Okay, I like this idea. But just a couple changes that would be needed in order to keep this cost the same. First it must be a genjutsu. There cannot be a cross between the two because some times ninjutsu is increased by rank and sometimes genjutsu is. This would allow it to be increased by both. Make it a genjutsu triggered by breathing in the mist. Also a genjutsu that continues so long as they breath in the mist. Everything about it seems just fine except post 8 and 9. Just remove the suicidal t thoughts that should be dependent on the shinobi in the situation, everything else is fine but when a shinobi would start to think about self harm is up to them. also the bit of "The target will require psychiatric help if they even survive the encounter. " this for B rank and staying in the genjutsu as long is saying they will be permanently damaged from this. Anything on that scale will have to be S or S+ to perform. So without those 2 I can say this would be a fine Genjutsu for B rank, D to sustain.

Just add in that only class spacific users can detect it as a genjutsu. Or a sensor type. Otherwise it seems like a fog that is unable to be disturbed by winds? Something along those lines would be fine due to what it effects and how subtle it is.

Just add in that only class spacific users can detect it as a genjutsu. Or a sensor type. Otherwise it seems like a fog that is unable to be disturbed by winds? Something along those lines would be fine due to what it effects and how subtle it is.
Added in the detection [parameters and changed the suicidal thoughts to include "can" to leave it up to the player.

Can anything be done about a person instantly knowing they are in a genjutsu and burning a kai to completely waste this slots creation? I wouldnt mind turning it into a genjutsu if it simply wasnt kaiable or something like that..
I am sorry to inform you on this but all Genjutsu must be allowed to be able to be Kaied out of.
I dont care if it can actually be kaied, im just worried about players going "Huh, I feel weird...better kai!!" cause its happened a lot in the past
thats usually what we are here for cause its tech god modding... only sensors and a certain path in samurai the only one that should know about genjutsu's.. u know what i mean
I understand what you mean perfectly. In fact, I edited the jutsu so that genjutsu users and a certain samurai path should be able to detect it. Id rather it not be noticeable to sensors as there is an element specifically designed to mess with them.
It would be all set though but I am afraid the two things are still in the jutsu description. Newest and original.

I'm sorry, something was brought up to my attention, so I'm going to have to postpone the approval of the first jutsu until I have a question answered. In reference to the reversal of the medical jutsu, does this include A-S+? Because if it does, the rank of this jutsu will need to go up. If not, please put the rank limitations in the description for me.

Gah, s**t, I didn't even think about the higher ranks. Dx Uhm... crap I don't even know what to do about that... should I make it a variable rank? Or maybe only be able to use it for A+ jutsu after I've retrained it or something? Because if I have to boost it to S-rank that's gonna be a pain in the a** and I wont be able to use it till konin. o n o

I wouldn't mind it being an X rank, variable with how much chakra you use, but can only be used up to your current rank, so B rank at Genin, A at Chunnin, etc. But you can train it for a D rank amount of posts (I know training is a b***h sometimes.) But you will need to retrain it at the higher ranks, for the higher training costs.
