 She blinked and then looked away. Something on the ground was so interesting right then and there. "Oh. Ah, my name is Reticent Smiles." She said it too loudly and then closed her eyes tight. An act that was happening quite often this evening. "M-m-may I ask yourss?" Oh why did all of the bucks she ran into have to be charming and into ladies? Why?
"I m-meant was th-th-there some food you wanted me t-to get ..."

"Oh yes, they're simply sublime. You haven't had one before? If you come by one day, I'm sure Tooth could find you one."He giggled and lowered his voice, "I didn't tell her I was coming today though. She doesn't like meeting other kin," before bursting into another fit of childish giggles. The purple buck looked a bit concerned as Dog went on. "Dust bath? Why would you bathe in dust??"

 "Reticent Smiles." He repeated the name. "... I bet your smiles are lovely. There's no other reason to be named as such if your smile wasn't amazing!" But why was she looking down? "I'm Step to the Right. But you can call me Right if that's easier." He dipped his head down to try and look at her face. "Food? Hmmmm OH! I know! Want to share some desert with me? It's a celebration today! You should be my guest or something. Sound like fun?"

With a chuckle, Wilted turned tail as well to settle down and watch the rest of the performance, as well as the staff. Learning what he could now would be very valuable in the future, as well as help him know who he was working alongside. TICKET, PLEASE!Maxx D Thankies darling and fictional sir! Eyes still firmly focused on the hardened mud at their feet she repeated his name back to him. "Step. T-to the. Right. Ah-are you p-part of the t-t-t-t- ... Do you perform?" And then there was acha in her line of sight. Again. Just his horns, forehead, and the tippy-tops of his eyes; but there he was. Wishing she could crawl into a hole she slowly looked up so that the poor boy wouldn't have to twist to look her in the face. Giving him a smile, one she was afraid was going to make him eat his words, she answered the offer to share food with a shrug.
"I'm actually s-s-supposed to be serving?" The end of her statement lilted up into a question like she didn't really know. "I work for R-r-rise," she explained. Those honeyed figs did smell so delicious, though. Glancing about she nodded urgently before casting her eyes downward again.
With a whisper she confirmed to Right that she was going to play hookey. "L-lets go get dessert b-b-before I have to get back to work."

Oh there she goes! When Smiles looked up again and offered a rather... awkward smile, Right beamed back at her. "See? I was right! Pretty smiles for a pretty doe." He relaxed his shoulders a little and spun in a circle for her. "I do lots of things. I dance and tell stories and play with shadows. I tell you I'm probably about the most fantastic Acha the troupe has ever seen." He couldn't help but boast. "So it's no surprise that Watch Me asked me to be part of the toupe." Well, half truth. Right had approached him. ... Maybe it was more like a mutual agreement. Yeah, he could live with that lie to himself. At her confession that she was going ditch for a bit, Right beamed at her. "Wonderful! After all, I bet that this food is even MORE delicious when shared with someone." He paused, thinking, before adding. "I'll make sure to have you back before you're needed." he hoped.

"They j-j-just asked you to join?" Wow. Color her impressed. Almost literally as her eyes got larger and illustrated the awe she was suddenly in. She'd never met a real performer before. All she knew of what acha could do she had learned this very evening. She wished she was as graceful as that, but aside from a daily practiced stealth ... Yeah, she had nothing.
Glancing about and noting that even the tribe's esteemed leader was relaxed and enjoying the end of the evening she felt less guilty and nodded again. Cementing her decision in the process, she turned and headed towards the figs. Looking the display of figs up and down she chose two of the tastiest and plumpest looking bundles left and delicately offering one to her new friend smiled again. A little less awkwardly this time.
"Enn-en-enjoy?" Then without a second thought she bent to her little treat and ate with abandon. Night successful.Lural Wanna go ahead and call it for these two? I want to make sure you get your ticket before the ORP ends. <3

 "Hard to have one when I don't know what they are." Dog laughed. "Unless I had one and just didn't know what it was." Oh, now that was a thought. What had he eaten that he didn't know what they were? But before he could think about it too long, the other kept talking. He didn't know who tooth was either. Or why it was a problem meeting people. OH! There were so many things he should ask about- "Dust baths are fun." He said, forgetting his questions. "You roll around in the dust and it gets in your fur. Helps keeps you cool in the sun, and gives any pesky bugs a what for!"

He nodded. "Yep! I'm just that amazing." He waited as she went to grab the figs and returned. Taking one, he thanked her and smirked. "Maybe You'll get to see me dance next time." Or he could put on a private show for the pretty doe. Either way. Right settled down and looked to Smile before starting. "Ah, good food with even better company? I will, without a doubt, enjoy it." This evening couldn't have gone better if he tried. TICKET, PLEASE!

And out he swung a dark red egg, cradled within a large banana leaf, displaying it triumphantly to their guests. "Behold - this beautiful egg of massive proportions! Enough to feed us all, for sure! Now we answer the question -" he said through his teeth, wandering to a prepared hot rock suspended over the pit and the beleaguered salamander within. Rise looked to the right to find Wilted Branches, their new employee, with a swan that had wandered out from the back of the shop. That's nice, he thought. The fellow likes birds. And once more, he continued towards the rock, a droplet of water falling onto and sizzling off the heated surface.

There was a collective gasp, almost from Rise himself, but he was composed enough not to drop what was not, in fact, a massive bird egg, but one of their cousins...in fact, the cousins who made up almost the entirety of their partnered tribe.
Oops.
He stepped quickly away from the pit and placed it onto a grassy seat with apologetic eyes. "I'm terribly sorry we haven't a last treat for everyone then," he said sheepishly, "but I do think it worked out for the best. Feel free to pick up some samples and have a good night, all!"
