Nikiana Apparently I was remembering Edelsteine too. XDPerhaps they have to create some sort of symbol and put it on a small token? But yeah, they could have a thread here in the guild or something where they'll have to have X activity per month or something? And they could even recruit Mundanes as priests/clergymen? I lurk at Edelsteine until now. That shop is actually still alive you know? Ivy just posted new characters like a week or so ago. XD /stalks the artist of that shop like mad XD Problem with recruiting mundanes is...are there enough mundane characters in the shop for it to be possible.

As long as this is just a mini-game title and not a whole new pathway/race
and I'm totes fine with that. XDDDD
Also typically gladiators are only shifters.
And on stage 1: people are all humans.
And the only difference between other stages and shifter 1st stage
is the shifter human has a bite injury.
However I would think that if they become a gladiator, this would
be reflected in the art of their character as they grow? OvO
Which makes me think we should also make other mini-games
for other jobs. XD Like Brothels, Store owners and the like...
so much work OTL

xDDDDDDDDDDD Yes.
Brothels must use the magic of the ELLIPSES for anything interesting that happens behind closed doors. ;D

I was thinking it needs a new subforum...for the god churches. XD
But I won't make it till the concept is more refined down.

Once bats decides how the gladiator system works fo sure I shall see if that works with the sort of char I want to make. If not I'm sure I can find something else.

For the most part it is just a roll of the dice between two to four (so two on two can work like in arena so house against house) in their first post high number wins The rest is just extra really and picking out the stats which i am not sure what stats to put besides strength.
Possible but could be in the rp forums depending on how many gods/goddess there are.
Brothel mini game..Hmmm.

That sounds good, if Yoru approves later I'm gonna aim for a non shifter char who wants to fight anyways. ( Former adrenaline junkie, base jumping, sky diving, rich kid sports type). Obviously they will be doing regular noct stuff most of the time but their personal interest will run more along getting trained, being accepted into the fights and someday becoming a trainer themselves. So I can do regular rp with most people and some mini game fights with those who are interested in that sort of thing.
Since the fighting is done primarily by the slave race they'd probably have to risk their own freedom to participate and would be looked down on. Idk have to ask yoru about that.

Well it depends on the type of brothel but possible way is drinking type game. That is one way people would disguise it in real life as a bar. Sooo owners who own the bar can count drinks served by their "waitress/waiters" or or contracts they make with customers.
Well Yoru said most are shifter...But I can see non-shifters being there just a really rare thing so possible.

Yeah yoru said it was okay for a non shifter to do it earlier but that it would be weird/ hard which I'm fine with.
Eh that can be worked out once you guys have more of the shop fleshed out and are closer to opening. I can always throw the idea up as a quest. Not as a custom since I can't afford that but just a thread to keep track of the general idea I want to work with when I snag a character.
It looks like everyone is working efficiently despite you all being spread across various timezones.

So much to read again lol. I love how the juices flow when I'm not around. C:
I'll get to working on quests soon, I swear it. Stayed at work longer than my intended shift. u.u
And I work again tomorrow. D:
But I'm off until Thursday, so stuff will happen. In the mean time enjoy a WIP of my OC for here. I'm intending for him to become the Judge who doles out the harsh punishments. His weapon of choice is the whip, which from his scars, you can tell he's been on the receiving end many times. His appearance and outfit is tentative.
He also gets to be the guinea pig for my part of the project. biggrin
