interest anymore." Evelyn came down the stairs in her dress with her hair tied back and she walked over to Dante and Soflora shyly. "Jesus, is it just me or do royals always feel the need to dress up so ostentatiously at events like these." Dante's eyes widened at Evelyn. "Kitt- Evelyn! You look so different.." Evelyn scowled. "Yeah yeah you've already seen me in a dress, piss off." Dante chuckled. "Now now, Kiera will scold you if you use bad language." He blinked. "Speaking of which, where is Kiera?" Evelyn scratched her arm. "She'll be down in a sec."

*Solfora smiled, "you do look so diffrent even still. But pretty." She nodded to Donte, "okay... though i'm not leaving with her here." She let loose just a bit on his arm, just ot ease the moment alittle more. "Where's Evelin? Shortstraw and Theador..." she pulse as the two walked in, theador pulling Shortstraw, "come on daddy i want people to see me snazzy now! Snazzy pretty like the bigger peoples..." he then noticed evelyn, and stopped as he stared up at her with huge eyes. She didn't look so scary now. but he chould feel it, it was her. "Kitty... pretty." He smiled up at her cutly with a blush. Meanwhile shortstraw was greeting a late person coming in, the big guy himself. "I appreshaite the helping hand by the way." Shortstraw nodded, "no problem it's what we do."

Evelin was shy, and she hid behind her father as they greeted people. It might not have been shyness, more like disinterest and just stared at every womans beautiful dress. They were all so pretty, she wanted all of them. Evelyn walked over to Shortstraw as Dante and Soflora went to go and talk to people just as Dante was instructed to do. "Is everything okay at the moment? No problems?" She asked Shortstraw as she glanced around to people she vaguely recognised. Kiera soon came down the stairs wearing a grand cream ball gown made from fine fabrics. As the hostess she knew it was customary to go large and the other leaders wouldn't have been expecting anything otherwise. But it was different to when Kiera wore a dress for her wedding. Then, Kiera was only becoming an adult. Now, she was a full fledged woman and she showed it thought this. She walked up to the others with a smile. "Have I missed anything?" Evelin stared in awe at her mothers dress. "Mommy!" Kiera smiled down to her and crouched for a moment to pick Evelin up and sit her on her hip. "Hey there my beautiful little princess." She kissed her forehead.

*Shortstraw smiled, "not bad at all so far. Theador was doing well at greeting everyone." Theador slowly followed the kitty to her daddy and stood next to his mother as she appeared, "mommy pretty now too." He smiled up to her as shortstraw patted his head, "you just think everyones pretty dont you." Theador shook his head, "no. There ugly people too." Shortstraw chukkled, as he looked to Evelyn, "if there is any reasion to, i'll be here with you in this. Just saying, I know you dont like this sorta stuff." He offered. Theador then held up his hand as shortstraw looked down, "what is it little man?" Theador put his arm down and shyly asnwered, "i will... help kitty..." Shortstraw smiled, "well i dont know... i thought you didn't like kitty anymore." Theador looked down, "only a little..."

Evelyn chuckled. "Oh well I see how it is." She glanced to Shortstraw. "I'll be fine if I have some alcohol. Although I'm not going to overdo it like the last time." She sighed. Kiera rolled her eyes. "I sure hope so." Kiera smiled to Evelin. "Want to go and greet some people with me?" Evelin looked away and brought her finger to her mouth. "I don't... have to talk.. do I?" Kiera smiled as she shook her head. "Of course not." She hugged Evelin close. "Com'on." She looked back to the others. "I'm going to talk to some people." She continued to walk into the thick of the crowds. Evelyn only watched Kiera for a moment before she looked away scratching her neck. "Jeez, Kiera's changed so much." She shook her head and looked back to Shortstraw. "All right, lets go see what all the fuss is about."
"There he is!" "The prince of Yokai.." "Isn't he handsome!" "I wish that girl wasn't hanging on his arm all the time so we got a chance to talk to him." Dante noticed whenever he moved from person to person that the same things would always be said. He grew a little tired of fangirls and decided to make them super jealous as he looked to Soflora with a smile and held her close. "If you're not too ill at the moment... would my lady care to join me in a dance?" He asked with a charming grin and heard a group of girls not too far away from them fume. "What right does she have to have so much of his affection!"

Shortstraw nodded, "lead the way." He teased as theador watched donte and soflora. Meanwhile Solfora blushed, did he really just... she was lost for words, "yes... my handsum prince." She giggled and let him take her hand as to start dancing. Meanwihle theador watched. He could dance... but what were they doing so diffrently. He followed closed behind evelyn and shortstraw as they went alittle more into the crowds...

As Dante and Soflora started to dance other couples came in to join them and a circle formed around the people that danced. Among the circle were angry teenage girls watching them and it made Dante want to laugh however he was enjoying the moment instead. "My lady-" A man touched Kiera's shoulder and she turned around with a smile. "Bryce.. I'm so glad you could make it.." She looked to Evelin who stared at this tall young man. "Hey Evelin, this is Bryce Grande. He's the leader of a kingdom far to the east. He's our main spices exporter." And weaponry, although she wasn't going to say that. Bryce smiled to Evelin and stroked her head cautiously. "Hello there little princess. I must say you're looking ravishing this evening." Kiera laughed a little and looked to him. "I hope it wasn't too much trouble you coming here tonight." Bryce smiled. "I wouldn't have wanted to miss it. Besides, it all looks like its working out great. The other kingdoms are actually mingling and having fun. That's something I thought I'd never see." Kiera smiled with a nod. "Yes.. well that was the plan." Bryce nodded. "And you're looking beautiful as ever." Kiera smiled more. "Thank you, Bryce." Bryce turned and pointed to the widening circle as more couples joined the dance. "Your little brother has become quite the hit. And he's growing into a fine young man." Kiera giggled. "He's sure upsetting a fair few young ladies, though."

*Theador watched other start to do it. The boy were asking the girl to dance. Then they would hold hands and dance around in circles. He tugged the end of Evelyns dress, "kitty can we dance too?" Shortstraw chukkled and looked to Evelyn, "i think he is askin gto have a real dance with you." He chukkled, "like father like son. He's a man who knows what he wants." Actully he just want to do it becuse donte and soflora were. It looked fun. Meanwhile Soflora kept he blush, "oh my what has gotten into you all of a sudden..." she teased as she softly put a hand to his cheek. Shortstraw then came to join the other man and keria with a hand out for a proper handshake, "hello there i'm Shortstraw... i dont think we've met."

Bryce smiled to Shortstraw and shook his hand welcomingly. "Ah yes, Kiera's husband. It's a pleasure to finally meet you." He did a little bow. "My name is Bryce Grande from the kingdom of Altaria in the east. Kiera has spoken a lot about you." Kiera smiled. "He's an important ally to this kingdom, honey. He holds a lot of the east in his power." Bryce looked back to her. "And I would give it all to you if I had the power to." Kiera giggled. "Oh shush, Bryce. The other leaders will hear you." Evelin looked up to her mother then to the circle of people dancing. They all looked so pretty.. it was almost hypnotising. Dante smiled and nuzzled against her hand as they danced. "Maybe we're spinning in circles so much that I'm becoming light-headed.. but you look so beautiful right now." Dante heard the swooning of a few other girls and he withheld a chuckle. Evelyn looked down to Theodore then crouched down to his level with a smile. "It would look awfully strange if I were to go in there and dance with you, you're not even half my size, Theodore." She chuckled a little.

*Theafor frowned sadly, "awww okay kitty..." he looked down then his eye looked up at her, "what can we do?" Meanwhile Shortstraw nodded, "ahhhh your the one that sent the letter i read... long story. Heh heh, i was wondering when i saw a letter the other day, now i guess it was you. The east huh. Whats it like out there? I havn't been that way in... well... i dont think i've been out that way at all have i Keria?" He chukkled and scratched the back of his head, "Sometimes when she teilports us i loose track of direction."
Meanwhile soflora blushed, "oh... th.. thankyou donte..." she leaned in to give him a kiss, thinking they were close to a zing... though she was unsure all the same of what was really going on. "though maybe... i'm the dizzy one..." she teased back as she giggled.

Kiera smiled and shook her head. "I've only been there a few times myself. Although they have such nice weather there." Bryce chuckled. "A little too hot if you ask me. It's scorching even in the winter. It's nice to come here and see snow everywhere. Snow is a comforting change to humid and sweaty." Kiera laughed. "I don't know, I think I'd like a few more sunny days around here sometimes." Bryce smiled to Kiera. "If you'd please excuse me, princess. My wife is looking lonesome in the corner." Kiera looked over to see a well dressed young lady with long dark hair standing at the side, watching everyone. Kiera nodded with a smile. "It was good to get a chance to talk with you, Bryce." Bryce nodded as he walked away from them. Kiera let out a small sigh of relief. "It's important to stay on that mans good side." She nodded as she looked to Shortstraw. "He has a short temper and can turn from the happiest man in the world to the angriest. It's best to be careful with him." As Dante and Soflora kissed that only cause further uproar. Dante suddenly stopped spinning with a chuckle. "All right, I'm pretty dizzy now. I think I'll fall over if we carry on." Evelyn smiled to Theodore. "Well we could-" "Urhm.. miss Evelyn?" Evelyn looked to the side to see Kyle standing there shyly wearing a very fine suit and bow-tie. Evelyn smiled. "Kyle! It's good to see you could make it." She stood up and patted his head, before looking behind him. "Is your dad here?" Kyle shook his head with a small frown. "No.. father dislikes events like this.." Kyle then grinned to Theodore. "Hey there."

*Theador lit up, "KYLE YOUR SPIFFY TOO!~" He giggled, "Me and kitty were just looking for somthing ot do." He nodded. Meanwhile to grabbed Evelyns hand, as he put a hand up beside his mouth, "i think daddy left me in charge." He nodded proudly. In charge of kitty, yes. The pretty kitty wasn't so scary today, he liked her today.
Meanwhile shortstraw nodded, "I see. I'll keep that in mind. Anyone else i dont know i should meet?" He asked as he looked to Evelin, "hey sweety. I almost didn't see you there. How you liking this so far?" He asked as he gave her a little hug.

Prophet only smiled at the group. "Too bad my father isn't here, he'd love to see the leaders actually making peace." Prophet said, chuckling as Theodore asked Evelyn to dance. "Kid knows what he wants, even though he's a bit young." Prophet said, then he would look around. He would then sniff the air, growling. "Something's not right." Prophet said, grabbing the handle of his kukri, then unsheathed it.
