Nah, the Demonic state has rules on what can and cannot be brought to reality.

If this hadn't been answered yet: Is this just completely oc based or are canons allowed? This was never mentioned in the guild at all.
And what are the rules on having twins?

And what are the rules on having twins? Yeah it is asssumed that most guilds nowadays are actually OC based. The cannon naruto world barely exists. Now there are bloodlines for twins and that's the only way to get them. I recommend you read over the systems and then the Character add ons forums, which should cover a lot of your questions.

He answered your first question. This guild is non canon. Note the villages. In this guild there is a bloodline for twins, but like the vice said, you really should read over the systems.

Sorry for all the questions sad But two more.
While looking over the new genjutsu system it mentions "bloodline crusher" was this bloodline removed because I haven't seen it(of course I could also be blind XD)
Secondly, how many other sharingan users are there? I don't see the user of going mangekyo if I can't go eternal.
