No, really. Belladonna needed to be let go. This was the worst tea party ever! "The Mad Hatter isn't even attractive! Not even a little! How hard would it have been to get a Hot Hatter?" Oh right, gnome fighting! Uuhhh.... Not really sure what to do, the witch kicked her feet as well as took a handful of some hair growing from his knuckles and pulled quite hard. When a few popped out the gnome let her go and the witch fell with a mingled scream of fear of falling and disgust over the hair in her hands. Hey! At least she was free! And with her freedom the witch booked it across what remained on the table, snatched up a cookie and smashed it. "I bet these taste just awful!" She shouted back at the party before things went dark. Whoops...
Goodness, where was she? Xiu eyed the area with wide eyes, trying to take in as much as she could. Oversized teacups, teapots, snacks...
...And fourteen giant gnomes.
Uh oh.
There was one good thing about being small--it made dodging and hiding a whole lot easier. It was easy to avoid the gnomes as they all lunged forward to clamber onto the table and grab for her, especially with so many obstacles to duck behind. Before long, she managed to find a safe place to hide.
Phew. Not safe yet, though.

Xiu's safety was short lived. Somehow, one of the gnomes had managed to spot her hiding place, and he immediately reached out to grab her. The baku let out an alarmed yelp and began to wriggle helplessly in an attempt to get free.
"Let go!"

Despite all her wriggling and yelling, the gnome refused to free her. She let out a little squeak as his grip only tightened, effectively squeezing some of the air from her lungs.
Okay, enough was enough. When she felt the gnome's fingers curl more tightly, she suddenly reached out and dug her nails into the base of his finger as hard as she could. At once, the gnome let out a cry of pain, dropping her. Landing on her feet, she darted behind the closest hiding place.
Thank goodness for self-defense training that could be used even when she was tiny.
When one of the gnomes turned away, Xiu immediately darted forward, trying to make it to somewhere safer. Unfortunately, one her way, she ended up stepping into...something.

And yet again, Xiu found herself being scooped up by one of the gnomes. This was ridiculous. With a growl, she reached out in an attempt to free herself again, but the gnome was much more clever this time, careful to keep himself out of her reach.

No matter how much the baku flailed, yelled, and tried to get a hit in...the gnome simply laughed and dangled her helplessly over the table.

In the end, it turned out that Xiu wasn't that great at this Dark Wonderland stuff...but oh well! She would be back some other time to try again.
Wandering through the door she felt a little out of sorts, this wasn't really her best idea but she had seen other students and well she did learn really quickly that following other students wasn't always the safest thing but it always ended up being fun! As she turned a corner she found her self ducking for cover. Gnomes were patrolling the area and didn't seem fond of the fact that students were here.
Not seeing a gnome this time she happily ran out of her hiding place and in to what seemed to be a maze...wandering around aimlessly,
"Well this doesn't seem to be THAT bad of a place...I mean...not really...what in the world!"
She screeched as her tail bristled and she jumped forward, that was some seriously HOT tea that just found itself dumped down her back side. Grabbing her tails she patted the one that got burned. "owweee...."

Well this whole thing had been a horrible nightmare. As she held her tail she found herself tripping in to a small cup, could this day get any worse? Letting her tails go she climbed out of the cup only to fall in creamer, as she tried to scramble out of the acid filled up she squealed, the creamer seemed to burn and distort her clothing.
"Oh...these were new boots too!"
Finding her way out of the cup by the time her boots had become chow for the creamer she growled, this place sucked. Pulling her boots off she slowly made it across the table barefooted, tripping. Okay that was just mean she didn't even have shoes on to trip over!
She didn't even see what else was coming at her because she found herself dissipating slowly, well at least she could change her clothing before trying again.
