Senga yawned into another bite of his apple, and if he could remember the last two times he'd been here, he would be thinking that the strange fruit was actually kind of addicting. Peering drowsily down at the cards, Senga wasted no time in pushing one forward before the apple rolled out of his fingers and he turned, trotting away to forget again. The card laid face up to no one.
Forever.
Combined, the idea seemed pretty nice, didn't it?

Sleep, eh? Well when she slept, it was when it was cold. Acerium frowned for a moment.
Winter.
She woke back at the coffee booth...

Kwasi couldn't help but yawn as soon as he heard the word. Sleep huh? That didn't sound half bad. Or at least sitting down for a rest. He rubbed his eyes with the palm of his free hand and blinked at the cards that appeared. He reached out to point at one, but a yawn caused him to close his eyes and misspoint, ending on the card beside it. Oops. Well, he supposed maybe snorkel could relate to sleep. They both started with an S right?

Alice came upon the booth yet again. This time, feeling a bit chippier, as some would say, she decided to grab the yellow apple. She took a bit of the juicy, yet tart apple. A word began to come into her mind.
Sleep.
She thinks of the word that felt the most suited to her at the moment, and picked the card that read "restful." The cards soon vanished, and found herself in another booth. She took another bite of her apple, and began to walk again, hoping to find somewhere to rest.

The word sleep would require more thought than the previous word, and perhaps elicited more grumbling about the apple. Sleep was not something Sheridan often thought about, he slept when he needed to, that was all the thought the subject needed.
Hmmm...he stared at the cards for several moments before at last choosing one.
Pillow.

Arynek came to a mysterous booth and saw some pretty apples. She took one and a word suddenly came into her mind. S-L-E-E-P.
Several cards suddenly popped out, it seemed someone wanted a game. She picked the one with the word INSOMNIA written on it.
The next moment, she was in the snow covered booth, without any idea where she ended up there. Strange enough. She tilted her head even nobody could see.

She slipped in, noting the booth hadn't taken her last card. How rude, Ami thought, with every ounce of feminine fury she had. Her card had been perfectly hilarious!
Well now she had a vendetta.
The word this time was sleep. Hmmm. She still didn't recognize most of the cards, as they were all nouns. Best to just pick a name and roll with it, right?
The card she put down said, "BARTH."Quote: Ami looks like this (bakeneko) [ sn is chimarii ]

Deryk was back. And it seemed a new word was whispering to him this time around. Looking at his options, he thought for a moment, then decided to pick Temperpedic transylvania sleep system.
Yes. That would be good. Yep. It sounded like something from the human world so he could only guess what it really was.

Ariane liked this game, even if she was amused that her 'Seal' card had won the previous round. This round's word was 'sleep', and her first thought was 'would be nice'. However, since there was no such card, she picked the next best thing thing - Luxury.
[Ariane is a gruff-sounding werewolf boil with dark brown fur, and stands almost 5 feet tall.]

Sleep, huh? Weird living phenomenon, like eating, he didn't understand it at all. First they would weigh themselves down with a metric ton of popcorn, then they'd just lie around pretending to be dead --
Wait, that was it! He grabbed the card:
DEAD
Because that was exactly when Aymet was planning on sleeping next.

Sleep? Manyara thought it was pretty ridiculous for the voices to be talking about sleep, given how active they seemed to be. She gnawed on her apple core as she considered her options. How many apples had she eaten now? Not enough to fill her up, that was clear - the emaciated-seeming Famine scavenger was a bottomless pit when it came to food.
Finally, she made her choice:
SISSIES
Tough people didn't need to sleep.

The fairy shivered as she looked at this booth. Was it her imagination, or was she being watched? Trying to ignore this sensation, she picked up a apple and bit into it, enjoying the juice flavour. As soon as she did, the fairy's antenna pricked at the sound of voices in her head, able to pick out one word.
'sleep'? She then saw the cards appear, and with a glance picked the most obvious one that sounded like sleep
Tired
She also took this opportunity to take a apple with her
((1x Apple acquired!))
