Frostridge had not understood the Husky's words, though his tone was one of concern. Confused, she turned to her new red-furred sergeant who merely gave some reply and began to help move the sled. from the back. The husky in turn as well, grasped a side in his teeth and began to yank it over the difficult-to-traverse surroundings.
Frost felt...something small blossom within her chest as they did their best to help her. A warm feeling. And an ache, for the teammates whose fate she did not know...
By now they had managed to get past the rougher terrain to the more smooth landscape of wilderness; They would reach the forest soon. Despite her exhausted-ness, the sled was much easier to pull and they made good time. She let her biotics flare in her legs, giving her renewed (If artificial) strength and set off at a borderline trot, dragging the weighty cargo with ease. The dragging over the sharp rocks seemed to have smoothed the bottom of the crude sleigh as well, making her work easier.
By the time they had begun to reach deep into the woods however, her brief sputter of energy had faded once more. Her steps were slow and limping as they drew ever closer to their destination.
Finally, she caught the scents on the wind and felt relief course through her. They were nearly there; they broke through a patch of thicket and came upon the large stand of trees where the others had been waiting. She pulled the sleigh up farther, then finally with great relish, stepped back from the loop of chain that had been held against her chest with tension alone.
Frostridge took a few staggering steps over away from the group in a shallow dip beneath a large dead tree and sank down. Proud she had accomplished her goal, her body was now making it apparent just how much it had cost; every muscle screamed, her side was a blaze of full on agony, and her eyelids felt leaden. She needed to rest, desperately. After giving a confirming check to see if she was no longer needed, she curled up wearily and fell asleep almost instantaneously.

Kuro sighed and noticed Ember awaken to the commotion. He got up and stretched rear legs to fore legs with a yawn. He realized it was still dark and that the scent of the hunting party was getting closer. "It's seems everything is alright now." The hunting party was quite successful I see, He thought. Seeing them return to camp he eyed the interesting sled tree. Trotting over to reunite with his mate with a lick and a few affectionate nuzzles his observed all seeing how fatigued they were before glancing at the catch. He expected it to be full of small rodents or critters. "Whoa! Where'd you find that?"
Streak had lingered back a bit watching there backs from a far. He was relieve the hunt was over. Entering into the pass back into camp he noticed that the Frosty had conked out already. She deserved a good night's rest, as well as everyone. Quickly find looking around he found a spot and plopped down under a tall tree. The one that Scarlett rested in earlier in the day.

"Yes Loki, I'm going to be your mom now." After the pup had finished his meal Scarlett picked him up and began fallowing the others.
They had wandered far but they moved at a fast pace. Scarlett placed the pup on her back, in between her shoulder blades. Once the group returned to camp Scarlett went straight for the river. Lowering herself slowly she laid down next to the water. Unable to get the pup off she waited for him. The river wasn't that close to everyone else, but she would still be able to hear their movements,
Laying down Scarlett stretched her neck out and yawned before taking a drink from the dark water.

Jet was in a good mood, seeing that the newly made pack was getting more members. She pondered about Frost a little more. Before, as she was following Scarlett, she smelled a human. But it was just a mere misunderstanding. What is this wolf's past?

Loki giggled lightly, nibbling on Scarletts' ear as he enjoyed his placement. Seeing as she laid down near the river, he flopped off, playfully rolling around in the dust. .:Subliminal:. Fatigued and thirsty, the massive brute finally came across the body of water. Plopping down, he dove his cranium into the now distorted river and drank his fill. "Finally." He panted in exasperation. Taking the opportunity to clean his pelt of the days wares he couldn't help but notice the familiar scent of Scarlett not to far off downstream accompanied by the little furball that had so reighteously sullied his pelt. "Heh.. Let me see how much trouble he's giving her.." He barked quietly, creeping toward the two, being sure to stay hidden with-in the trees shadows.

Ember slowly got up and took a paw step forward, but soon crumpled to the ground again. She was too sore, and weary from her long travel to get her, and very very hungry. But she knew how a pack worked, the alpha would eat first and then the higher ups, and then the omega would get the last pickings. Based on how she doesn't know any of them, and they seem to all know each other a little better, she was the omega. So Ember decided that she didn't mind laying down, or waiting for everyone else to eat first. She would eat eventually, she just hoped that everyone would accept her, even after her earlier encounter.

Everyone seemed to take their place around camp. Bullet was always one to care way to much, knowing how the others had waited so long she decided to skip pack customs for today. Of course she grabbed one of the bigger chunks for Kuro, she placed it before him "Frosty..Erm, the female that I found you with, she lead us to it. She called it a tree-head," Bullet giggled at the name, the wolf must have come from far away to not know what an elk was. "She has cold powers. I think until we find her name we should call her Frost." With a nod of agreement with her own statement she moved back to the dragged-tree.
Grabbing two more pieces she went to Jet and Crescent. The male was slightly larger so she gave them meat accordingly. "We will figure out where we go from here in the morning, the hunting group needs a good rest." She looked over to Frost who had fallen asleep immediately after arriving back.
Remembering the red wolf as she turned she grabbed another and went to her. Her red fur moved like liquid, it reminded her of how the shadows move under her own powers. "I don't know what happened on the hill earlier in the light, but I'm glad things are settled and you've joined us." she pushed the meat a little closer to the wolf.
Her eyes passed over everyone again, everyone accounted for except Scarlett and her newly adopted pup. The breeze brought her scent from the river, the pup was there too. There was another scent, the male that was hiding out earlier. Bullet realized the wolf was tailing them, he must have been the one to send the pup to them. If he wanted to trail them Bullet was okay with that. The pack was a good size and one wolf wouldn't be able to do much damage. Bullet shook her head, clearing the negative though out. Moving next to Kuro she nuzzled his neck before curling up next to him for a nap. Her own black markings blended with Kuro's long black fur to make her almost disappear. That Asian Nerd You stayed at the camp so nothing happened past Ember getting their. Bullet,Scarlett,Streak fallowed Frost to see what a "Tree-Head" was. Ended up being an elk we hunted it down. Scarlett found an abandoned puppy(Loki) and now we are back smile

 Crescent looked down at the meat, pushing it to the side. It's not like he wasn't grateful for the food he wasn't hungry at all, he looked to Jet then to the other wolves. They all had their feed, so did Scarlett and the new pup. That scent of the male was back, was he following the pack? Crescent took a strip off of the meat, eating it for himself and leaving the most of the meat. He picked it up in his jaws and set off for the river.
Once at the river he looked to Scarlett, then to the pup and nodded. He moved over to the shadows, following the scent of the wolf, he set the meat down in the view of the light and backed away slightly, "If you're trying to be stealth you're terrible. The shadows may hide your figure but it sure doesn't do much for hiding your scent." Crescent said, expecting the male to come out of hiding for the meat. That Asian Nerd Sorry about not replying sooner x_x

Ember watched the female with the black markings take food to the other wolves, and then perked up a little as the female looked at her and then brought some meat to her. Ember stared at the meat, and then looked up at the wolf, "Thank you..." Once the wolf left to lay next to Kuro, that when she figured out that she was the alphess. I guess they don't care about the customs, Ember thought to herself with a smile and then began eating the meat. It was so juicy and delicious, and it was exactly what she wanted after two weeks of journey. Once she finished her portion, she laid her head back down and fell asleep, hoping it was the last time until morning.

It was morning when Frost-ridge reopened her eyes. Her body was still achy, but there was marked improvement; for the first time in months she did not feel the hollow weakness within her limbs. The weight of real food was still in her belly, but she was slightly hungry.
Getting up, she stretched herself and ambles towards the meat-sled; with a hard jerk of her head, she yanked the dagger from it and with a whiz and a click, retracted the long chain back into the hilt. Re-sheathing her weapon she took a small fragment of meat and ate quietly, not wanting to disturb the others.
She needed a solar recharge... feeling self conscious about this rather unnatural need to fulfill, she checked to see if the others were indeed sleeping then ambled quietly off into the bushes to find a high place where she might absorb the morning rays.
After awhile of searching, she finally found a large rock, jutting like a tooth in the middle of a small glade. Gracefully, she leapt up the steep rock face as nimbly as a mountain goat.
High above the ground she sat and closed her eyes, feeling the rays warm her fur- the lines of biotics under her skin seemed to hum as they began to absorb the energy.
She felt rather apprehensive; she did not know how her new comrades would react if they knew what she had been created to be, even her former team had been rather awkward around the subject of her enhancement implants- She could feel her markings begin to pulse with bright, teal-blue light as the artificial energy reserves reached its maximum. Opening her eyes now glowing with tiny lines of bionetic webbing her natural blue irises in their strange geometric patterns she shut down the recharge, feeling renewed strength crackle within her like a recharged battery as the lines of light faded, leaving her a normal looking wolf again, save the dagger strapped to her left shoulder.
She landed back down from the tall rock as easily as before, the ground cratering once again from her descent. With a contented shake, she trotted back in the direction of the group-
A smell made her stop, and she raised her nose to the air. Another altered, perhaps? she gave a good long inhale.

"Aye, but why would I hide my scent if I was hoping to be found?" He shot back respectfully turning his craniul cavity toward the other. "It is just as simple as walking," He vocalized briefly, distorting the breeze around him, making his scent vanish at one point, then appear as if he had Crescent surrounded, but in reality, Subliminal had never moved. Peering down at the luscious callop, he couldn't help but salivate. "You bring me food, yet you do not know me.. Why is that?" his colliquy was more curious than smug, as meat seemed to be a rare find yet he found himself at the mercy of Crescents kindness, a gesture that was worthy of his appearance but the possibility of entrapment directed the titan otherwise. .:Loki:.

Scarlett had fallen asleep as the pup played. Awaken with freight that the pup had run off she stood quickly nearly knocking the pup over. With a sigh she wrapped her legs around the pup and began giving him a morning bath. Noticing the husky not far from her she looked to see why he was so close. Baring her teeth automatically in warning for him not to get to close. Then as Subliminal altered his scent on the wind she got worried. He wasn't taken her pup away, but maybe that wasn't why he was here. Though her body relaxed around the pup she was still on edge.

My Critical Acclaim No problem. Don't worry about it.（ ´∀｀） Jet laughed. She was currently watching Subliminal and Crescent. Still too stubborn? She smiled. She looked back at Bullet. "Thank you for the meat." She sniffed the meat given to her, not sure if it was good or not. I'll never know if I don't try. She sighed. She was pretty hungry. Jet ate the meat. She began by tearing it up into small pieces. After a few minutes, it was gone.

Stretching her legs after her nap Bullet looked around to everyone, noticing that everyone was a little scattered. "We can't stay in this field for long," she spoke to herself as well as Kuro, "but where can we all go?" On her travels Bullet had passed strange smooth rock caves that reached to the sky. They were unlike any cave she had ever seen. The area was abandoned from what she could tell, maybe they could make it into a home.

Kuro ate his share quickly and soon after fell into a slumber alongside his mate. Under the tree Streak soon dozed off as well.
Streak awakened to the warm sunny morning rising to his paws and stretching out one leg at a time then his body as well as releasing a well needed yawn. He noticed his brother still sleeping with his mate and that Frost had already awakened. The pack was coming to life again as the sun rose higher into the sky this morning. Scents filled the air as his senses were a bit confused by the sudden smell of multiple wolves. He glanced over to the bush line as a large male emerged. It was the one they'd met before but refused to join them in person. "So you finally crawl out of the bushes eh?" He pads closer assessing the situation seeing that the beta male had confronted him. He wondered what it was that made him reveal himself now and where Frost had gone.
