Skye took her time in the shower, just like Chester said she could. She did prefer a nice bath but this was good enough to make sure her body was all clean.
Stepping out, she wrapped a bathrobe round herself and slipped back into the guest bedroom to get changed. All of her clothes were new so she didn't have to buy more stretchy clothing further down the line. Though she did put her personal touch to each shirt so they weren't all plain and boring.

"The showers free" Skye called out as she made her way downstairs. Man her tummy was grumbling, but they had plans to eat out this morning.

"um thank you very much.." Skye blushed as his compliment "it's nothing fancy really.." she explained, playing with her hair shyly. Taking the banana from him, she gave a small kiss to his cheek as a thank you before he left to get cleaned up.

It was rather sweet of him to give her that, well that's what Skye thought anyway. After eating her banana it gave her some indigestion, another lovely perk when having a child. Luckily she came prepared for such times and took different pills to soothe that problem. Skye didn't want anything to ruin her visit.

When Chester made his way back she snickered at the shirt he was wearing, remembering when he bought it. "I wondered how that would look on you" she smiled, "And yeah, all systems go."

The restaurant he took her too was nice a quiet, just what she needed really. Nice a quiet start to the day.

Skye ordered herself an apple juice while she waited for her blueberry topped waffles. Having never had waffles before, she figured trying them would be a fun idea.

"If I'm honest, you're right." she told him, looking down into her glass. "I came here to tell you about it because I didn't want you to find out over an email or by the phone.. it's not fair on you. Also, I didn't know how you would react. Which is why I'm only staying a little while. I was worried that you would freak out, if I had booked a week or two then I'd of been stuck here doing nothing.." Skye sighed, taking another sip.

"The next six months you mean.." Skye managed to silently butt in his trail of words to correct him on that. Men weren't really good at that sort of thing with pregnancy dates, so didn't take it to heart when he got it wrong.

Continuing to listen, a stream of her apple juice spat out once she heard something about marriage. Blushing, she quickly wiped her mouth with her sleeve. Did he just propose? Or was it just a passing suggestion? Skye didn't really know, so didn't take it too seriously. Though it was a lovely thought on his part, Skye always believed that marriage came before children. But this had turned out all backwards. The two weren't even a couple really, so that made Skye a single mother.

Thinking on it all got her depressed. Sure Chester said he would support her but he would be thousands of miles away. Not that she was blaming him, it couldn't be helped. How was he even going to be there when they were born? Why did pregnancy have be so unpredictable when it came to that? Skye just had to except that he might not even be there that day. "I don't want you feeling like you have to do all this.. doing the noble thing by being with the mother of your child.."

Her head hung low, staring at the grained wood of the table. She never really though of that, maybe it's because the face Skye was a woman and didn't really understand men fully, well no woman could. "I'm sorry.. I didn't think.."

All the hormones buzzing round her body made her just want to shout or plain cry at him for saying he was nervous. But she had to just hold it, being in public and all that. Skye was nervous too, terrified. She didn't want to do any of it alone but knew most of it would be that way. "I'm not pushing you away.. and I care about you alot.. I just wanted to give you the option incase you didn't want any part of it all.. you didn't expect this to happen after we met.. neither did I.. so that's why I said it.." Skye explained to him, feeling pretty down right about then.

Though that was until Chester perked the mood up with talking about webcams. She never really thought of that, it was a good idea really. Her hand slowly moved towards his on the table, while looking straight into his eyes. "What you said before.. I accept you offer for being there... and.. I love you too..."

The breakfast brought in for her looked really nice and the smells coming off it were amazing. They even put a pot of maple syrup on the table, looking all tempting and yummy there. Sugar and sweet things were Skye's weakness, she couldn't help herself, pouring loads on top of her waffles. It had been the same scene from the Italian restaurant, making strange moaning noises as she ate. "mmm this is sooo good... I need to make this when I get home.."

"Oh yeah.. the game.. I forgot about that too." she blushed before continuing to eat up. Though she quickly went back to how good it all tasted. "I'm a sucker for maple syrup.. I even spread it on toast" she shamefully admitted.

It wasn't too long before she finished up her meal too. "I needed that... so yum" she sat back in the chair with a very content smile. "Thanks for taking me here, you could've just given me some chocolate cereal or something" not that she wouldn't of minded, loving sugar so much.

What was that? He didn't want to get the game today? "Woah.. Chester, are you feeling okay? You've been so excited about this game for months.. even last night you were on about it.." This was strange, even for him though atleast they were getting the webcams today. Skye's face then dropped did he just say? "Did.. you just call me your girlfriend?....."
